Failure to respond to emails regarding canceling an order and refunding the amount.
I placed an order (***) and forgot to put in discount code so I immediately emailed the company expressing that I wanted to cancel and re-order. The company never responded and proceeded to ship out the item. I followed up expressing that I wanted to return the item. I never received a response. I followed up twice and I never received a response.
I would like to receive a return shipping label and a refund.
Never received order after was placed in early February.
Place an order February 8th. it still has not been picked up by UPS. Unable to contact their customer support either on social media or by email have never gotten a response.
Just looking to receive the order that I have paid for.
I ordered from doseof roses on feb 8 and still havent recieved my merchandise. Ive emailed them over a dozen times with no response.
Feb 8 39.99 was taken off my debit card
I would either like my money back or the merchandise i ordered
Product arrived late, did not match description and will not be refunded
My husband and I ordered an Enchanted Galaxy Rose ($49.95) and 12 Enchanted Roses ($99.95) on 2/9/20 for Vaentine's Day delivery, after seeing a Dose of Roses advertisement on www.cnn.com.
The package arrived on 3/3/20, 23 days later and missing Valentine's Day by 19 days.
The items are not as pictured and are extremely low quality plastic of poor construction. The quality is similar to the disposable flowers that bartenders put in drinks, despite their cost of $100/dozen. Construction is abysmal with low-powered LEDs, visible glue dots, etc.
The website does not include a return policy or directions. An internet search brings up a page suggesting that store credit is possible but without directions. I emailed Dose of Roses on 3/3/20 and received an automated confirmation but no response.
I have the merchandise in my possession and would like to return it and have my credit card refunded. Store credit is not acceptable, given the circumstance.
1) Instructions for returning the order 2) A full refund to my credit card
I placed an order with DOSE of roses on Feb 13th.They immediately charged my account $287.48. I have not received anything. I would like a refund.

At this point I would just like a full refund. I have emailed customer support I have warned them of contacting the Revdex.com and still no response. please help me resolve this situation. thank you.
I would like a refund for $287.48.
I made one purchase with this company. Delivery was late and half the items were faulty manufactured. I contacted the company 4 times and no response.
I made one purchase with this company and paid for rush processing. The items were delivered late in two shipments, and half the items on the second delivery were faulty manufactured to the point of not being useable. I contacted the company 4 times, three by email (zen desk) and multiple times via phone (number provided by my credit card statement), and never received a response.
I paid for rush processing which I feel should be refunded. The damaged Item should also be refunded or at the least replaced.
The order in question was placed on February 11, 2020 for the following items: two Galaxy Enchanted Roses and a half dozen Galaxy Roses. The customer contacted our customer support on February 19, 2020 providing pictures of the defective Galaxy Enchanted Rose. A refund for the Rush Processing has been issued since it was unfulfilled. We have reached out to the customer and are awaiting a response to resolve the issue.
I purchased via online order on January 27th a rose and was charged $24.94 and emailed saying my order was being sent. It never arrived nor refunded
Jan. 27th 2020 I ordered and was charged for an item. I was given a usps tracking number which I checked periodically and was never updated. Approaching Valentine's Day I submitted reports/complaints via email and received confirmation they received the complaint but was never followed up with. Valentine's Day passed and I continued to check the tracking number and sent more emails but was never responded to or refunded any money
I would like the item delivered or my money refunded
The order in question was placed on January 25, 2020 for our product of the Galaxy Rose. After investigation into the order, it appears it was lost in transit. We have reached out to the customer with the email provided on file for the order and are awaiting a response to resolve the issue.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I received an email containing a link that allowed me to change the password to my account. After I reset the password to my account, I attempted to login and the Dose of Roses website provided me with a large portion of blank screen and below was nothing but more items for sale.
The order in the question was placed on January 25, 2020 for our product of the Galaxy Rose. After investigating the order, the package was determined as shipped in our systems, but unfortunately became lost in transit. We attempted to reach out to the customer via email, informing we could resolve the matter immediately by reshipping the order or issuing store credit. The customer did not respond with a resolution.
Purchased a Galaxy Enchanted Rose. 1 month later, it has not arrived, USPS shows it has never left L.A. and company won't reply to emails.
On 2/8/20, I purchased a Galaxy Enchanted Rose for $40.71 from Dose of Roses online- Order #***. I was going to get it in time for Valentine's Day but knew it was probably too close. Today is 3/6/20 and I not only haven't received it but the USPS tracking shows it never left Los Angeles. That alone would be frustrating but I have sent multiple emails, allowing for weeks in between asking for status and even providing screenshots of the USPS location. I have received no replies from this company. I see no other way to contact then other than their support email and I threatened last time I would report then to the California business affairs office and the Revdex.com.
I hope you can assist with getting this company to deliver what I paid for. If not, then I would like a refund of the money and, if this is habitual with them, open up an investigation of fraud. Thank you
The order in question was placed on February 7, 2020 for our product of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. After investigation into the order, it appears it was lost in transit. We are unable to locate any records of the customer's emails, perhaps a different email was used in the attempt to contact us than the one placed on file for the order. WE have reached out to the customer with the email provided on file for the order to resolve the issue.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response I received from this company simply brought me to their website to create a login, which I did, and it brought me to a generic page within their site. There was never any instruction or any personal indication on what to do receive my product or how to recover my cost instead. I immediately replied to the email that sent me the link to the registration site explaining the lack of direction.
As for the explanation of a different email used than one that ordered, that is not only incorrect, I used the same email I used in the ordering process, but I also provided my order number and date of purchase as well. All emails were sent to the only email address I had available through their web site which was ***.
Complaining emails were sent on 2/21 and 2/26 as well as a reply on 3/4 to the poorly received marketing email thanking me for helping then have such a successful year...which also came from *** to the email address I used in the order and all replies came from.
I still have no resolution after the item was lost in the mail and am further irritated that they claim they have no correspondence from me. I can provide any evidence needed but would really like them to just be professional for a change and provide me with the product, an apology and (not required of course), if they can find it within themselves, something to offset the unpleasantness of this transaction.
The order in question was placed on February 7, 2020 for our product of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. After our investigation, the package became lost in transit. We have resolved the inquiry on March 20, 2020 by sending a replacement of the original order including an extra item for the inconvenience, per the customers request.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company finally provided a personal reply and, as they stated, provided the original product and an additional product to offset the time and inconvenience. I appreciate the resolution and the Revdex.com's intervention.
Thank you
The way DoR has made me feel over the couple weeks past is so priceless The staff havr helped me with my swaps and changes without losing cool. Thank you for beating with me. I will be back for more orders
Last time was amazing, love the personal note that came in with my package. The ribbons are super cute too plus the actual roses are perfectly beautiful. Thank you so much Dose of Roses.
It's so easy to shop here at dose of roses because the forms are so easy to fill and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
The prices of the roses here are fairly reasonable enough for the quality I get. Love that they smell so good and that they're all so freshly preserved..
It's the little things that count always and Dose Of Roses has nailed every little thing I want with my floral shop. From transaction forms to delivery, all have been good.
When I said dose of roses put their customers at the center of their business, I mean it. I love thr attention I get whenever I order here. It feels like home
I'm terrified of switching shops now since I'm already enjoying the quality services here. I never want to go back to delays and mixed ups with other stores before.
Thanks Feb for running me through the benefits I could get with every purchase I make. I'm so excited for my freebies next time.
SCAM! I ordered from them 4 weeks ago and never received anything. I contacted them multiple times with no response. I only just now got an email from them giving me a $20 credit off a $100 purchase. What BS! Do NOT buy from them.
I know I will be getting the best care service here at DOSE OF ROSES because their services never fail before and my latest orders were just last week.
The collections here at dose of roses are very timely and look so good. The services are equally good too, never a delay.
I was incredibly frustrated by Dose
Of Roses as I had ordered flowers well in advance of Valentines Day and they never showed up. Towards the end of February, I had figured I had been scammed. However, I was able to get in touch with a
Customer Service rep through their Instagram DMs who explained they were overwhelmed with Valentines orders. My order finally arrived yesterday, 3/10, nearly a month late, and some of the flowers were damaged, however that may be UPS's fault, not DOR. Flowers do seem to be quality and for the most part what I expected. I wish the company had a phone number that could be answered and that there would have been better communication.
