Timing is important for shops like DOR where the items are bought specifically for certain occasions that cannot be rescheduled. DOR is aware of that and has been delivering my items on time. Lord knows giving flowers a day late is a death sentence.
DOR's scheduled delivery is excellent and so far, in the three times I've ordered from here, the delivery arrives as scheduled, so I don't stress out at all and I have learned to trust DOR's services.
Quadpay is a buy now pay later thing and I really appreciate the easy set up and the availability of this service in the first place. I rely on commissions for a living and sometimes it takes a while for the money to get through, so I get short on cash for online purchases, but thankfully all that is fine now.
I'm writing this review in the hopes that it encourages DOR to keep doing what they're doing in customer service. The replies for my queries have always been quick so I was able to buy just as quick. Some shops don't bother replying.
I ordered stuff and never received item. They took my money and there's no way to contact anyone as they do not reply to email, messages or phone call
I ordered a galaxy rose which was guaranteed delivery before Valentine's Day. Never received it. I tried calling, left multiple messages but never received a call back. I emailed and never got a response. Multiple emails, calls, texts and not a single response yet they continue to send me emails and texts about specials they have. I just want my money refunded and have given ample time and effort to be resolved. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Never received package!
Ordered me package over a month ago and still hasn't been delivered. They've failed to respond to multiple emails about where my package is, and ive also been blocked on Facebook from commenting on posts since I commented as to where my package is. This company is a scam!
Never received my order and customer service won't contact me back regarding my order. I demand a refund due to never receiving it, but still being charged for it over a month ago. This is ridiculous.
The order in the question was placed on February 5,2020, For the Small Red Rose Bear. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the Valentines day holiday causing a delay in processing and shipment. The customer demands a full refund. Under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy, we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions. The customer did contact our customer service asking for their item to be shipped. The order was shipped on April 1, 2020.

I do not accept the response from the company. Had it not been for contacting the Revdex.com, I wouldn't have received a response at all. It seems the ONLY reason I got a response from the company was due to contacting the Revdex.com. If orders were backed up, then send an email to your customers stating that. Don't just ignore them when they try and contact the company asking why they haven't received their package Also, do not block people on social media just because they asked where their package that what supposed to be delivered months ago is. I still haven't received my package and its now April 9th, (the company said it was shipped on arpil 1st) so I'm questioning whether my package was even shipped at this point. This scam of a company needs to be shut down so other people don't waste around 70$ like my husband did.

I trust that dose of roses will provide me quality services with every purchase. I have been with this shop for a year now and the deliveries have been very consistent.
The same day delivery was so worth it, the extra fees were rightfully called for and I didn't mind. The marbleous blue roses were wonderful.

Boyfriend ordered me a gift feb.1st, hasn't been shipped yet. Responses to email say "we are trying our best to ship your package"
My boyfriend ordered me a gift from dose of roses in early February, it said it would be here before valentines day. valentines day came and it is not here, whole month of February gone by it is now march 10th and I still do not have my gift. We've sent countless emails asking for a refund or an update on our package and they continue to respond that they are trying there hardest to ship out orders. At this point I don't want the gift but I want my boyfriend to get a refund. They ignore his emails about refunds.

Placed a order for the Galaxy Enchanted Rose on February 8 $49.00 for the rose and $26.81 for 2 day shipping. Order # ***. Received a tracking # on February 8 at 10:54am #*** for ups. Message them on February 13 question where's my order. No response. Message them again on the 14 no response. Message them on the 17 and no response. Called them many times left messages no response. I paid for this with my credit card total of $76.76.

I ordered on the 8th, Based on the ad and website estimation I would still make the Feb 14th window. 1 email, 1 support ticket, 1 review, and 1 month later the shipping information still says pending receiving item from vendor. I have tried to contact the company, no response. Seen the website change several times and still no responses. Please just deliver on the product you committed you sold.
