Reached out to customer and informed them login credentials were sourced from another site to access DoorDash. We have deleted payment information and deactivated account per their request.
Payment for bonus was initiated on Dec 26th and will be included in this weeks pay (Dec 25-Dec 31st) and should deposit in their account next week (around January 3rd).
We're reached out to the customer directly regarding her complaint and consider the issue resolved.
The payment totaling $36.63 has been transferred to a [redacted]. bank account ending in [redacted] around 2/14. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to show on your bank statement. Thank you.

Customer has opened a number of cases describing these issues. All agents assigned to said cases have provided feedback and resolutions as expected. Company will continue to provide feedback to pertinent parties as needed.
Fully refunded order and informed customer of refund.
The customer's order was refunded on 12/2/17, and our refunds usually take between 3-5 business days to process. We have sent the receipt to the customer for her records, and she has been informed to contact us in the event that the refund still doesn't show in her bank account.
The customer was contacted via phone by an agent requesting more information on the order. After the customer notified the agent about the incorrect and missing items, along with the poor food quality, they agreed credits towards the customer's account would suffice as compensation. Nothing has been resolved and I still can not order food with doordash. According to doordash system my acct is still deactivated and I can not use my name acct info or any credit card associated with my name in thei website.
