Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

Never received the product I ordered and have not received any response from customer support.
I ordered a Galaxy Enchanted Rose on December 4th that said 1-2 days processing and 2-5 shipping. On December 17th I received an email apologizing for delays, that they were anticipating a new shipment to arrive December 20th and would do their best to get orders fulfilled before Christmas. On the SAME day, December 17th, I also received an advertisement email from them with the subject line "order now and get it before Christmas," and saw that the product I was still waiting for was included in that email, which is clearly false advertising. I sent emails to support on December 22nd and December 27th with no response. On December 29th I received what I assume was an automated text saying "It's been a while since your last order, get 25% off with this code." So I sent another message saying how terrible their company was to work with and I just want an update. I didn't get a response to my message but received an email saying my order has shipped on December 30th. As of today, January 3rd, that tracking number just shows the label has been created and doesn't show any movement in 5 days.

I love the handiwork and the thought put into the flowers, especially the gold dipped ones and their casing. They look way more expensive than they really are.
