Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

I placed an order for 1 rose 2 weeks ago and have not received it, ups label created but no update.
I want my stuff or money back this is the ORDER

The products I purchased are not what was advertised. In addition, the product quality is so poor that the items simply need to be thrown away.
I made two purchases from Dose of Rose's. The Galaxy Rose was such poor quality and falling apart it had to be thrown away. This wasnt a shipping/damage issue, the rose was simply poor quality and quite frankly junk. I was ripped off. The Enchated Galaxy Rose was just as bad. The lights were wrapped around the rose petals in a clump. The inside of the glass is dirty. The rose is bent from the wires. Again, beyond poor quality, cheap and junk.

A specific time frame for delivery was specified during ordering. This has not been met and the business will not respond to attempted contact.
I've tried to contact the business numerous times to get an update on the order with no response. After reading reviews I've realized I'm not the only one. I'm concerned this is a scam and would either like the product I ordered or a full refund.

This is day four with UPS 3 Day select with no tracking number. Asked many times over customer support email what was going on, no response !!!!!!!!!!
I ordered off of Dose of Roses website. I got a confirmation email and was told I would be getting a confirmation tracking number very soon. It's day three I'm waiting !! I tried emailing their support team, absolutely horrible. They do not RESPOND. I would like my money back or thus damn problem fixed ASAP. Horrible service !!

I placed a $300 order with this company, my product membership. I reached out to their support email address 4 times without a response
I close a $300 holiday plus hours for my wife for Valentine's Day. The product never shipped and *** to Customer Support and *** just provided. After Support emails about his phones, I reached out to them *** and ***, specifically Instagram. They read my messages and never responded, and deleted of a comment I left asking for a response. The product on the ship nor was delivered.

The white colored roses and the name 'new beginnings' is a perfect gift and décor for my brother and his wife now that they're newlyweds and are getting a house together.

Dose of roses have good service, from the quality of their items, the timely delivery, and the way the roses are carefully delivered, everything is of professional standard.

All the people that give good reviews work for this company, no real customers have received anything from them and have had to dispute this charge. This is a scam, and they advertise on social media and Google. I and many others have contacted them with no reaponse and they give a fake number to contact them.

I'm still waiting for a reply on my many emails to where my order is, that I ordered on January 31, all I have is a confirmation that it was received and nothing else. Getting worried it won't be here by Friday

This is such an excellent idea to give as a gift if you really want them to know you were thinking of them when you bought that gift. They could also keep the roses for years and the box for even longer than that.

Dose of Roses is a scam. I ordered an item and they never shipped it, never responded to any of my inquires. Had to stop payment.

The Galaxy Roses were beautiful! My wife loved them, and the sparkle and shine so brightly. I did pay for expedited shipping to ensure they would arrive prior to Valentine's Day, and it was total worth it! It would be nice if they offered an add on purchase of a small vase to display them, but I found one that holds all 6 and is just the right height.

I will definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered two items Feb 3rd, yet to recieve any sort of shipping confirmation via email or text though I have received several texts about discounts on order from this complete scam of a website.
Just don't even try to order from them. All the same products are on amazon for very similar prices if not less. Complete waste of 100$

I used the email address provided and received an email back that just ticket acknowledged so I can safely assume that is their default auto return email.

Do not use this site.

I have not had an update when its being shipped and I have sent 2 emails that have not been replied I ordered it on Friday and it is Wednesday

Company is a scam. They sent me an empty box and then would never respond to my questions. Only way to contact them is through their email system but they never respond. I am attempting to reverse charges and report them as a scam company through Amazon.com also.

I ordered with expedited delivery and the company charged me $ 178.22 for my order XXXXXX confirmed on February 4th. They promised it would be delivered by 11th see below their promise, NOT YET RECEIVED and day after tomorrow is Valentine and I paid for expedited shipping:

My order has yet to be fulfilled and it's been 9 days. I've tried emailing several times with no response. You would think with customers spending $300 dollars this would not happen. It's extremely unfortunate that I don't even know when my order will arrive & it's for Valentine's Day in a few days. I'm beyond disappointed.

Good luck getting ahold of Dose of Roses after you place the order. No customer service, no phone number, no tracking number for your order and they don't reply to emails. I'm not sure if this is really a company. Order was placed on 2/3 and still hasn't arrived as of 2/12.

They do not deliver your merchandise within the time that they say on their website..
Which is bad considering most of the people want it by a certain day.. Birthdays, valentines, etc...
Please refund out money back..

Ordered on Feb 4th, Still not shipped as of 12 Feb. Contacted customer service, no reply. Tried to post review on their site and looks like they only allow 4 or 5 star review to show up because my 1 star review is not on there.
