No shipping information. No order processed. No customer service response.
Spent well over $100 on an order from doseofroses. Even sprung the additional $5 "rush processing" fee in order to have the order before Valentines Day. Not only have I STILL not received any tracking information for my order but all attempts to reach an employee at this horrible company have been denied. They refuse to respond to any online correspondence and I am not the only customer who's been scammed by this illegitimate business. I cannot wait until this business is taken offline and rightfully sued.

I ordered this product 2-3-2020 with a delivery date of 3-5 business days. After waiting the period given I tried to contact them with no luck
As stated in the summary I ordered product from this company on 2-3-2020, it was a Monday. The pricing came out to be just shy of $300. My order number is ***. It is now 2-11-2020 and I still dont even have a confirmation that my product has even been shipped yet. I used my Visa to pay for this product online on their website. I had no sales rep as all of this was done online. My order was a blue rose bear, enchanted rose, and 30 midnight blue roses

I sent them an email and I got a response to say it was received bu nothing else. I don't usually buy from the internet and especially through Facebook, but this was a really pretty and different option for Valentines. I would really like to get my merchandise and move on.

I ordered 2 enchanted galaxy Rose's my shipment was suppose to come today called ups they said the shipper never shipped they scammed me cc charged

Look them up on Facebook. "Dose of Rose's scam. They're a couple and have defrauded MANY people. No item but they sure took my MONEY
My husband ordered this for me. He has emailed them they send back a generic response with different names attached. Galaxy rose is Beverly Hills Dose of Rose's. I DEMAND my money back and have contacted my bank. I do not want their crummy item, they can keep their JUNK and simply return my money. They won't respond to demands to refund my money. Go on Facebook, search Dose of Rose's scam. They're a couple who scam people over and over and they change their company name constantly. Got a bunch of advertising saying my box doesn't look full enough and to order more. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I CALL NEWS CHANNELS WHO LOVE FRAUDULENT INDIVIDUALS SUCH AS THESE 2.

The turquoise color is just so beautiful and the color makes it look like the roses were from another world. They're the most beautiful flowers I've seen.

I did not receive my package that I ordered 2 weeks ago no tracking number was given I've tried to contact the business and still no response I've sent five emails and no one responded back this was a gift for Valentine's Day and delivery was promised from 1 to 5 business days here it is 3 days before Valentine's Day and still no delivery very unsatisfied and requesting a refund immediately and no one has responded please be careful about ordering from this company you may or may not receive your package.

About 99% sure this company is a huge scam. I bought my girlfriend a valentine's day gift on February 3rd and only received my order and payment confirmation since. I've reached out to them three times to get any updates so that I could have the gift before Valentines day, or make other arrangement and no one is responding other than an immediate computer generated email. Looking at other reviews and comments about the company has made me question if this place even exists. Instead of making fake 5 star reviews about yourselves, maybe spend some more time responding to the customers you're stealing from.

I ordered an bear january 28th, they sent a tracking number and order confirmation but when using the tracking number all that was said was "label created" and I emailed them and they said " I am so sorry for this mishap. There was an error in our warehouse management system when your order was being inputted. This tends to happen if the internet skips during the initial posting process. I have manually gone into our system and personally reordered your product. Your new order number is ***. Please be expecting a follow-up email of the reshipment containing shipping and tracking information. We appreciate your business" and then they sent an email with new tracking and order number but another week goes by and all the tracking number says is "label created". I spent a lot of money and wish to have my order delivered or them refund me my money, it sucks you try and do something nice and then get scammed.

Just received my order today for my wife's Valentine's day gift. Very pleased with the product. Will order again selection is very robust making gift giving easy

AVOID AT ALL COST

This company does not only thrive off of greed they have no intention of providing the services they offer. After ordering several items that were never shipped to me and several emails to customer support they denied me a refund saying they "sold out" of the product I ordered months prior. This item is still being advertised and I'm sure many others will lose their money to this scam. Pure fraud.

I ordered my bear and flower on January 29th so that my girlfriend would get it before Valentine's Day but I haven't received my products which have already been paid for. And to add to the problem NO ONE at DOSES OF ROSES will respond to my calls or text. As of right now I'm out of 98 dollars and no gift for my girlfriend on Valentine's day

The whole product was damage. I did try to contact Dose of Roses by email I haven't received anything back from them. They say they respond within 24hours its been more than 72 hours.

Don't waste your money on this garbage product. Within seconds of opening it I immediately discovered that the glass casing was scratched, the covering was crooked, and the glue-work looked like it had been completed by someone who had the misfortune of being both blind and fingerless. Had I paid $10 for this I may have just forgotten about it, but considering the price tag of over $50 I decided to take a deep dive into the companies history. Not only are they scamming anyone buying this right now, but the business owners are notorious for having prior ventures into scamming people out of their money. Don't let this happen to you, and if it already has, do not just stand idly by and wait for retribution.

I purchased the galaxy rose arrangement on 1/24/20 never got a email from them. They won't answer my emails. There's no phone number to call. They are nothing but a scam I spend more than $200 I need and want my money back from them!

Bought on January 24 online for $50.

I purchased three roses from this company. I only received one in the package. The quality was nowhere near expected. No response to emails sent.
Order number *** placed on 1/27/2020. Payment made through QuadPay. I ordered 3 roses that appeared to be glass. They were sold as handmade and photographed as a quality product. When I received the order, it was 1 rose in shoddy packaging, not as depicted. It appears to be plastic petals hot glued to a plastic stem. I also only received 1/3 of the order. I reached out to the company, but I have received no response.

When looking at the webpage for the rose, I noticed that there are numerous bad reviews. However, they all have 5 stars next to them. I feel like the reviews are being doctored. A review complaining about the company and the product would not receive 5 stars from the customer.

I have now made 2 payments on the order, so I've paid more than the 1 rose was worth. I've reached out to QuadPay in order to hopefully cancel any further payment with the company.

Ordered an item from this company- was told 1-3 days shipping- it's now been 7 days and nothing.I've reached out to them and have not heard anything.
I had ordered the Pink Rose Bear from this "company" and was told 1-3 days before it would ship- it's now been 7 days and I have yet to receive the package. It says the company created a label but has yet to ship it to UPS. UPS says, "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." I have reached out multiple times to the support team, who promises a response in 24hours (LIES), yet to hear anything. I paid 59$ for the Bear and shipping. I am now receiving emails from this company advertising the same Bear with 3 days shipping- get it before Valentine's Day! I cannot believe they have the audacity to send me emails with the same product I've already ordered and have yet to receive. If they can't fulfill the orders then just say so- quit leaving me and everyone else in the dark. Such a terrible company. Do not order anything from them or fall for their fake Facebook ads. I would like either the item I ordered before February 14th- this Friday- or a refund. Don't pride yourself on quality products to then turn around and scam people. Low life's and a joke of a company.

I placed an order 2/3/20 and was told order is processing, order has not been shipped and have emailed 3 separate times with no response at all.
I placed my order for a valentines day gift on 2/3/20 believing it left sufficient time to receive the item before 2/14/20. I placed the order and was charged 180.00 right away and was told order is confirmed and processing. the site stated this can take 1-3 business days and then shipping would occur.

I first sent an email on 2/7/20 after the 1-3 days inquiring on when order *** will ship and if it will be delivered before valentines day. this was met with no response, I again emailed again on 2/10/20, again no response. I then sent a message to the company Instagram page on 2/10 again no response.

my final email was sent 2/11/20 inquiring that I need an update on the order and it must be expedited. I am very upset that after spending a good amount of money I am not even given a response as to the status of my order.
