Additional comments from customer: In September I ordered a dominos sandwich and cinnamon twists , the driver finally gets to my house he tells me he doesnt have change to give me the rest of my money and he will be back I said okayI called the business every time they kept telling me he was on his way lying on the phone and beingg rude At the end of the night its am he never showed back upI spoke too a person who handles these kind of issues with all the dominos stores named ***She said she would refund my money and send me a gift card to resolve the issue weeks go by I still have yet to recieve anythingThis driver and business basically took my money They are unprofessional and the reason why im not ordering anything else online or eating dominos ever again ! They need to be shut down

I placed an order online and we waited two hours and still no foodI called canceled the order and never received a confirmation that the order was canceledThey lied online and stated that the delivered the pizza when they did notI called and spoke to four different people , Marsh, Scott, Gavin, andrew, kyle, and tom (the names they gave), and they were all rudeThey screamed at me , and told me that it is not their fault they are busy and I shouldve brought my black as to the store if I wanted pizzaI was hung up on , thats the reason I kept called backI would suggest another store because they stole my money and it never came back to my cardMarsh old me that I should have never made them make a pizza if I was going to cancel itScott said that my kind always does this! I called my bank and they stated that they have no tried to give me my money backI called and spoke to several people at dominoes and they stated that they will NOT help my BLACK *** and hung up

I called the customer and spoke with her over the phone We came to a resolution I apologized to customer and requested a gc for her Customer said she would close the case

I have a gift certificate that I am attempting to use...I have called three times to try and make a reservation...each time I call I am unable to speak to a supervisor...I am directed to give my name and someone will call back...when I try to call back they are again in a meeting and unavailable to speak When I ask for the name of the supervisor I am told them cannot give me their name, nor will the customer service rep give me her name to follow up They will only take my name and number down

Our records indicate one main logic board was replaced under warranty 05/05/for serial number XXXXXXXXX which has a valid warranty until 11/20/2022, there are no other warranty claims showing associated with this serial numberThere is
also a second unit in the home with serial number XXXXXXXXXThis unit has zero warranty claims with a warranty still valid until 11/20/Based on this claim, this does not warrant replacing unit at no charge
The separate heat exchanger is not part of the manufactured unitThe separate heat exchanger is sold with a one year warranty, and this has appeared to fail after yearsWaterfurnace has offered to have separate heat exchanger to be returned for a failure analysis to determine if it has failed and the root causeThe homeowners stated that they did not want to do thisAt this point we feel we have filled our obligation according to our published warranty

I again ran this through with my contractor/Installer, Curtis with A Tin ManHe states the reason they only have warranty board is because he had to pay for the othersHe states they did not provide him with the necessary warranty parts so he had to pay for themHe is working on tracking down all the invoices he hasHe also said he will call Water Furnace again today and discuss further with themAs of today, this issue is not resolved

I have been ordering Dominos Pizza for many years now and the service has only gotten worseIf its not a hour wait from the local location which is less than 10mins away, its the staff at most of the Dominos locations that are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever encounteredTonight 10/*/I placed an order at 8pmthe driver arrived at 10:55pmwhile waiting, I called the store twice to ask the status of the delivery and the woman on the phone told me "I don't know where your pizza is, but it aint here so it must be out, then hung up the phoneI called back to ask for her name and she hung up on me againi then called back and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager was not in todayBut according to my pizza tracker online, the manager is the one making my pizzaBecause that one showed up hours later, I was forced to order from another locationThat experience was worseI waited for 20mins for any of the staff members to assist and when I asked for assistance a female staff members exact words were "do you wanna come back here and help ***", and another male in the back yelled "shut up"When I asked for the manager and explained the situation, the manager asked the associate what happened, she told him exactly what she said to me and the manager did absoluty nothingDominos advertise great food and great customer service but apparently that doesn't apply to the New York LocationsI would love to challenge Dominos pizza have a rep order food from these locations to see if the service they provide is what Dominos stand forI would love for someone to give these locations; *** *** *** a call or even order online and you will see how rude the staff is and how the commercials you see on TV are NOTHING close to what you really getPlease look into this because if you check on *** you will see I am not the only frustrated customer

Regarding your letter from *** *** Case No*** about her dishwasherThe complaint was the dishwasher wouldn't emptyI was there at the appointed time and I couldn't get the
dishwasher to do anythingThe lights came on but it wouldn't fill, go into the wash cycle, or emptyAfter doing electrical checks, the circuit board wasn't telling anything to workAt that time, I got a price on the board and with the service call and labor, the cost would be about $I told her then that I wouldn't put that much money into fixing it if it were mineSo I put it back together, the dishwasher came on
At that point, I hadn't fixed anythingI put it on the empty cycle, but it wasn't emptyingIt was full of water so I manually pumped it outI disconnected the drain hose to check for a blockageI could see inside the pump to check for a blockage thereI turned the pump impellor and it turned freelySo I put everything back together and turned the dishwasher onIt filled and started to washI let it run for a minute or so and hit the cancel drain button and it emptiedI then repeated itI told Mrs*** I didn't know why it started to work because I hadn't fixed anythingI charged her for the service call and one hour labor and tax which totaled $Even though I was there two hours and fifteen minutes, which would have totaled $
Two days later, I went back and found that the pump motor was brokenI got a price on the motor plus labor the total was $plus taxActual time to repair it would have been over two hoursThe price I quoted her was only for one and one-half hoursShe told me not to do it
I don't sell parts to people they don't needWhen something works I don't know what to fixWhen I went back I was there for over an hour and didn't charge her anythingI feel I have been more than fair with Mrs***I am sorry she wasn't pleased but I did the best anyone could under the circumstances

A representative from the store called, asked the same questions six times and assured me a $refund would be issued. I have NOT received a refund, nor did I receive a follow up call which was promisedThe lack of follow through by this business location is atrocious

I am writing this letter to let your office know that Hosseini Enterprises, Inc have responded directly to our customer two times, and the consumer got her money backThe issue has been solved

Turn-Key Construction replaced this customer's roof in July of 2010. We provide a 5-year labor warranty for roof replacements and this roof is no longer under warranty with our companyWe feel that the issue is not roof related but due to the vinyl sidingOut of
good faith, the owner of Turn-Key Construction, INC has an appointment with the customer this afternoon to address the issue at hand. We plan to work towards a resolution to make this customer happy. We will update the Revdex.com once we have reached a resolution with the customer

We were looking to purchase Aquatopia tickets, came across tickets for 130$, got the tickets and went there to be told that this is for Camel beach and we need to pay 40$ per person to get to Aquatopia When we asked to refund the camel beach and we ll pay for Aquatopia we were told yes then no then we asked for a manager Michael E*** came in offering the followingYou go get the refund yourself or we ll call security for youTo my surprise and for the first time in my life, he actually called security for me and my familyWell my complaint here is about the advertisement as simply *** Aquatopia fun for and you ll get the offer we gotThe rest is going to be handled through the proper agencies and legal actions

The customer was called and we took care of his issue regarding our Azle store. We refunded his order and have also sent a gift certificate via mail to *** *** for a free pizza. Concern us considered resolved

The complaint was closed and they did not reply in timeI did speak to them today and they are making me drive all the way down there now to get refundHe wont do it to the card I usedSo now I have to spend $in gas to get $This complaint should be closed and marked that way as they did not reply back in timeBecause that is what happenedAlso the refund should be done to the card I used but they won't do thatI am forced to drive all the way down there for the refund cause they are making me but in no way is this issue closed with me being satisfiedAgain they made me wait months and now are making me drive to get itI should not have had to wait this long and I should not have to drive there for it.
