Shipping here at dose of roses never get delayed, I love the timeliness. The roses come to me in perfect shape, too. No missing items nor any damages with my packages.
I love the aesthetics of the pink rose make up box that I ordered two weeks ago. The white ensemble is just perfect for my vanity table, fits just right in. The roses were wonderful too, and they smell nice.

I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on 3 December 2019, I still don't have it and no real response to emails sent.
I ordered my Galaxy Enchanted Rose on 3 December 2019 (order number ***) in hopes that I would be able to give this to my wife for Christmas. On 13 December 2019, I received an email stating that my item was being shipped. On 4 January 2020, I sent them an email asking them for a status and received nothing back. On 7 January 2020 I sent another email through their support page and received an automatic response but no real answer. It is now 16 January 2020 and I still have not received anything.
Send me my item or refund my money.
The order in the question was placed on December 3,2019, for the enchanted galaxy rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders because of the holiday season. There were order delays, The order was shipped on December 13,2019 though there was no movement since December 22,2019. The customer initiated a chargeback that we accepted.

The company did not accept my request for a refund, I had to go through my credit card company to have them reverse the charges. Additionally, there was no answer to the emails I sent requesting any information.
The order in the question was placed on December 3,2019, for the enchanted galaxy rose. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. The charge dispute was accepted from our end. If the customer has any other concerns they may let us know.
Order placed on 11/22/19 was not received until 1/9/20. Paid extra for rush processing and never heard back from the company until they shipped
On Nov 22, 2019, I purchased a Galaxy Enchanted LED Rose and personalized gift message. I paid extra for rush processing and a personal gift message as this was a Christmas gift. Sent several emails asking where the package was and wanted to cancel as I had not received it before Christmas. There was no response back from the company. There is no contact # on their web site and there is no way to cancel or return the product. They charged 49.95 for the Rose which is double what Amazon charges. I just want my money back as I had to buy another Christmas present and never received the Personal message.
The package has not been taken out of the box. Would like to return for full refund as it was not delivered as expected.

On Dec. 10th I ordered 1 enchanted rose and 12 galaxy roses. in the amount of $140.91 On Jan. 10th I only received 1 enchanted rose and 1 galaxy rose
Order # *** placed & paid on Dec 10th for 1 enchanted rose and 12 galaxy roses in the amount of $140.91. I received an email on Dec 10th from Dose Rose stating that they didn't anticipate having so many orders and that my order would be delayed but they are working overtime to get all orders out by Christmas. After multiple attempts to reach out via email (as there is no customer service phone number to found) to Dose Rose with no success on any type of order update, we never heard anything back from Dose Rose. On Jan. 10th we received two packages from Dose Rose, one containing the enchanted rose I ordered and the other with only one galaxy rose inside not the dozen I ordered and paid for. On Jan. 10th. I sent an email to Dose Rose identifying the issue and submitted an online support ticket on their website. It is now Jan. 16th and I have heard nothing back from Dose Rose regarding these 11 missing and paid for items, I did send another email to Dose Rose asking why haven't I heard any response as of yet. I paid for items to which I haven't received and I don't appreciate being scammed and robbed of my money.
I want the items i paid for, which is 11 more galaxy roses as i only received 1
- The order in the questions was placed on December 10 2019, For dozen timeless galaxy roses. . During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the incoming Christmas season, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. Which resulted in a mix up and they were only sent 1 timeless rose. Desired resolution per the customer is full refund or their full order. We shipped out the right order on January 6,2020 and it was delivered january 10,2020.
It has been 6 weeks and haven't received my product or any shipping confirmation
I purchased the pink round rose on 12/5/19 and today is 1/15/20. I have yet to receive my product. I've sent 3 emails asking when it will be shipped and have had no emails from them. The only email I received was the order confirmation.
I would like a full refund for the product. It was supposed to be for Christmas and it is obviously way after that.
The product finally came a week or so after I filed the complaint.
I ordered two of the single Galaxy roses and I only got one and when I email them they do not email you back

I used to grow roses on our garden before but right now, because of the renovations, we have to free up space for a new room. What I love about dose of roses is that everytime I order any of their bouquets, there's always that touch of home in their arrangement.

The first time I saw dose of roses' 24k gold dipped rose, I knew I'd die of intrigue if I don't get one for myself. It's quite pricey but definitely worth the aesthetic when it got to me. Love it so much.
