Since Valentine's is just around the corner, I thought I might reward myself with a white rose bloom box and dose of roses is the best shop for it. Thanks, I got my order already.
I used to grow roses on our garden before but right now, because of the renovations, we have to free up space for a new room. What I love about dose of roses is that everytime I order any of their bouquets, there's always that touch of home in their arrangement.
I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on 3 December 2019, I still don't have it and no real response to emails sent.
I ordered my Galaxy Enchanted Rose on 3 December 2019 (order number ***) in hopes that I would be able to give this to my wife for Christmas. On 13 December 2019, I received an email stating that my item was being shipped. On 4 January 2020, I sent them an email asking them for a status and received nothing back. On 7 January 2020 I sent another email through their support page and received an automatic response but no real answer. It is now 16 January 2020 and I still have not received anything.
Send me my item or refund my money.
The order in the question was placed on December 3,2019, for the enchanted galaxy rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders because of the holiday season. There were order delays, The order was shipped on December 13,2019 though there was no movement since December 22,2019. The customer initiated a chargeback that we accepted.

The company did not accept my request for a refund, I had to go through my credit card company to have them reverse the charges. Additionally, there was no answer to the emails I sent requesting any information.

Placed this order Jan 6th 2020 website says orders are shipped on the same day ordered. Have not received order and no reply. Only received a confirmation msg on the day I ordered it

the Galaxy Rose. The customer claims that the order would be shipped on the same day
it was ordered. This is not true, our closest option to this claim would be if the customer
purchased Rush Processing with the order, which orders will be shipped out within 24
hours. The customer did not purchase Rush Processing with the order. The order was
shipped on January 6, 2020, and delivered on January 21, 2020, by USPS. We will not
fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since the order was shipped and delivered
in a timely manner.

Their website says orders are processed and shipped same day and no I did not receive the order and gotten no reply from them. Never want to do business with them again

The order in the question was placed on December 29,2019, for the Medium White Rose bear. Unfortunately there was a mixed up in the order, we sent them the wrong color and the incorrect amount. We were unaware of this issue, we have no record of the customer reaching out to our customer service department. We have issued Store credit.
I emailed to cancel within the hour window (within their guidelines for refund policy) after reading reviews on how horrible and misleading the quality of their products are. They never responded and shipped the product anyways.
USPS sent my package back and I have messaged trying to change address or get this problem resolved and they refuse to respond to any email I send.

Item was purchased and the package was sent out 12/23/19. When it arrive it was transferred off to USPS where they shipped it back to sender because we didn't have a PO Box set up for our address. I didn't know that considering it was a package it could be sent to our home address but now I know that we have to have a PO Box if we don't have a mail box at our house. 12/28/19 the package was shipped back and I was informed a couple days later by the clerk at USPS that I would have to contact the company the package came from and ask to have the address changed since I couldn't afford to buy a PO Box. I have emailed the company and all I receive back is an automated email stating they received my email and they will investigate and get back to me. I have tried to contact them through Facebook messenger as well with no luck. I am out 50 dollars and I have no idea where my package is and they have a no return policy. I just want a return since I have had to deal with their lack of response and customer service.
I would like a return on my card I used, I have been patient and I have emailed and tried other outlets of reaching them and have been unsuccessful. I no longer wish to do business with this company and would like a full refund and not store credit. Thank you.

My wonderful Galaxy Enchanted *** arrived just after Christmas. The packing was thorough and the product was pristine. However, the lights do not work. The batteries are brand new and there is no visible reason the product shouldn't work. I tried several times over the last few weeks to reach Dose of Roses but they have completely ignored me. Pretty product, not as advertised, terrible customer service.

No reply from company and I haven't recieved the item. The company made sure to take my payment from my debit card the day I ordered the item. I ordered a half a dozen Galaxy roses from this company I emailed them several times asking about my roses they refused to return my email
I purchased half a dozen Galaxy roses totaling $107 I received one rose I have emailed them several times they do not have a phone number where I can contact them at they do not return my emails and it's been over two weeks

Tiffany blue roses here at dose of roses are my favorite. The quality is one to beat, not so expensive too. Worth the price I have to pay.

I want the product I paid for tomorrow. This place states that they process the order in 1 to 3 days and the shipping takes up to a week so in my eyes that's 10 business days the items are just now being shipped and are estimated to be delivered on the 11 th and the 14 th of January I have contacted the company at least 5 times and never got anything back. I want store credit or more of their products at a discount or for free for them giving false information to get more sales and I want said discounted items or free items thrown in to be sent in a timely manner

I so love the hue of my midnight blue rose and the suede box it came with was extra beautiful as well. Not that it was affordable but it's definitely worth every penny spent. Thanks dose of roses.

My first time to order here at Dose Of Roses was a fun experience. I get to track my orders until it got to my porch, it was cool.
The midnight roses that I bought here at dose of roses over the weekend were breathtaking, I am still amazed at how beautiful they look in person.
So many colors to choose from and the boxes are as elegant as the roses inside. The services are okay and the site itself updates me with my orders and upcoming sales. So cool.
