I am so glad I bought a bloom box here at dose of roses and not from others. The delivery was on time and my roses were carefully packed.

I approve of the delivery system and services here at Dose Of Roses, it was so easy for me to track the delivery and shipment.

Dose of roses never fail to fascinate me with their collections. I trust this shop with my online orders, the quality of roses never wane with time. The delivery service is good too.

Requested refund according to their terms n conditions & refund policy it is still possible to get a refund within the first hour, whether or not I get my money back is to be determined, I purchased from the dose of roses via amazon pay which will give you a little more security when purchasing online. That being said I still fell for Dose of Roses *** and clicked purchase without researching the business. The negative 1-star n lower reviews on here and other websites are the real reviews from actual victims of this company and the 5-star reviews are not true and probably not even real people. i.e (Review Bots) They're rated F with many many many complaints. (0 stars)

I've ordered a rose from that company In early December. They said it will be here 7-10 business days. It is January 9th.
I've tried emailing them but they never respond I simply just want my refund back

The order in the question was placed on December 15,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the incoming Christmas season, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. We were unable to process the order and have issued Store credit. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

It takes this company 6 months to give a response but it's so easy for them to take my money in less than 5 mins and never even give a notification of any sort. I'm sorry but I don't want no in store credit I don't intend to ever buy something from this company. Highly recommended to never buy off this company

The order in the question was placed on December 15,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy rose. Unfortunately, the order did not ship to our customer. What we can do is reship the order right away as well as provide store credit for future purchases.

The persuede collection here at dose of roses is my favorite collection of all time. I love the classy look of the boxes and how my roses are arranged.

My LED roses are just glowing on my vanity table and I'm enjoying my time looking at it. My new additions will be arriving tomorrow, can't wait!

The white bouquet that I got last weekend was a pure delight. I couldn't ask for more, it was everything I hoped for. Love love every detail.

We were watching the sunset yesterday, my boyfriend and I. After a while, he surprised me with this wonderful midnight blue rose in a glass. It was really pretty. Thanks guys!

Product is not like described. Very cheaply made. I canceled same day they didn't and shipped weeks later. They won't respond. Want refund.
On Dec. 3 we ordered 2 Galaxy Roses from Dose of Rose. They arrived 3 weeks later and nothing like advertised. They were plastic and cheap looking with exposed glue bits everywhere. I have contacted them there day we ordered through Amazon to stop the order and get a refund and they didn't respond to me. I saw reviews, not filtered through their site, and they were terrible. We paid $44.89 total for the two Roses and paid through Amazon on the Dose website.

Desired Outcome

We would like a refund of at least one of the roses since they were very falsely advertised arrived very late.

The order in question was placed on December 3, 2019, for two galaxy roses. The
customer reached out to our customer service department and came in contact with one
of our representatives expressing their dissatisfaction with the product received. The
customer requested either a refund for one Galaxy Rose or a full refund if they returned
the items. Our representative responded with our returns process explaining that once
the items are returned, store credit will be issued. Under our "Returns and Exchanges"
policy, we do not offer refunds to original forms of payment. The customer did not
respond. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has
agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions

I just bought the perfect gift for my sister last weekend. Got 20% off my golden yellow bloom box, so worth it. Thanks, DOSE OF ROSES.

Delivery is pretty cool, no delays. My items are packed well too, I love the little bows to it. Thanks, dose of roses. Will be back for more.

No customer service. Can't meet deadlines or return emails when email is only contact listed
I ordered a product from them about 14 days prior to Xmas with the promise delivery date of 5-7 business days. On the last day of those 7 business days I received an email stating they were behind and my package would still be received before Xmas. They shipped my product on the 23rd on the slowest means of shipping possible. Here it is Jan 1 and it still hasn't gotten from California to Virginia yet. I paid for faster shipping. I also attempted to cancel the product when I received the email stating it wouldn't be shipped in time. Got zero response from the company. They had no problem taking my money the min I made my purchase. But they couldn't honor anything they promised and my wife still doesn't have one of her Xmas gifts. When I took this to Facebook and made posts about my experience on Facebook. Instead of them contacting me and talking with me they chose to block me. This is not acceptable behavior

The order in question was placed by the customer on December 13, 2019, for our
product of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of
orders due to the Christmas holiday causing a delay in processing and shipment. The
order was shipped on December 21, 2019, and delivered on January 6, 2020, by USPS.
Since we did not fulfill our three-day processing, a refund has been issued for the
shipping cost.

I woke up today and saw this huge bouquet on my bedroom with your shop's tag om it. It was so beautiful, it just brighten up my day. Apparently my boyfriend got it for me. I see he has good taste. More power to you guys.

Love the flower arrangements, well thought of and pretty classy. The boxes are as wonderful too. I looked at other shops and nothing is equally as pleasing.

I decided to cancel my order, I sent a request for a cancellation and refund within an hour. I was still charged and sent the product
I ordered a Enchanted Galaxy Rose on 12/23/19 and upon reading reviews I had second thoughts. I canceled my order through email and requested a refund and confirmation. I received an email stating that Dose of Roses support had received my email. However, on 12/24/19 and 12/27/19 I received emails stating that my order was being processed and eventually shipped. I was still charged and the product was delivered on 1/6/20 despite my request to cancel the order.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and confirmation of my refund from Dose of Roses through email.

We have looked into the complaint and we were not able to locate any correspondence from the customer in regards to cancelling order ***. Our policy states we are not able to cancel orders at any time. Please see link attached https://www.dose-roses.com/pages/returns. However, the customer can return the item to receive store credit.

I feel like my room is incomplete without a bloom box in it. My second rose arrived earlier today. Thanks for the convenient services, I never worry when I order from you guys.

I have everything with me now, my items arrived perfectly safe, no missing items. Thanks Dose Of Roses, you guys are the best!

I placed an order on January 8, 2020 and received an immediate acknowledgement that my order was getting ready to ship. That is the last ever I heard from "Dose of Roses", wrote to them 5 times including through their website, they never answered and of course I never received the flowers either. In my opinion this is a complete SCAM, trying to bury the real (negative) reviews with many highly positive ones, which of course cannot be verified. It is in the best interest of this company to try to deceive potential customers, those who leave negative reviews on the other hand would have no reason to do so other than to help others not get scammed. STAY AWAY.

I ordered this item on December 21, 2019 I paid an extra $10 for two day shipping I just now received the item January 3, 2020.
I ordered a gift for my mom paid a extra 10.00 for two day shipping and it was ten days late. I have already gone out and bought her another gift. They do not have any contact number to return the item or talk to anyone to discuss the problem at hand.

Desired Outcome

The only thing that I am looking for is a refund of what I paid for the item and shipping cost.

causing a delay in processing and shipment. The order was shipped on December 24,
2019, and delivered on January 3, 2020, by UPS. The customer claims that they
purchased for two-day shipping, however, our records contradict the claim as it shows
UPS Ground Shipping was selected. Under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy, we do
not offer full refunds to original forms of payment. However, since we did not meet our
three day processing period, we issued a partial refund of the order toward the shipping cost. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed
to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions
