I ordered a product off their website in January for the guarantee delivery by Feb 11th for Valentines day. Shipment was never received and charged.
I ordered a rose bear $70 off their website*** and was charged January 31st, I was guaranteed valentines day delivery on feb 11th 2020. I emailed support and had zero response. I messaged the*** and was blocked immediately. I then messaged his wife*** and she said "thanks for the clout" after my posting their lack of responses on my ***. The wife then backtracked her statement and promised me delivery would happen by thursday, another guarantee, she then blocked me the next morning when she said she would confirm delivery with me. I then messaged the CEO on another account and he asked me for my order number and said he would refund or send it to me for next day, once again, no response or action taken. My product is not here and I haven't had a refund. I had then disputed this charge with my bank and will report them to the FTC for fraud. They are scamming 100s of people with their marketing campaign of sending products to *** celebrities and influencers and screwing the everyday person over planning to get a gift for their loved ones. This company needs to be shut down immediately.
I am seeking a refund for my money, i already disputed it and will win it 100% but much rather have this settled with and refunded.

I ordered an enchanted gakaxy rose and I chose 3 day shipping, over a week ago, I haven't received anything about when it's going to be here and it's a gift for my girlfriend, or was, I reached out to them about it with no response, it's not something I want to deal with and would really like a refund asap, they said I would get a tracking number in a day or so and it's not been sent or anything about my order, I don't want to do business with them. I received an email and a text message stating if I order today, the person who I'm buying for will get it by valentines. Right now it's the 13th and I ordered since the 4th. I've received no email about shipment and no one is responding to my emails, messages on social media, or text messages. This is the second time I had to go through this and it's very frustrating and definitely false advertisement on their part.

I've spent over 100 dollars on 2 items. I received a confirmation email for my order saying they would get it ready. I have not received a shipping tracking number. They said if I ordered by a certain day which was the 30th I'd have my valentines gift by the 11th. Today is the 12 after numerous emails and attempted ways of contacting them, they finally get back the day after it was supposed to arrive. Saying one of my items is unavailable. They could have let me know. Also the other item hasn't even been shipped. They do not take people seriously and will just keep your money. I'm trying to get in touch with a representative just so I can talk it out to see if we can compromise. But it's almost impossible to even speak with anyone. There unprofessionalism is unlike I have ever seen and I am very disappointed
I want my things expedited to me. It's not like I'm far away. So personally driven to me. Or allowing me to pick it up. If that's so hard. I would like my money back and no store credit because I will not ever use them again

Once I placed my order I never received confirmation of the purchase the payment went through and the order page gave me a delivery date. I have been charged for the items I purchased online and have received no further communication after my ordered confirmation.
Placed an order Feb 2nd and received an order confirmation, however have not received any further communication. I have submitted support tickets on the web site Twice and got a support ticket email saying it was submitted however no contact after that either time. The order was charged to my account the same day, but never received the merchandise. at this point I was going to ask for a refund as this was supposed to be for valentines day and I have not received anything.
