I was incredibly frustrated by Dose
Of Roses as I had ordered flowers well in advance of Valentines Day and they never showed up. Towards the end of February, I had figured I had been scammed. However, I was able to get in touch with a
Customer Service rep through their Instagram DMs who explained they were overwhelmed with Valentines orders. My order finally arrived yesterday, 3/10, nearly a month late, and some of the flowers were damaged, however that may be UPS's fault, not DOR. Flowers do seem to be quality and for the most part what I expected. I wish the company had a phone number that could be answered and that there would have been better communication.

It's quite rare to find a floral shop online that delivers as promised and exactly how they describe their products and services to be. But with DOR, I am guaranteed that my items will arrive safely.

Ordered galaxy rose on February 11th, have not received and have had only one response on status and it's March 9th. Does not deserve your money the way they run this company selling a bunch of snake oil. Willing to bet their page is "fake news"

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I received the wrong items in my order, that were worth less than what I purchased! There is no phone number to contact them. I have reached out on email several times with no response. Seems like a scam!

I admire every collection here at dose of roses, they all seem to be very well thought of. The arrangements are wonderful and there are new additions every time I visit.

The website is getting cooler and cooler. I find it easier to shop there now, the roses are of good quality and the services are never delayed.

What I love about DOR is the fact that they reply so thoughtfully to emails. I never hesitate to voice out my concerns and changes for my orders.
