We have contacted the Customer directly and consider this complaint resolved.

We have reached out to the customer and informed her that she has been removed from our physical mailing list.

Customer was issued full refund and was informed about refund.

We have contacted the merchant in an effort to resolve this matter independently.

Phone number has been removed.

Provided further insight to customer via email, indicating that restaurant adjusts prices on their DoorDash order page, as they see fit.

After reviewing the dasher's account, we were able to confirm the requirements were not met for the extra pay for deliveries completed on 4/18. We reached out to the dasher with more information on the incentive requirements.

The Customer has been contacted and given a refund for the promotional code. This matter is considered resolved.

The Consumer received a full refund for the order on 4/12/17. This issue is considered resolved.

We apologize that the messaging in the subject line of the email in question appeared to be misleading. The promotional details within the body of the email reinforced that the $20 credit was to be used over 4 deliveries of $20 or more. If in the future you would like clarification on a promotion please don't hesitate to reach out.
