Straight lies!! I ordered and havent seen, or received anything!! Ive emailed them countless times, and nothing. Im just glad my bank will refund my money being this was a scam!

Don't buy unless you want to cry, I did. It is my birthday and Valentines.

I placed an order on 01/30/2020 and I have yet to receive my order.AND I was told that they didn't have one of the bears in stock so I had to settle for something different. I've sent multiple emails with no replies since they don't have a number listed on their site. Beware

Over 2 months since I placed my order and still no delivery. No response to my multiple emails regarding my order. Very dissatisfied with this company.

quality of the enchanted rose is absolutely horrible. it looks like its worth 5 dollars and they charge 50 for it. and get this, THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS!! just store credit.

My experience was not good. They have gone silent on me! I have placed an order of white roses(because almost everything including red roses were saying to be out of stock) and bunch of other items for a value of $350 bucks. After placing an order immediately all other items became available. I saw that they have cancellation window of 1 hour so no long wait I emailed them Thursday evening. But because I was afraid that the red roses are going to be out of stock again I placed separate order for the same value. They have never responded. In the meantime I was texting to someone from their team over the phone and he or she has gone silent as well. I wrote her a bunch of times and she just disappeared. Now I'm afraid they will send both orders and I will feel awkward with my wife. Disappointed, should have gone with Venus Fleur

Complete scam. -5 stars. Orders suppose to be delivered no more than 5 business days. They don't respond & have no phone number. The refund policy is they will only offer store credit. So they're trying to say if you never receive your order then you get it back in credit to not get any other order you were to attempt. These mns think I can't get my money back, that's why I used a prepaid card so they can't get ahold of my banking info. They're a bunch of incompetent mns that think I don't have the means to find them

Ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose for my significant other for Valentines Day. The product I received was not what was advertised. The product was supposed to be illuminated and was completely broken, right out of the box. In addition, there is hot glue up the side of what is "supposed to be" a glass display dome. The finished product I paid nearly $60 for is unsightly, and beyond that, does not perform the base functions that it advertised. I looked for some way to reach out and attempt to rectify this issue, given that Valentines Day is a week away. There is only an email link, no phone number to call and speak to a real person.
Be very cautious if using this seller. I doubt this issue will be resolved, given that they do not even list a direct contact number.

Received Rose Bear in a damaged box. I also ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose that did not work (with new batteries installed). I reached out to customer support by email since they do not have a phone number but they have not responded, it has been 1 week since I wrote to them. Horrible experience so far.

I think I have easily become the best boyfriend ever today. I gave her the galaxy roses arrangement, and surprised her with a love rose bear when she got in my car. We drove to a restaurant she loves and she could not stop saying how everything just made her feel so loved.
