Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

My husband bought me the enchated rose in the glass container. It is defective. Literally missing a screw and battery plates so you cant even put batteries in it. Noone is calling us back and deleting our comments on their facebook page asking for them to contact us back!

I ordered 2 sets of roses. 1 set 2day shipping the other 3 day. I've yet to here from them and I have no tracking number. One was coming to San Francisco and 1 to Virginia. They got us with all those celeb pics smh

Complete scam! Don't buy off Dose Of Roses website!!! They stole my money and there is no phone number to contact them. I've should have know better!!!! Any good reviews written on this site are ALL lies. Don't trust this site!!!

Buyer beware!!!! The products are complete trash. No phone number to call and talk to customer service about the trashy product, just an email and nobody ever gets back to you. NO REFUNDS are given. I wish I read reviews before purchasing.

I just did 2 1/2 years in prison I promised my wife I *** make it up to her and buy her something nice now that I'm home I was on Instagram and see a post by dose of roses ð??¹ I went to the website and order my wife roses for$239 I paid 40 extra dollars for it to be there next day they said it *** be there at 10:30 AM it is now 7 PM and I still haven't got my roses my wife is ready to leave me all because I didn't get her nothing forValentine's Day thank you for ruining my life I *** never do business with y'all again don't buy from them scam artist they taking people money and not refunding them beware!!!!!

This is a scam. I ordered on January 26 it is now the February 14th. Didn't get my order. Sent messages no response. No contact number.

Complete scam. The company did not even send me a notice after I ordered on Feb. 1st. I had to track this down with customer service which was no help at all and then the night before Valentine's day they send me an email apologizing as the gifts will not arrive for the 14th. Okay spoke with my wife and she understood it will be late but today I get the email they canceled my order and refunded my money to my account( which has still not hit my account). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. Company is a con artist.

They sold me the garbage they call Galaxy roses I had them long enough to look at them and they fell apart. I paid $60.00 for garbage shame on dose of roses!!!!!

Utter and complete RIP off. I ordered a rose over a month ago with the promise that it would be delivered by valentine's day it never showed ordered on X-XX-XXXX it is now X-XX-XXXX still never got it everytime I reach out to the company I never get an answer. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY TO THIS SCAM!!

Haven't received my order. Ordered a single Galaxy Rose on 2/5, got a tracking number that day, but the tracking number still shows that UPS hasn't even received the item. I reached out to their support email after it had been several days without an update and haven't heard anything back. Clearly isn't making it for Valentine's Day, I just hope it comes at all. Certainly won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Ordered a rose bear with white heart that cost $99.50, received the regular bear the cost $59.95. Emailed support 3 days in a row since I received the incorrect order, no respose yet. STAY AWAY.............

I ordered and never received the items. Tried communicating with them through their website, emails, and their phone number (1-8oo-977-3917). I got that number from my credit card charge. Never heard any responses, but they did charge my credit card the same day that I placed my order. They provided a tracking number in that email that never had any updates. The phone number always says that their agents are too busy and to leave a message with your name, order number, phone number, and email, and that they will get back to you as soon as possible. This never happened.

Ordered a rose, I got it delivered in the time it said, and it was not damaged, everything came in the package that was promised, and that I paid for! My gf loved the rose.

This company is a scam. Flowers are destroyed and they refuse to refund. No number to contact please save yourself the headache of purchasing from them.

Scam, product not as listed, will not refund, do not waste money here.

Never received product. Ordered products with ample time for delivery and paid for expedited air service. Product was not delivered, no tracking numbers, just a bunch of additional advertising emails. Never once did I receive a shipping or tracking. Beware, this company is a scam. Many others have shared similar experiences.

This is a horrible company. Purchased a rose bear and it was never evened shipped, asked for money back and didn't receive that either. This company is fraudulent and their products are a scam.

Worst service and timeliness from a commercial company. Order a product a month early, pay for guaranteed shipping and the date comes, well product isn't even in the state yet. No phone number listed so Email is the only contact information you have....I guess they do not care once they have your money. Do not buy, or support this poor service and extremely cheap company, as it is a direct failure of the romantic intentions they advertise
