I keep the forbidden rose as decor for my room and I feel so nostalgic and happy whenever I see it. It really helps that the quality doesn't remind me that it was bought and not made from real magic.

I was having a hard time thinking about the best gift I could give my wife for our tenth anniversary. I wanted nothing but the best, and sure enough the galaxy roses I got her was priceless.

Never received order and no response to inquiries. I paid for rush processing too! Bought 12/16 and received tracking that it was shipped 12/23. Still nothing!

There are a lot of things that I want to say regarding this company, but I just want to make it known that this company is a bait and switch fraudulent company. The advertisement is misleading and the product that is received not like the description on the add. I paid $74.53 of my hard earned money for something that I wanted to give as Christmas gifts. I ordered 5 of the Galaxy Roses on 12/7/19 ORDER # ***. I was super excited because I thought I was going to be able to send such a beautiful flower to my loved ones. But I received 5 plastic, very badly glued toys. I immediately took pictures and sent an e-mail to Dose of Roses without an response to this day. To ***
I am extremely upset, because no one has contacted me to discuss this situation and or fix it.
I am seeking to return these toys and receive a full refund.
I don't have any use for plastic flowers that were suppose to be 24karart gold dipped roses.
This companies website on FB is full of complaints from angry customers who have also spent their hard earned money on this product.
Also, the phone number that is listed for the company instructs you to e-mail the company.
So there is no communication with a customer service representative.
I need your help in resolving this crime.
