excepting the calls when in fact my phone has been working phone this whole morning I have a issue with this because it seems to that they come up with excuses not to call people I say this because I emailed them asking them to please call me and they told me that at that time their system was down and could not call so I never received a call from them just emails plus I don't see why they need a picture of my ID they already have my social Security number and all the info they needed including my bank info at this point I'm kinda worried that they are going to try and use my info to some how scam me.Sincerely,[redacted]

the time nor did they tell me that they wouldn't be able to. A few days later they did email me again asking me when to call - not sure why they didn't just call when they said. I will accept their response when they actually attempt to reach me when they say they will.

beginning all they did was offer me a partial credit against a future order. I am satisfied but still believe they are misleading.

We understand your frustration. Please note that we follow a protocol when the driver is unable to reach the customer. In this specific case, we were unable to leave the food with the doorman since we did not receive approval to leave it with that party. Further, protocol calls that the delivery person move on from the specific task upon confirmation that the customer is unavailable at the dropoff location. We hope you were able to enjoy the 10USD Credit issued to your account and will work towards a system where such occurrences do not replicate in the future.

credits with the company were provided. I would recommend that in the future, the company be transparent about the method by which they intend to issue refunds - promising a credit card refund via phone and then switching to credits is not acceptable.
