Buyer beware!!!! The products are complete trash. No phone number to call and talk to customer service about the trashy product, just an email and nobody ever gets back to you. NO REFUNDS are given. I wish I read reviews before purchasing.

Complete scam! Don't buy off Dose Of Roses website!!! They stole my money and there is no phone number to contact them. I've should have know better!!!! Any good reviews written on this site are ALL lies. Don't trust this site!!!

I ordered 2 sets of roses. 1 set 2day shipping the other 3 day. I've yet to here from them and I have no tracking number. One was coming to San Francisco and 1 to Virginia. They got us with all those celeb pics smh

My husband bought me the enchated rose in the glass container. It is defective. Literally missing a screw and battery plates so you cant even put batteries in it. Noone is calling us back and deleting our comments on their facebook page asking for them to contact us back!

On February 8th, 2020 I placed a order with this company and had paid extra for rush processing and later that night on the 8th, I received a email from this company with a UPS tracking number. So, I'm like ok my wife might have a chance to receive the gift I purchased for her. As a couple of days has passed *** I checked the tracking number and UPS website said they haven't received the item in there system to track it. So I went to their website and press contact us button and simply requested a status update on if their was a delay or something didn't get a response from them only a email stating that they have received my email and that is it. I have sent them another email stating that if I didnt hear from them about my order either ship it or refund my money to my card or face legal action which I'm still waiting for a response.

Just horrible don't waste your time and money. Haven't received my order after paying extra for shipping and from the look of other reviews what you get will be damaged

Their customer support has been completely unresponsive for over a week. Have reached out 4 times.

I love the colors employed with the roses here at DOR, look better than the ones I see in malls and supermarkets. The extra fees were worth it.

I am glad I discovered dose of roses by chance. Such a great shop with promising services, I never got any delays with mg packages.

Quite pricey here but after I saw exactlt what I was getting, the payment was more than worth it. My roses were so freshly preserved, thet look extra enchanting. I remeber being so happy seeing it for the first time yesterday.

I trust dose of roses to deliver my orders on time and they always do. My items are properly wrapped, too. No tears or damages whatsoever, too.

Shoutout to Karen for recommending me DOSE OF ROSES. I was skeptic at first because the photos online are just too good to be true, I was surprised at how beautoful they really are in person. I loved it.

My husband ordered 3 items and it said we received them but we didn't get one of the package and I'm mad because of course it was the most expensive item the rose bear. We are definitely going to our financial institution to get this refunded do not trust these no name companies.

Worst service and timeliness from a commercial company. Order a product a month early, pay for guaranteed shipping and the date comes, well product isn't even in the state yet. No phone number listed so Email is the only contact information you have....I guess they do not care once they have your money. Do not buy, or support this poor service and extremely cheap company, as it is a direct failure of the romantic intentions they advertise

This is a horrible company. Purchased a rose bear and it was never evened shipped, asked for money back and didn't receive that either. This company is fraudulent and their products are a scam.

This is a scam, they don't respond and don't deliver. I suspect the good reviews on this page and others are fake.

Never received product. Ordered products with ample time for delivery and paid for expedited air service. Product was not delivered, no tracking numbers, just a bunch of additional advertising emails. Never once did I receive a shipping or tracking. Beware, this company is a scam. Many others have shared similar experiences.

Scam, product not as listed, will not refund, do not waste money here.

This company is a scam. Flowers are destroyed and they refuse to refund. No number to contact please save yourself the headache of purchasing from them.

Ordered a rose, I got it delivered in the time it said, and it was not damaged, everything came in the package that was promised, and that I paid for! My gf loved the rose.
