It's so easy to order roses online with Dose of roses. The bloom boxes are my favorite since they're not that expensive and the quality is so good in person.

"Galaxy Roses" are pearlescent, but they are obviously plastic-looking. Additionally, I ordered 6 of these, and they shipped them 2 in each box, and the box is undersized, so they come in warped/crushed. I couldn't use several of them and contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service, cheap product, and poor planning on their part with the packaging. If you order multiple roses, you won't get a box for each one. Way to to save a few pennies on shipping expenses while ruining the product for your customers. By the way, I left a 5-star review for their "Rose Bear" and it instantly showed-up on their site. I wrote a 2-star review for their "Galaxy Rose", and it got filtered out. It seems that they won't publish any reviews on their site that are below 4 star. Way to lie to people. Don't trust this company - BUYER BEWARE.

Got the Galaxy Rose and it was nothing like what it looked like on their Instagram. The package arrived, albeit extremely late as well. The lighting fixture on the flower looked poorly out together and I can't confirm whether it was damage done through delivery or a quality control issue at the factory. Nonetheless, I emailed both support contacts listed in their site and have received absolutely nothing and it's been a week. Thanks fully I only spent $45.00 on the product, but never again. This company is a sham. Don't ever buy any of their product even if it comes intact because their customer service is obsolete.

Dose Of Roses is always true their description online and the services are as promised. My midnight blue rose was exactly how it was in the photo online. Gives me my money's worth.

Love my roses to bits, they are such good addition to my bedside table. The LED roses are my personal fave, very magical and charming.

How is this company in business! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. *** not respond to emails. Been over a month since they received my payment and I have yet to get my order.

I ordered a Galaxy Rose on December 26, 2019. The shipping was expected to take 3-5 business day. I have emailed them asking what was going on and would have been happy with them just explaining the situation. Instead, they never responded at all. They have the worst customer service I have ever saw (really I haven't seen any customer service at all with no email back) and my package is still not here (January 9, 2020.) I would recommend never to buy from this company.

Scam I ordered on 12/30/19, and immediately reached out to cancel the order. The only way to contact someone is by email. I reached out and got an automated response with a ticket number. Days past and I continued to get promotional emails and texts from the same email to complain or reach out to customer service yet no one responded to me until 1/3 saying they had already shipped my order which was a lie. The tracking number they gave me showed only a label was created and nothing had been shipped. I continued to ask for a refund and to cancel and now they want to say it's been delivered which I still haven't received anything and are offering a store credit. All I've asked for literally since the day of ordering was to cancel. Horrible customer service do yourself a favor and don't get scammed.

The LED roses that I bought here last week were very cool. The little lights arranged around the rose petals did the trick. It was so magical.

I ordered a enchanted galaxy rose with glass case and lights and received just a plastic rose without the lights or glass case and have sent multiple emails and not one response

My significant other ordered an iPhone case for me as a Xmas gift, he was charged but we have yet to receive the purchase and it's been almost a month since the order. We receive all sorts of promotional offers via email and text, but no response to any emails that we send inquiring about the purchase. It's unfortunate because they really do have beautiful products, but it's a shame that their business practices are so shady. I've read reviews about people actually receiving their purchases, but I wonder, with all of the reviews of customers NOT receiving theirs, if the satisfied customer reviews are legitimate. Next time I'll do my research beforehand.
