Dose of Roses Beverly Hills

Order was made on 12/7. Order confirmed via email. Sent emails to check on status of order no reply. Today is 12/27
Placed order on 12/7 received email stating order is confirmed allow 2 days for processing and 5 days for standard shipping. Would receive email when package is being shipped. Follow up email sent 12/21 to inquire on order status. Follow up text message was sent back to the number that also confirmed order. Today is 12/27 order was intended as a Christmas gift. No contact has been received from customer service department on status of order or how to receive a refund.

I ordered on Dose of Rose on Black Friday and paid extra for faster shipping, a month later and I still have not received my item or tracking number.
On November 29,2019 I placed an order for Enchanted Rose on *** for $41.32 plus extra for expedited shipping using a Visa debit card. I received the order number 91522 but no email. I waited a week later, and on December 6, 2019 I contacted them numerous times by email, Instagram and I have yet to receive a reply. It's been over a month and I still have not received my item which was a gift from a family member and still have not received a response from the company.

I purchased the galaxy rose on 12/15/19 never got a email from them. They won't answer my emails.
They are nothing but a scam I need and want my money back from them still haven't received my item

YES, it is totally a SCAM!!!!! I just got my $120 worth of Hot glued plastic leaves (one leaf was even missing and another rose had a "hot glued" leaf fling off as I withdrew it from the box) and gold painted plastic stem marked "24K" craft store ***!!!! Not to mention that I ordered it on December 2nd (with rapid processing ... for an extra charge) and I just received it today December 30th!!

I found this "store" advertised through Facebook (at least in my case). Apparently, Facebook does not perform their "due diligence" on the businesses that they advertise.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..

Absolutely horriiiRevdex.comblllleeeee scam of a company!!!! I wishhhhhh I read these reviews before making my purchase!!! I would have never done it!!!! I paid $500 just got a confirmation email of the purchase... it's been more than a week and more than 24 emails to their shaddyyyy scammmyyy customer service with absolutely ZEROOOO responses!!!! I dunno what to do!!! I hope no one ever uses their scammy services!!! If anyone is interested to file a joint law suit on this scammy company please let me know... this is so unfair and no oneeeee should be going through this type of stress and running after what they paid for in such an unprofessional shady scammy manner!!!!!!

Package was supposed to be delivered around Christmas. UPS says they gave the package to USPS, USPS says they have over a hundred missing packages and mine is one of them. That part obviously isn't Dose of Roses fault.

However I contacted Dose of Roses through their website form, their support email, their Facebook messenger, and a comment on one of their posts so we could get this figured out but they refuse to respond. In fact I just checked to see if they had responded to that comment yet, and they blocked me from their page for asking for their help.

All I want is to give my girlfriend her now late galaxy rose birthday gift, but instead they proved they are a complete scam.

This company is s SCAM!!! I have not recieved my order. It has been 3 weeks. I've sent several messages through customer report. Still NO response but they were so quick to contact me before I made a purchase offering discounts. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are a rip off & needs to be closed down.

They took my money & did not deliver my order. I ordered 2 roses on December 21st & paid for the shipping option of a December 28th delivery date so I could give them to my girl on New Years Eve. I emailed them several times because I never received a tracking # just an order #. The only response I got was an email saying that they are reviewing the email I sent. From reading other reviews on here I would have to say that this company is a scam.

The bloom boxes are just too good not to buy. I am in love with my white bloom box more and more everyday. It's so beautiful and enchanting in its way.

Buying my first white preserved bloom box here at Dose of roses have been the most abrupt yet worth it purchase I did this month. I have no regrets, the roses were wonderful.

Garbage customer service, zero replies. I tried to cancel my order and got no reply to multiple emails. Ended up disputing with my CC company. Product shipped anyway despite my multiple attempts to avoid it. Received it and it is dollar store junk just like their service. Plastic marred base, obvious overgluing where the plastic (not glass) cover was glued to the base. Packing was incredibly poor as well with a handful of packing peanuts inside that didn't keep it from bouncing around inside. Avoid this company at all costs. Through all of this I have still heard absolutely nothing from them despite all my attempts to email or reach out via Facebook messenger.

Just like everyone else I was scammed out of my $70, Rush Processing does not work and they won't answer any emails to their support!

I got $25 off my purchases thanks to Dose of Roses' Holiday sale. Everything has been worth it with this shop so far. I'm excited to get my recent orders already!
