Shipping Method of 1-5 business days not true. Tried contacting customer service multiple times but no response.
On Sun Feb 1, I ordered products from their webpage totaling $125.43 using my debit card and provided me with an order number ***. A follow up email occurred saying my package is being processed. My card has already been charged with the amount of$125.43. Currently it is Tuesday Feb 11, and I have not received any confirmation of my package's whereabouts; no shipping labels made, no tracking number, and no following emails regarding where my package is.
Their email that was sent to me stated, "Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process + transit time (typically between 5-7 business days)." Today, Feb 11, is currently the 7th business day and I have not received any follow up email regarding my order.
In addition, I have sent a total of 3 customer service support emails regarding the shipping of my order in a period of 4 days. And I have not a received a single response. I have even tried to get a hold of them by messaging their Instagram page.
They are falsely providing information regarding their shipping information and have no representation with their customer service. I am displeased customer who has been lied to and kept in the dark.
At this point, I have accepted the fact that my products will not arrive before the expected delivery date and before Valentines Day. So I want to be contacted with an explanation of why my package isn't arriving according to their promised shipping method. And I would like to be refunded the full amount of $125.43.
I have received two items. One was broken. I fixed it myself. The latest was an item I ordered as a gift but does not work. emailed them no response

No shipment of a promised timeframe and no refund
After placing an online order 1/29 and recieving confirmation email stating order will be shipped 1-3 business days, on the fouth day I emailed them asking when my order will ship. ***(C/s rep) says within 24 hours and 3 days later still no shipment. Jan 7th,today, I asked for a refund and she says no refund only store credit. Called the company and the guy(he provided me with no name) told me he can move me up to priority but it still make take a week. He says no refund but if I want to contact my cc company that was fine. I can provide emails between me and lily but I would need an email address to forward them to
Your c/s rep *** is horrible. I told her to quit making promises you can't keep and she said she didn't when 2-3 emails previous she just told me 24 hrs soooo yes she did. If you fail to do your job then refunds are given no exceptions. I should not have to go through my cc company for your problem. A problem you created is your responsibility not mine or my cc company
The item I ordered was falsely advertised and the customer service rep *** was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
On 12/13/19 I ordered a galaxy Enchanted rose that advertised it had 8 different lighting modes that also flickered. The item arrived and after adding new batteries I immediately noticed not only did the lights not change or flicker, there was no button to enable such a feature. On 1/3/20 I emailed customer service, as that is the only way they communicate, I send them a screenshot of their advertisement and let them know my item was not doing as advertised. A reply from their rep *** came almost 2 weeks later on 1/15/20 frustratingly advising me to insert new batteries and that was it. I advised her new batteries were added and pointed out there was no way to add lighting modes. She later responded saying the advertising was wrong and had sense been updated. The pricing on the item also decreased and they ultimately offered me $20 off another purchase. I told them I'd prefer to exchange the item I received for an actual item that did as advertised. She proceeded to tell me they didn't have Enchanted items that light up even after I pointed out the items on their website that advertise the same lighting product I believed I was purchasing. She then stopped acknowledging anything I was saying rudely implying I was offered $20 off and that was my only choice take it or leave. This has been a frustrating experience with this company when it could have been a simple fix.
All I asked was to exchange the item that I received for an actual product that had lighting options as originally advertised and if that is not possible I would rather have a refund for false advertisement There are Enchanted led roses on the website so I do not understand the need for her to lie and tell me there weren't even after I sent her screenshots.
My package has yet to be received!
I ordered my galxy rose bouquet and royal blue rose bear on January 25th for valentine's day and I have now emailed twice and called the number on my bank statement with no reply to either. $I spent 235.24 on the 2 items with shipping costs. I received an email saying your order is being processed and we will email with shipping details in 1-2 days and that was the last email I've gotten, besides a bunch more trying to get me to buy more stuff.
I want my package delivered by valentine's day or a complete refund. This is their mistake so they should pay for any expedited shipping.

On Jan 28, 2020 They double charged my account and emailed me there are 2 orders #'s *** for
$94.96 & $100.95. They charged me twice. No resolution for their mistakes of ordering or anything monitarily. I have emailed, called, left messages and have recieved no resolution for their mistakes. I recieved on 02/10/20 1 bx containing 1 dz GalaxyRoses Tracking#***. Total Misrepresentation: this cheap unattractive plastic junk not worth $5 much less the $100.00 they charged my account. I Have no idea where Tracking#*** for the first order is. And the two texts they sent to arrange delivery options did not work either. Dissapointed with every aspect of this company and their so called product. Last communicated on 02/10/20 and had to leave a phone message on an unattended Customer Service line. Want full Refund...

Order was placed Feb 4th 2020 order number ***. I believe this company to be fraudulent and they have no intention on fulfilling my order. It was advertised that the order would be received by Feb 11th 2020 before Valentines Day that was advertised.

Nothing is coming in and they finally answered my emails and calls and said they don't have the product I ordered and can give me store credit. There policy stars if I change, edit, cancel, or return I get store credit. Nothing to the point if they mess up. Also this happened way after the time stated on the page to process. I bought a rose bear with a white heart for Valentine's day. The package came in 2/6/2020 and to my surprise, it was a different type of bear, a regular bear without any heart. I quickly emailed them about this on Thursday evening, waited until Friday afternoon to send another follow up email and then Monday afternoon to send another. 3 emails went by without any reply. This company is a joke, they will send you the wrong product and then ignore your emails. I couldn't even find a phone number to call since it's all hidden.

I ordered from them and never received my package. It was supposed to arrive and never did. Looking at the reviews they take your money and you either never receive the product or once you do it's such poor quality that it's laughable. The tracking that I have is fake and is confusing. Shows up with UPS but they said they transferred it to USPS and the order is in Pre-Shipment and still pending. Going to report my bank account for fraud cause they took my money.

Dose Of Roses had sent a replacement item. Although it is not the item originally ordered we will except it just be be over this mess. This company should not be in business. My son has learned to research a company before you order something. Thank You.
My packaged arrived with only half of one of the two items I ordered.
I ordered 2 items off the posted website, and paid for the rush processing/shipping to ensure that the packages would arrive in time. I have only reviewed part of the one of the two items and have now reached out to the company five separate times to resolve the issue. I have yet to get a response but continue to get promotional emails and texts from the company. The address in Beverly Hills does not correlate with the return address posted on the package I did receive and when I called the store at the Camden Dr. address, I reached an entirely different florist who told me fake companies scam and copy his work all the time and to report this company. I cannot find a phone number anywhere and none of my emails, messages or comments on Instagram have been responded to. I want a full refund immediately.

Upon further inspection, all their items are photographed to imply they are made of crystal or gold and they all are pieces of flimsy plastic. I would not accept store credit as there is nothing on their site worth the $20 I spent on the Galaxy Rose.

They refuse to grant refunds and have hundreds of complaints and disputes filed against them. They are a fraudulent business that needs to be shut down.

Reached out to retailer via social media accounts and direct messages but no responses provided since time of order.
