My boyfriend bought a rose from them and did not read the reviews and now I cannot get ahold of them to get a refund
I dont have the order number I believe it was *** I could be wrong I have the tracking number *** Payment method was on his chase debt card.

I've spent over 100 dollars on 2 items. I received a confirmation email for my order saying they would get it ready. I have not received a shipping tracking number. They said if I ordered by a certain day which was the 30th I'd have my valentines gift by the 11th. Today is the 12 after numerous emails and attempted ways of contacting them, they finally get back the day after it was supposed to arrive. Saying one of my items is unavailable. They could have let me know. Also the other item hasn't even been shipped. They do not take people seriously and will just keep your money. I'm trying to get in touch with a representative just so I can talk it out to see if we can compromise. But it's almost impossible to even speak with anyone. There unprofessionalism is unlike I have ever seen and I am very disappointed

Ordered on February 2, 2020. Still no response from email sent for update. Emailed again for cancellation and refund no response.
Ordered a galaxy rose and pink 14" bear on February 2, 2020. Order said delivery by February 11, 2020 no emails on order status. I sent them an email on February 11, 2020 for updates on order with no response. Emailed again today February 13, 2020 for a cancellation and refund on order since I won't be receiving it for Valentine's Day. Not likely will I be getting a response or refund.

I ordered since the 4th. I didn't get an email and no response from emails about my order.
I received an email and a text message stating if I order today, the person who I'm buying for will get it by valentines. Right now it's the 13th and I ordered since the 4th. I've received no email about shipment and no one is responding to my emails, messages on social media, or text messages. This is the second time I had to go through this and it's very frustrating and definitely false advertisement on their part.

I ordered an enchanted gakaxy rose and I chose 3 day shipping, over a week ago, I haven't received anything about when it's going to be here and it's a gift for my girlfriend, or was, I reached out to them about it with no response, it's not something I want to deal with and would really like a refund asap, they said I would get a tracking number in a day or so and it's not been sent or anything about my order, I don't want to do business with them. Would like my refund back

I ordered a product off their website in January for the guarantee delivery by Feb 11th for Valentines day. Shipment was never received and charged.
I ordered a rose bear $70 off their website*** and was charged January 31st, I was guaranteed valentines day delivery on feb 11th 2020. I emailed support and had zero response. I messaged the*** and was blocked immediately. I then messaged his wife*** and she said "thanks for the clout" after my posting their lack of responses on my ***. The wife then backtracked her statement and promised me delivery would happen by thursday, another guarantee, she then blocked me the next morning when she said she would confirm delivery with me. I then messaged the CEO on another account and he asked me for my order number and said he would refund or send it to me for next day, once again, no response or action taken. My product is not here and I haven't had a refund. I had then disputed this charge with my bank and will report them to the FTC for fraud. They are scamming 100s of people with their marketing campaign of sending products to *** celebrities and influencers and screwing the everyday person over planning to get a gift for their loved ones. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

Haven't shipped what I paid for and won't answer customer service.
They promised shipping before a certain holiday and did not happen. It's been 10 business days and they promised 1 to 5 business days shipping time. Have not processed the order. No tracking number and no real information on their website. Their customer service is fake no one answers.

my boyfriend on February 5th bout me for Valentine's Day flowers in the shape of a bear, he spent $103, he got confirmation order saying "it was currently being processing and a shipping number will be sent to you" which he never received.. he used his debit card to make this purchase.. and he tried calling his bank to see if they could help in anyway and they said they couldn't because he didn't use a credit card.. which to me makes no sense at all.. so he's basically out of $103; this scam site needs to be shut down!! before anyone else get scammed out of their hard earn money

Horrible Customer Service. They do not respond!!
I ordered 2 each of the Galaxy Enchantment Roses on 2/1/20 then received them on 2/5/20. Fast delivery however only one light works. I e-mailed them three times, 2/5/20, 2/6/0 & 2/11/20 and still have not received a response. No phone number listed to call, just their e-mail or *** Messenger. These are Valentine's gifts for my wife and daughter and now only one of them will receive their gift as this company fails to reply to their customers. I will never purchase anything from them again and I HIGHLY advise all other not to. Way too many complaints regarding their lack of customer service.

I placed a order for roses on 2/5/2020. They said that the order would be received by 2/11/2020. I never received my order. I emailed them about it on 2/12/2020 and got no response. But yet they are on social media Instagram posting telling people to buy their products. So I direct messaged them. No response. Sense direct messaging them they have made numerous post. Still no answer! This is a problem because it's $163.32 usd that I've paid to them for a product and have not received it. Nor have I gotten a response from them.

I placed an order online with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills. Order was placed and paid for on January 27th 2020. Payment made through amazon pay. Payment cleared and taken from my account and documented as "Paid to merchant" by amazon. Payment was made and cleared same day.

The order was for $349 bunch of 35 Galaxy roses in a white marble base. With a guaranteed delivery date of February 11th 2020.

I received a confirmation email from the company on January 28th saying order confirmed and processing and that full tracking info would be provided shortly.

It is now February 12th, 2020. The item has not been received and no tracking number has ever been provided. Additionally, the company has only one method of contact using their form or direct emailing to them both of which go to *** Several emails have been sent requesting tracking info and explanation, zero responses have been received. I found a phone number through searching that is listed on other customers bank statements as reported. that number is *** This number appears to be scam, it does not even givce a company name and just says, "no customer service agents are present to help you" and asks that you leave your info after the beep, but autodisconnects a few seconds later and does not record your message.

Upon further review here and throughout the web I see this store has several hundred complaints across various sites against them., As much as I would love to get the item in time for Valentines day which would be the preferred outcome, I don't believe that will happen.

I used my debit card to pay for it; I got a confirmation email saying my order was being processed and that a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number would be sent.. that was on 2/5/2020 I started noticing that other people were having the same problem as me, some not getting a confirmation email or just not getting the package or even their local UPS/USPS not having any information on their package; I'm trying to work this out with my bank currently to see if I can get my money back or something but they're putting up quite a fight with me because I didn't use a credit card.. they don't reply back to their customers but yet they post on all their social media platforms..

I placed my order on Jan 31 for some valentines gifts. They took my money and still have not sent any tracking #'s. My order # is *** and I have sent tons of emails as that is the only way to talk to them. I have received no responses back. I'm going to have to file a fraud report to my bank at this point.

Product issue, poor customer service
It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't receive my order. No tracking/shipping or any message from them at all. I kept messaging them but no response. They also kept deleting my comments on their website/social media accounts. I even paid extra for expedited shipping but still nothing. They do not care about their customers

I ordered from the company jan4, 2020. Today is January 10, 2020 & my order has not been shipped out. I emailed with no response.
This company has a shipping policy of 5-7 business with transportation. As of today my items are not shipped. I comment on the company's *** page and they delete my comments. Direct message them on *** with no response. I would like my money back. Plenty if people are on their page complaining about the same issue

I placed a order on the 30th. For something guaranteed to be here on the 11th. No updates dodging every email and chat unable to contact no number.
Order *** was placed on the 30th promised for the 11th. Label was created the second I layed for my item but the item has never shipped my label still says awaiting item at post office. I've tried emailing a ton to cancel my order since it was supposed to be a Valentine's Day gift and it will not make it on time. Nothing back been a week. No phone number to contact. They have a Facebook with a chat but there just dodging people had raging comments about similar problems like mine and there comments are getting erased.

Ordered a month ago and payed extra for "Valentine's Day Shipping" Got a tracking number for a label created 2/3 and after emailing and getting no response it updated to say it will be here the 18th. Still no response when I emailed about it arriving 4 days late, and had comments on Facebook and IG deleted as soon as I posted warnings to other people they were still trying to get money from. There's a whole Facebook page full of people they have not sent orders too, or even worse sent empty boxes to. And they are still posting ads for 1 Day shipping V-Day orders. They need shut down and to refund everyone's money

as a Valentine's day gift, it came late and damaged, the light didn't work. They don't even have a customer support number. They won't give you a refund, they will replace it if you pay for shipping again. This place is a joke! Also overpriced you can get higher quality stuff for half the price if you look around. I'll never buy anything from them again!
