I got transferred to a place far away from where my sweetheart lives. I have to stay there for a while, make enough money to make us stable, then come back to her. I bought her a gold-dipped rose so she has something from me she can keep that will always be there.
It was the geekiest thing I've ever done but I'm happy if she's happy. I dressed all fancy and presented to her the forbidden rose I bought from here. She said I looked like a prince.
I don't want to sound all sad and mopey, but I bought myself a gold-dipped rose for both my birthday and for valentine's. I just broke up with my boyfriend but I promised I would love myself.
I ordered 5 rose bears and have not received the order. I have emailed the company several times with no response to my emails. And no phone number to call. I spent over $300 and no products
Countless creative arrangements here at Dose of Roses, I love looking at them every now and then. The delivery is very convenient and reliable, too.

I found the perfect, colorful, beautiful gift for a colorful and beautiful person. I really can't wait for it to be Valentine's so I can give her this multicolored gold-dipped rose. I can already picture her smiling and squealing.
I got my wife matching gold rings this year, but I felt it was a bit lacking and this gold-dipped rose would be an excellent accompanying gift. I can't wait to see the look on her face. She'd be ecstatic.

I ordered two roses from doses of roses and only got one of them. I've tried contacting them and they've yet to respond.
I bought girlfriend two of the roses that they advertise thinking it would be a really nice gift. "They" were shipped very quickly. Notice I hyphenate they because I said I ordered two, however only one came. I've tried emailing them as they have no number to call that I can find. I spent 32.92 for these. I'm hoping to resolve this somehow.
At this point I just want my money back. If they aren't going to even respond to an email and I can see other people have had the same problem, it's not worth trying to get the rest of the product.
The order in the question was placed on February 10,2020, for our product Timeless Galaxy Rose (2). The customer reached out to our customer service department and came in contact with one of our representatives expressing their dissatisfaction with the product received and that they only received one item. We then sent the customer his remaining items on January 31, 2020. He reached back out to our customer service department claiming we sent a damaged product. On February 10, 2020 we sent out another replacement item. On February 15, 2020 the Timeless Galaxy Rose was delivered. In total we sent two replacements.

There was never a timely response. Not once. Not were the responses remotely business like. Look it all up, there are so many complaints about there ethics and how they handle things. Even then, they are just now responding to this? After how many attempts of the Revdex.com sending them notice? That's how they want to run a business?

If the customer is unsatisfied with the products they did have an initial 30 days for a possible refund, if the items were returned.

BS. I was told no refunds. Only replacements. Product wear never shipped or handled with care. I never even felt like my complaints were taken seriously or with any consideration. All you have to do is look up how many complaints they have. Tells the whole story
I'd like a refund. This company y is fraudulent.
I placed an order on 1/25 for my mother's upcoming 70th birthday. I never got a shipping confirmation, which was confusing because I paid extra for expedited shipping. There is no phone number and no update on the order. I read online reviews about the company being fraudulent and people never getting orders that they have paid for. There is no return policy also my mother's birthday has none and gone. I no longer have a use for the flowers and no shipping confirmation or date. I'd like a full refund and apology.
Per their website, they state that orders need 1-3 business days to process. It has been beyond that with no update. I've missed my mother's birthday because of the delayed shipping that I paid for. I'd like a FULL refund and apology.

On 2/1/2020 I placed 2 orders for the galaxy light up rose that lit up in a case . I saw it on facebook. Literally 1 hour later I requested to cancel my order and a refund for my money. - The customer placed two separate orders on February 1, 2020, for the following products: Single Galaxy Rose and a Galaxy Enchanted Rose. The customer claims that one hour later they contacted our customer service department to cancel the submitted orders and receive a refund. One of our customer service representatives responded to the customer's request explaining that refunds are only issued in the form of store credit per our policy. The customer responded to the representative stating "Karma is real u will get urs." Both orders placed by the customer were delivered by UPS. Under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy, orders cannot be canceled at any time and refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions
Horrible company who doesnt stand by their products. Sent me a broken item and refuse to refund me. I've been scammed.
Purchased enchanted rose on 1/23/2020. Product received on 1/30/2020 and had wire sticking out of bottom and lights would not function. Subsequently requested refund which was denied.
Refund. If your products are good they will sell do not try to scam people with poor quality items that do not match their description.

There is a reason for the companies reputation and Revdex.com ratings. It is not because their return policy. The true fact of the matter is that when I received the product, not only was it broken but it was extremely inferior in quality.This is an item that is supposed to symbolize how much you love and care for someone and would instead be an insult of a gift. It was at that point I realized I was scammed. The "company" knows that their products are not as described which is the reason they refuse to refund their customers. At the end of the day the principal of the matter is they did not deliver me a working product as they were obligated to, so they should refund me what they have stolen from me as they did not hold up their end of the agreement. As a company you have 1 opportunity to make an impression on a customer by delivering on your products and promises. They failed to do this so should rightfully own up and do right by their customers, products and ultimately their already tarnished brand. The fifty dollar paperweight that I received is not worth the another negative review as there are already many out there. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to exposing the fraudulent practices of the company. If you have a great product it will sell itself, but to force a sub par product onto someone through misrepresentation and unethical policy will result in the companies failure. It is simply a matter of time.

A refund is warranted for a damaged item. An exchange is warranted it the item is not liked but in good order. If a business cannot understand this basic principle, they will inevitably fail. It is only a matter of time. A refund is the only acceptable solution in this scenario.

I requested a refund immediately upon receipt of the item. Now that it has been well beyond 60 days they are lying to try and get out of the Revdex.com complaint. Another example of how this company is a fraud.

Of course I wanted to give my girlfriend roses, but I was thinking it shouldn't be just any rose, and I saw those really beautiful arrangement of roses that were colored copper and it was perfect.

The order in the question was placed on November 22, 2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy. The customer reached to our customer service and requested a replacement item. Their desired resolution is to send a working replacement item, was shipped on January 29, 2020 and delivered on February 3,2020.
I ordered my product on december 19th 2019 and it is almost febuary 2020 and it says its waiting to be shipped

The order in question was placed on December 19, 2019, by the customer for our
product of the Single Galaxy Rose. After investigating the original order that was placed,
it appears that it was lost in transit, resulting in the delay in shipping. We created two
replacement orders since the first replacement did not contain the UPS 2nd Day Air that
the customer selected. One of our representatives was in contact with the customer via
email notifying them of the replacement orders and mentioned to the customer that they
will be receiving two Galaxy Roses rather than one due to our mistake of not including
the UPS 2nd Day Air on the first replacement order. The customer thanked our
representative for the quick response and the issue was rectified.
