Company refuses to cancel order before it's even processed. Company misleads you into thinking you're getting a good quality product when you're not.
I purchased an item for $94.94 from Dose of Roses and when I further reviewed their company and products I found out that they're a scam. They claim to sell "luxury" products when they're actually selling cheaply made plastic items and the majority of their packages come in destroyed. About an hour after purchasing the items which was in the middle of the night when the company is closed I sent them an email to please cancel my order and soon after they sent me an email saying that they've already shipped it. Even though it didn't even show it was sent to UPS until a day later. Plus I'm pretty sure the store was closed when I received the email that they've already shipped it. So after that I sent them more emails calling them out on their lie and they still sent me an email saying that they can't do anything about it but that they can give me store credit. Which I don't want because I know none of their products are worth the amount that I spent.

Desired Outcome

All I want is a refund. Eventhough they did offer store credit I know none of their products are worth the amount that I spent and the majority of the reviews that I read about this company are that they're a scam. So I'd prefer to not give them money.

The order in question was placed on January 28, 2020, for our product of the half dozen
Galaxy Roses. The customer reached out to our support team requesting to cancel the
order and receive a refund. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" orders
cannot be canceled at any time and refunds to original forms of credit cannot be issued,
only refunds in the form of store credit. The order was shipped on January 28, 2020, and
delivered on February 5, 2020. Under our policy, we cannot grant the customer's request
for a full refund. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer
has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions.

Received wrong product. I contacted them multiple times with one response. I would like to just received the right product and send the wrong one back
I ordered there product "Galaxy enchanted rose" I received a "galaxy rose". I've asked multiple questions on the website with no response. I've sent multiple emails to only get one response. I've sent my order number and the problem. I placed the order on 1/11/2020. It was delivered 1/15/2020
Order number ***. I sent my first email 1/15/2029. I received a reply to my 3rd email on 1/17/2020 after responding with requested information I have not received another response

Desired Outcome

I would like my correct product shipped. On the website it states I would have to pay for return shipping. I will not. I received the wrong product from their end. Therefore I would like my correct product sent out and if they would like the wrong product back they shall pay for shipping expenses.

they did not receive the Galaxy Enchanted Rose, rather they received a single Galaxy
Rose. We have reached out to the customer to rectify the issue and are awaiting a
response.

The order in question was placed on December 20, 2019, for our product of the Galaxy
Rose. After an investigation into the order, it appears that the item was lost in transit. We
have reached out to the customer and are awaiting a response to rectify the issue.

I love how creative dose of roses is with the arrangements of the roses. The details to the boxes are well-thought of, too.

I am amazed at how classy my midnight blue rose make up box looked like in person. it was perfect in my vanity table, I am almost scared to even put anything in it. I can just stare at it and put nothing.

I am so grateful for the fast and reliable services, I always get my orders exactly when I needed them. It helled a lot when I buy bulk, too. Never a delay with my purchases. So cool.

I am in love with the blood-tinge kind of red roses that I ordered here at Dose Of Roses last weekend and they smell good too. The delivery was smooth and without any delays.

False advertising all around! This company is an absolute scam! 2 separate products that are described as being dipped in 24k gold. THEY ARE PLASTIC!
On 1/9/2020 I purchased 2 separate products with my debit card online that are described as being "dipped in 24k gold". After receiving these, THEY ARE PLASTIC! This company is an absolute scam and people really need to know. Also customer service is absolutely lousy and will not even respond to emails. Also there is no phone # to even call for this company. The first product was a "Galaxy Rose" that was on sale for $19.95. The other was a "Enchanted Rose" which was on sale for $49.95. There was also promise of free shipping with a coupon which was not honored either. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT ANY KIND OF BUSINESS.

I think a refund is in order for the ABSOLUTE ABYSMAL FALSE ADVERTISING.

Their desired resolution is a refund since they were not satisfied with the quality of the product. Under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy, we do not offer refunds to original forms of payment and once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. We tried to reach out to company about our order but no one ever emailed back. The company does not have a phone number only an email address. This response still does not address their false advertising. We should be refunded as they lied about the product. It wasn't broken it was a scam claiming it's freeze dried and dipped in gold and it's only plastic.

The order in the question was placed on January 9,2019, for the Timeless Galaxy rose. Both orders were shipped and delivered to our customer. Unfortunately, we do not have any records of our customer reaching out regarding their purchase. Please note, the customer did have the option to return or refuse their order upon arrival for a refund. We now have passed our systems 30-day threshold to process a refund for the purchase. We would like to offer our customer store credit for both orders. Waiting for customers response.

Ordered the Galaxy Rose paid extra for expedited shipping.It came later than it was supposed to and it came shattered.Company has not responded to me.
I ordered the Galaxy Rose for my wife for Christmas on Dec. 20, 2019. I paid $76.21 through my Visa debit card for the order *** and for expedited shipping to be here in time for Christmas. It arrived on December 27, 2019, shattered in the box. I reached out to the company on December 27, 2019, December 30, 2019, and January 2, 2020 and have not heard back regarding my order.

The customer placed an order for our product of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose on
December 20, 2019. The customer claims they received a damaged product upon
arrival. The customer came in contact with our customer support via email and provided
pictures of the damaged item. The customer requested that a replacement be sent and
our representative fulfilled the request. The replacement order was delivered on January
29, 2020,20 by UPS. This issue has been resolved between our company and the
customer.

I ordered a bouquet of galaxy roses and after I ordered I found out they were cheap plastic roses they sold for $60. This was not mentioned the site.
I ordered galaxy roses from this company on January 15th of this year for $55.57. I was unaware at the time that the quality did not match the price. There was no description of how or what the roses were made of so I felt cheated in a sense. Upon further research and not hearing anything about my order I found out that many other people had experienced the same shady business practices from this company. I have contacted their customer service but many others claim they received no response from the customer service. I tried to track my package but am unable to. I just wanted help to get a full refund from this shady company. My order number was *** I paid using my personal Visa card on their website. If there is anything you all can do as far as some kind of refund that would be greatly appreciated. They currently don't offer a refund but instead an exchange for another cheaply made product on their site despite their "satisfaction guarantee".

I would simply like some kind of refund because I feel as though I was misled by their false advertising and lack of description of their products.

of the Galaxy Rose Arrangement containing one rose. The item was shipped and
delivered within a timely manner by FedEx. The customer contacted our customer
service email stating they will be returning the item and expecting a refund since they
were not satisfied with the quality. The customer mistakenly thought they ordered a multi
rose bouquet when they actually ordered a single rose bouquet. Our customer service
representative responded to the customer with our returns process including a hyperlink
to a form to fill out. We cannot fulfill the customer's request for a full refund to the original
form of payment since it is not within our policy to grant such a request for an item that
was ordered, delivered, and received by the customer. The customer will receive a
refund through the form of store credit if they choose to return the item. By placing an
order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our
Terms and Conditions.

I just got the perfect gift for my sister for her birthday! Thanks doseofroses, the coral rose make up box is so stunning. I hope my sister would love it like I did.

What a good way to say I love you', thank you so much! My mom loved the roses I gave her. I told her it can last for years and she was shocked so cute.

I love the aesthetics of the pink rose make up box that I ordered two weeks ago. The white ensemble is just perfect for my vanity table, fits just right in. The roses were wonderful too, and they smell nice.

Shipping here at dose of roses never get delayed, I love the timeliness. The roses come to me in perfect shape, too. No missing items nor any damages with my packages.
