Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

I ordered a Galaxy Rose from them two weeks before Valentine's Day under the advisement from them that I would get it in time for it. I still haven't received a tracking number or anything, but they definitely got my money.

I will never order from them again.

Ordered from their website January 31st. Still have t received a tracking number or my package. Support said they would push my package to get shipped right away since I emailed and complained. Two days later no action was taken. I then went to Instagram where they told me my item was out of stock even though I ordered weeks in advanced and received a confirmation number. Their solution was to offer me a different set of roses and still no response when I asked if I can get a refund.

Complete scam.

Paid for guaranteed valentine's day arrival.

Tracking ID says it hasn't even left California yet, and was just scanned at the store yesterday at 4:42PM.

Already filed a dispute, thankfully paid through Amazon pay.

They did send the product. Have emailed them many times and they said they shipped it and yet ups says it was never even picked up. I want my money back. Do not order from here. All the reviews are what they write. Their own employees. I think that you should get your money back if you never received any product from them. What I joke I will never buy from them again

If I could give this business less stars I would. The customer service or lack there of is horrible. There's no number to contact them. I placed an order a week ago the next day I received an email saying it would being prepared to ship and I should get the tracking soon...I haven't received anything yet. I emailed them for an update 4 days ago. I haven't received any response at all but they certainly didn't delay taking my money out of my account. That's *** it shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with a company that your giving your hard earned money to so if anyone asked me DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE ***!!! The USPS is easier to deal with than they are.

Ordered package from them and paid for faster processing and they created a label for my package but have not given it to the shipping company, it's been 5 days since I got an email that said it was being shipped. Reached out to customer service and haven't heard anything from them. Very disappointed!

I Ordered on 2/2/20. Guaranteed delivery on 2/11/20 in time for Valentines Day. Nothing shipped yet (2/13/20). Emailed them 3 times about status and no response. These 5 star ratings are obviously bogus. Look at their instagram comment section you will people saying the same exact thing! Shelled out $300+ and nothing. Never again. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

I get faster replies here than any other floral shops online. My first time here was very memorable and ever since then I trust Dose of Roses with my purchases. The recent galaxy roses I ordered were so beautiful, by the way. Thanks

This company is a complete scam I ordered an 8 inch rose bear about a week ago. I received a text message and email confirming that my package has shipped and when I tried to confirm it with UPS I was told that a label was created but no package was dropped off to ship. Please look into this company.

This shop never fails to set up reminders for me to keep track of my orders, I appreciate that. I can always guarantee a smooth delivery with DOSE OF ROSES.

Fast delivery and careful packaging, I could not ask for a better shop online. My 2nd set of orders just came in and everything is in perfect shape.

There is no customer service. I have reached out to find out when my package will ship. I haven't heard anything for a week. Valentine's Day is ruined. I can't even cancel because the only way to communicate is to send an email. Worse experience ever.

Do not trust the positive reviews that the "company" posts themselves. It is a complete scam. They are taking money from people, never delivering, deleting complaints from all social media, and providing zero correspondence. Complete scam.

I was so looking forward to giving two of these as gifts for Valentine's day tomorrow. When I opened them to look at what I got, I immediately realized, if gotten nothing more than some cheap, Asian FLEA MARKET, trinket. I wouldn't have given $15 at that. Let alone the top off peace you sold these for! It's a plastic black base, the led lights aren't woven to create any effect and the lights are white not colored as shown in the images. Bait and switch, or just false advertisement. Not sure, but I'll NEVER ship with Dose of Roses again. That you can bank on. Wake up folks and stop buying *** online. Truly, it doesn't work out.

I spent nearly 100 dollars on items from them. I did the over 10 days ago. They said to allow 10 days for processing and shipping. I have reached out to their suppourt team and nothing comes back. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had I will not recommend to anyone, if I hear anyone looking at it I will tell them my experience. I demanded a refund still nothing.

Overall very disappointed because there products are beautiful but everything else has not been in the slightest

Received an order confirmation, and that's it. It's been way past a reasonable amount of time than the impression given and the amount paid for shipping. There is no phone number to call, and they offer no response to contact submission forms on any platform they represent themselves on. Julian*** the CEO does not respond to pleas for help. Dose of Roses steals money and does not send the order, then ghosts you.

I gave placed an order with this company as a first time customer. I made sure I ordered in enough time for my wife to receive her flowers by V-day. I've emailed several times and to no avail I haven't received any type of response. Not even a tracking number for me to get an update!!! I'm truly not feeling the love!!!!

I placed a $300 order with this company, my product membership. I reached out to their support email address 4 times without a response
I close a $300 holiday plus hours for my wife for Valentine's Day. The product never shipped and *** to Customer Support and *** just provided. After Support emails about his phones, I reached out to them *** and ***, specifically Instagram. They read my messages and never responded, and deleted of a comment I left asking for a response. The product on the ship nor was delivered.
