I received an add from this company through ***, I submitted an order for $93.00 and have not received communication or delivery after paid.
On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, I saw a *** add for DoseofRoses.com. The product was really neat and so I went to their site and purchased a couple of their products. I received a prompt order confirmation number and the next day a payment was taken from my bank. However, in more that 96 hours after the payment, and after multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I have not received confirmation of submission of my delivery, a response to the more than 5 requests for assistance, and still no support from this company. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and is steeling hard earned money from people.
I want the company to establish a phone number, with live customer service representatives that can resolved customer inquiries and complaints. Contact be made by the owner or general manager for mismanagement practices and for misleading or fraudulent advertisement. A refund for my order and an apology for this process.

Galaxy Roses and 1 Galaxy Enchanted Rose. During this time, we experienced a high
influx of orders due to the Christmas holiday causing a delay in processing and
shipment. The order was shipped on January 4, 2020, and the items were delivered. The
items were delivered on January 11, 2020, and January 14, 2020, respectfully. We
cannot fulfill the customer's request of a full refund per company policy under "Returns
and Exchanges", however since we did not meet our three day processing period, we
have issued a refund for the shipping cost. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses
Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and
Conditions.
I ordered two items through their website. The package arrived extremely late with one of the items missing. Their customer support is not responding.
I placed an order for two items, one Galaxy Rose and one Enchanted Galaxy Rose nearly three weeks ago through their website, paying with my credit card. The items did not arrive as scheduled and I was informed that they were lost in transit. I asked that they be redelivered with expedited shipping so I could give them to my girlfriend for a special occasion. Unfortunately, it seems that the items were sent with standard shipping and they did not arrive in time for the special occasion.
I finally received the package and one of the items was missing. I received the enchanted Galaxy Rose but not the single Galaxy Rose. Why did I pay $9.98 for shipping only for my order to arrive extremely late and with an item missing?
I once again reached out to their customer support and was told that my item (note the singular) was delivered, even through their own website indicated that the single Galaxy Rose that is still missing has not yet been shipped.
Send me the missing item that I paid for with expedited shipping.

they did not receive the Galaxy Rose. After investigation, it appears that the item was
lost in transit. We rectified the issue by sending the customer a replacement order for the
single Galaxy Rose. The replacement order was shipped on January 6, 2020, and
delivered on January 9, 2020, by USPS.

Though I accept that I finally received my items, I find it highly suspect that item after item from this business gets "lost in transit."

It is now over a month later and I have not recieved the item and haven't even recieved an email stating it's been shipped. I have attempted to email the company about this since they dont give a phone number to contact, and they have not answered me.

Problem is resolved
I got my best friend a midnight blue rose as a birthday surprise since she wanted one ever since we saw one at a school play a year ago. She loved it, by the way.
The services here at DOSE OF ROSES have been very consistent, I never get any item or delivery delayed. My items are always neatly packed and carefully covered.
I placed 3 orders on 12/17/19.
One for $68.39, $99.93 and $30.93. I never received any of my orders for XMas delivery on 12/23. My CC is charged also

I have sent multiple emails to *** and received no reply email . I've sent Direct messages via Instagram and received no reply DM. This company is a fraudulent business. There is no customer service number to speak to anyone. Amazon should not enable this company to be an authorized merchant. I'm disputing the charges and have informed Amazon of there fraudulent business activity.

The customers desired resolution is orders delivered and partial refund. The customer would like a refund, we are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. I never received any MERCHANDISE that I purchased. I had 3 separate orders, 1 in Philadelphia PA, 1 in the Bronx NY, and 1 in Roosevelt LI NY. No one or location received the gifts I ordered. I reached out to the Instagram account multiple times and received no response. I tried to call and speak to someone but it seems that the business phone number and address are not valid. I had a hold on my credit card fhor 2mths after my order that was for Christmas. It is now June going into July... I just want my money back. I will never buy in the magnitude in which I did as I was slcammed for my hard warned money which I wanted to send appreciation gifts for the holidays. It JUNE... I ordered these items in December 2019. Please refund my money. Thanks

I ordered on 12/17/2019. I sent an email on 12/21/2019 @ 630PM to [email protected], in which I have a screenshot and the email. I sent a DM, direct message to their Instagram account, Dose of Roses on 12/23/2019 @ 215PM for which I have the message and the screenshot. I called phone numbers multple times. The phone numbers that I had to search online were either for another company, not in service or no one answered. I reported this fraudulent company to the BBC 2weeks after not resceiving a response. This fraudulent company did not respond to this report until June. Of course its beyond any 30day refund period. I want my money back in full and this report to be attached to this company for other to see that they are frauds and there customer service is horrible. Im not returning anything because I never received any merchandise. I paid for a product that was never delivered I want my money back.

I still have not received my money back.Once I receive my money in my Paypal account, I will be satisfied. I keep getting emails that I will receive my refund and for over a month I still have not received not 1 dime back.

My roses were freshly preserved I can tell, quality is so good, so beautiful overall. The delivery was fast, transaction went smoothly. Not bad.
Everything that I purchased here at dose of roses have been priced just right. Sometimes I even think they're worth more that they are charged, but I'm not complaining. The roses are wonderful.
