have not yet removed the charge that was in error.  I have disputed it with my credit card company but it still remains with the merchant (doordash) to confirm and remove. I do appreciate that they deactivated the account, but they need to resolve the charge itself.

We have investigated this matter and found that the driver waited from 12:37-1:03 to deliver the order, with both ourselves and the driver calling the Customer to complete the delivery. It was only at this point that we allowed the driver to leave and asked that he give the food to the less...

information in clear, easy-to-find locations on their website. This still hasn't been done. The only way to contact the company is through the chat feature on their website. This is troubling because if the chat function is not operational, as it was not on the day of my complaint, there is no way to contact the company. Sincerely,[redacted]

I found it on the Revdex.com website, I believe, but certainly not your website. The only contact information you give on your website is an instruction to use the help chat. Refund was issued for the caesar salad.

As discussed in a phone call and an email with the Customer on 4/28/17, refunds take 2-7 business days to fully process. This time range varies depending on the financial institution to which the funds are transferred. This information has again been confirmed with the Customer by email.

Upon the restaurant's request was removed from the DoorDash website & service in June 2015

A refund has been processed and an confirmation email has been sent.

Our customer are billed and their credit/debit cards are charged once they place an order with our service.  If they order is then canceled, or any reason, DoorDash releases the funds immediately via our third party credit card processor.  There may be a delay with the refund appearing on...

the customer's statement based on the timeline of their financial institution.  
In some cases a refund may even be processed as a reversal.  This means that the customer will not see an extra line item on their statement with a credit - instead they will see the original charge disappear or drop from their statement completely.  
 
We've also reached out to the customer independently and consider this complaint resolved.
