Worst customer service ever!! . Ordered a 10 days before Christmas and received after the New Years !! Only to get to know it was a defective piece. They don't even have a customer service phone number. They use false numbers to message to lure you to buy more. No response to the emails either.

I ordered 9 roses (December 20) 17 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping . Today I received 1 rose . It isn't worth 1 dollar much less the 100 it cost. This business doesn't have a phone number. I have emailed them to request a full refund and disputed this with my credit card company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

Order XXXXXX: Basically a scam. Ordered on 12/12/19 and paid $5 extra for 24hr rush processing. Emailed Dose of Roses on 12/19/19 when order had not been shipped. No response whatsoever. Christmas comes and goes without a word from them. 3 weeks go by (1/2/20) and part of the order is shipped. It is a sad looking rose that I can't stomach to give to my wife as a Christmas present, let alone an early valentine's day present at this point. It is in no way worth $100.00.

The company printed the shipping labels DAYS before ever sending the product to make it seem like they were sending it out. This is clearly coming from China if it takes 3 weeks for them to put it in a box and send it to you. I mean, I have literally received items directly from China faster and with better customer service, as Dose of Roses customer service is non-existent. Hands down the worst transaction I've ever had with a company. Disputed charge with credit card. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I placed an order for their Galaxy Rose for my wife, it looked amazing and almost as beautiful as her. What I got in the mail 4 weeks late is not what I seen or was described either and no where near my wifes beauty. If she had not been here when it finally showed up I wouldnt have even given it to her. The quality is that of cheap chinese plastic toy you would get in a cracker jack box, lots of hot glue on petals of stem, screw in the center of rose meant to attach rose to stem is easily visible. And probably isnt even 24k gold dipped either. Still havent received her Forbbiden Rose yet either and I hope it doesnt, I dont want to feel like an it again in front of my wife again...

Today is 1/2/20. Ordered 12/19/19 and sent multiple emails requesting status or refund and got no responses. The only way is contacting them through email or social media. This company seems like a scam

Totally agree with the others here.. got totally screwed by this company and i'm ***. I ordered their roses and they're nothing like is pictured on the site so I requested to send them back but support doesn't get back to anyone apparently.

Good thing I only spent $30 on these pieces of ***. I feel bad for people who spent hundreds with this company without checking the Revdex.com rating..

The worst customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago. I received an email saying item has been shipped, but when I try to track the package with tracking number they provide, it says package is ready for UPS. I tried to reach them several times via email, but no response. So disappointed �️�️�️�️�️
