This is day four with UPS 3 Day select with no tracking number. Asked many times over customer support email what was going on, no response !!!!!!!!!!
I ordered off of Dose of Roses website. I got a confirmation email and was told I would be getting a confirmation tracking number very soon. It's day three I'm waiting !! I tried emailing their support team, absolutely horrible. They do not RESPOND. I would like my money back or thus damn problem fixed ASAP. Horrible service !!

A specific time frame for delivery was specified during ordering. This has not been met and the business will not respond to attempted contact.
I've tried to contact the business numerous times to get an update on the order with no response. After reading reviews I've realized I'm not the only one. I'm concerned this is a scam and would either like the product I ordered or a full refund.

The products I purchased are not what was advertised. In addition, the product quality is so poor that the items simply need to be thrown away.
I made two purchases from Dose of Rose's. The Galaxy Rose was such poor quality and falling apart it had to be thrown away. This wasnt a shipping/damage issue, the rose was simply poor quality and quite frankly junk. I was ripped off. The Enchated Galaxy Rose was just as bad. The lights were wrapped around the rose petals in a clump. The inside of the glass is dirty. The rose is bent from the wires. Again, beyond poor quality, cheap and junk.

I placed an order for 1 rose 2 weeks ago and have not received it, ups label created but no update.
I want my stuff or money back this is the ORDER

I never received the product I ordered and have yet to receive any response from the company.
I placed my order on January 31st and received a confirmation email stating I would get a shipping email in a few days. That never happened. I waited a week and sent an email requesting an update and never heard back. A few days later I sent another email, a message on Facebook and Instagram requesting a refund and still, no response. This company is a scam and I believe any positive review is left by a bot to promote a false company.

Failure to ship item. Failure to respond to email through customer support.
Ordered from online website. CC charged within minutes. Been waiting for shipping email, never recieved it, still processing after 3 weeks. Tried emailing customer support for refund. Will not respond back.

I have received no correspondence or confirmation about my order. I have not received my order.
Order number ***. February 6th 2020. I ordered rush processing $5, one galaxy rose $19.95, and one galaxy enchanted rose $49.95. My capital one credit card has been charged. They do not return emails or phone calls. I have received nothing from them about getting my order.

Submit an order a week ago said receive it by Valentines' Day. It should process 1-3 business days. Still haven't receive shipment notification.
I made an order on February 4, 2020. My order number ***. I purchase a 8 inch Red Rose Bear and 8 inch Blue Rose Bear. They were both $59.95 a piece. The advertisement said order now receive by Valentine's Day. My total order is $94.00 with taxes and discount that was given. I paid through QuadPay $23.50 which will get taken out of my bank account every 2 weeks for the other three payments. I still have yet to receive a shipment email for my order. When signing into my account with them it is still saying unfilled for my order. This is very unprofessional when Valentine's Day is in three days.

takes your money sends you a generic order confirmation and UPS tracking number that never ships out & doesnt answer your concerns at all
So when you order from this company they send you a receipt confirming your order with a UPS tracking number that stays in label created forever its never updated and then when you try to contact them for a status update and not receiving the order there is no number you can call. They rather you send an email that they never answer you back on or never follow up or correct the error.

Hello,
I placed an order on 2/5 to receive an item for valentines day 2/14). Only half the order is coming and customer support is not helpful.
An order was placed on 2/5 ffor valentines day on 2/14, for two items, Galaxy Enchanted Rose Ã? 1 and Love Heart Rose Bear Ã? 1 for 99.47 order no. *** . On 2/6 there was an email sent for the shipment of one of the item - Galaxy Enchanted Rose. I checked the status of the Heart Rose Bear which stated that the item is still being processed. I contacted the customer service to see how to cancel the order but was told I would only get store credit. But the details to stop the order is not helpful. The money is wasted on an item that will not come on time and barely any response from the business.

Shipping, responding back through email, and finishing the job to have my package delivered on time.
I ordered from Dose of Rose January 31st 2020, I have only received the confirmation number and nothing else. They said that my order would be delivered by February 11th 2020 and I haven't even received any shipping information or email stating that my product is on the way. I have emailed constantly and even called plenty of times and nothing. I paid 366.00 for my product ahead of time.

Recieved damaged item/not working. Have not gotten a response to email.
I ordered an enchanted rose and received it on on time. The item did not work as advertised. Also was out together very cheaply which it wasn't advertised that way. I contacted by email to exchange or return. I haven't gotten any response. After looking deeper into the company, I found a facebook page stating that the company dose of roses was a scam. It recommended me to contact my bank and report it; which I did first. Then it said to report them to Revdex.com. Also states that if I contact the Facebook page, they can give me the contact info for them.

I am so grateful for the fast delivery and reliable services, I never worry about my orders anymore. The roses were beautiful, by the way. I like them the way they are.

My galaxy roses look incredible tonight, they shine extra with all the lights I added on my room. It adds that enchanting feeling to it, I love it.

The roses here are so lively, maybe because they're obviously so freshly preserved, I appreciate that. I just got my items, thank you so much! Will be back for more.

I placed an order last week. I have been trying to reach them on email, Facebook, Instagram, phone. ANYTHING. They keep deleting every comment that anyone posts. This is terrible. SHUT THEM DOWN

They advertise fast delivery from California, 1-3 days. It's been 5 days and the parcel service still says they are waiting for the item to ship. I emailed customer support 2 days ago to see what the hold up is and have not received a response. Very poor communication and I have no idea If/when I'll actually get my order.

I find shopping here at dose of roses as a healthy hobby when I'm stressed. The roses just light me up, they're so beautiful. I get no trouble with the services too.

This company is a complete scam. Placed an order a week ago and paid a hunded bucks for rush shipping and overnight delivery and still have no product. There are hundreds if not thousands of comments on Facebook about this company. STAY AWAY!

Place is a scam , they send out some of the items and then will keep the other items you ordered and they wont respond or nothing . They are taking peoples money half the time . Will never order from them again . PLEASE GO READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY. Beverly hills my *** . So disappointed in this company and they are stealing peoples money . PLEASE BEWARE AND IM SURE HALF OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE
