Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

My husband ordered 3 items and it said we received them but we didn't get one of the package and I'm mad because of course it was the most expensive item the rose bear. We are definitely going to our financial institution to get this refunded do not trust these no name companies.

Shoutout to Karen for recommending me DOSE OF ROSES. I was skeptic at first because the photos online are just too good to be true, I was surprised at how beautoful they really are in person. I loved it.

I trust dose of roses to deliver my orders on time and they always do. My items are properly wrapped, too. No tears or damages whatsoever, too.

Quite pricey here but after I saw exactlt what I was getting, the payment was more than worth it. My roses were so freshly preserved, thet look extra enchanting. I remeber being so happy seeing it for the first time yesterday.

I am glad I discovered dose of roses by chance. Such a great shop with promising services, I never got any delays with mg packages.

I love the colors employed with the roses here at DOR, look better than the ones I see in malls and supermarkets. The extra fees were worth it.

Their customer support has been completely unresponsive for over a week. Have reached out 4 times.

Just horrible don't waste your time and money. Haven't received my order after paying extra for shipping and from the look of other reviews what you get will be damaged

There has been no contact when emailing, tried calling but was told company isn't real. Notified bank for investigation.
I ordered from dose of roses, *** I attempted to clarify delivery but have not been able to reach anyone. I looked up based on the address and called a florist at that location who informed me it is a fake company. The florist informed he has been getting many calls about it.

I bought a rose that displayed light in the advertisement, but when it arrived it looked nothing like it looked in the ad. And unfortunately no refund
I purchased an artificial rose, order number *** on February 7,2020. The ad was displayed online through Facebook social media, where its advertisement depicted a lighted up rose in a glass bubble. When it arrived on February 13th, it was nothing at all like advertised. IT LOOKED SIMILAR TO A DOLLAR STORE ARTIFICIAL VASE FLOWER..DEFINITELY WASNT WORTH 25.OO. This company doesn't believe in cash refunds. They want to give me a gift card and I don't want anything else from their business. I paid with a credit card and feel I should be refunded once the product is shipped back..they dont even offer return shipping! I feel highly disrespected,dissatisfied and disappointed. The product is called a galaxy rose..ups tracking *** I AM SO UPSET I REALLY WANT A LAWYER.

I payed for rushed processing, and it's been well over the amount of time. VALENTINES day is tomorrow and my order hasn't been shipped
I purchased the option to have the processing rushed two weeks ago so that my order would be here by Valentine's Day. I never received any email updates stating that it was done processing or getting ready to be shipped. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but every time they never replied.

I have been charged for the items I purchased online and have received no further communication after my ordered confirmation.
Placed an order Feb 2nd and received an order confirmation, however have not received any further communication. I have submitted support tickets on the web site Twice and got a support ticket email saying it was submitted however no contact after that either time. The order was charged to my account the same day, but never received the merchandise. at this point I was going to ask for a refund as this was supposed to be for valentines day and I have not received anything.

Order the galaxy enchanted rose and based on reviews this seems like a scam nothing is believable I don't know why social media allows this business to operate scamming customers. I was looking forward to surprising my wife. Ordered feb 3rd, shipping/processing was to be 1-3 days. 1-5 for delivery, still no response from my emails or tracking number.

Paid for expedited processing hasn't happened and emails ignored.
I paid extra on my order for 24 hour processing. It's now been 5 days and my order has not processed or shipped. I have also emailed the company for three days now inquiring on my order status and have not received a single reply about the status of my order. It feels like the company has stolen money from me and has no plans to Deliver the product I ordered and paid for to me.

I ordered two Rose bears for mom and grandma blue and red. They took money but never gave order com. Or delivered.
I ordered two Rose bears for Valentine's Day one for my mom and one for my grandma a blue one and a red one. Once I placed my order I never received confirmation of the purchase the payment went through and the order page gave me a delivery date. Went to check on the delivery and couldn't find any information of the order I placed. Flowers weren't delivered on that day and no one in support will message me back!

Ordered galaxy rose on Feb 12 2020 and received and email saying a label has been printed for 2 day delivery which I paid extra for. It's Feb 13 and it has not been picked up which let's me know it's not good business and after reading all these reviews I know I've been scammed and want a full refund. This was a gift that won't be delivered by the date promised and I want a refund. I have a tracking number from ups but just says label has been printed. I have sent emails with no response and continue to receive text messages from someone named Ella asking me to purchase more even after I replied STOP in response to their messages which haven't stopped. Refund of my money is what I want as what they promise is a lie and no communication to explain anything. My order number is ***. Refund now
