Getting my first galaxy rose feels like I'm trapped in a fairytale book page, it was magical. It just gives off this romantic feel and it emanates in the room. Call me childish, but it is really beautiful.

I ordered on Dose of Rose on Black Friday and paid extra for faster shipping, a month later and I still have not received my item or tracking number.
On November 29,2019 I placed an order for Enchanted Rose on *** for $41.32 plus extra for expedited shipping using a Visa debit card. I received the order number 91522 but no email. I waited a week later, and on December 6, 2019 I contacted them numerous times by email, Instagram and I have yet to receive a reply. It's been over a month and I still have not received my item which was a gift from a family member and still have not received a response from the company.
I would like them to contact me and let me know if and when my item will arrive. Or a refund.

Found this company through an ad on Instagram. Obviously didn't do enough research on them but I decided to order something as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I place my order on 12/05/2019 for 2 items totaling $81.09 with 1-5 day shipping. It's is now 12/20/2019 and I have not received anything. I have contacted support and opened three separate tickets. Unfortunately, I don't think I will receive them by Christmas now and that was the entire purpose of my gift. The product was made of cheap quality and definitely did not look as advertised, I am HIGHLY dissapointed and would like a full refund. The item was not made as described.

After that time had come and gone I emailed the support desk as there is no phone number attached to this company. No response from the company. I then received an email on December 13 saying that my order is in the way. However since then when I track the order it says that ups hasn't received the order yet. This company was very quick however to charge my credit card.
