On Dec 13th we ordered from them and have yet to recieve a response or the package. They promise 3 day delivery & we even paid extra to get it faster
We purchased order*** on 12/13/19.
Promise of 3 day delivery.
We have emailed them 10 times.
No customer service number
No response from company
No way to get a refund
We paid $349.00 plus shipping

Desired Outcome

I either want the product or a refund ASAP i refuse to keep waiting. I am going to contact my bank.

The order in question was placed by the customer on December 13, 2019, for our
product of the Galaxy Rose Arrangement (35 roses). During this time, we experienced a
high influx of orders due to the Christmas holiday causing a delay in processing and
shipment. The customer contacted customer support and was in communication with
one of our representatives who notified the customer of the current delays that were
being experienced at that time. The order was shipped on January 2, 2020, and
delivered on January 8, 2020, by UPS. We fulfilled the customer's request of delivering
the item they ordered. Since we did not fulfill our three day processing period, a partial
refund of the order was issued in regard to the shipping cost.

I placed an order on 12/3/2019 for a Christmas present. Confirming email stated 1-5 business days to ship. I've emailed several times with no response
Ordered 12/3, *** Confirmation email stated, " Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process + transit time (typically between 1-5 business days). " Rec'd an email on 12/13 with UPS tracking number *** I've tracked the package multiple times, and it still says "Shipment ready for UPS," but they have not shipped it yet. I've emailed the company numerous times asking for status, asking to cancel and get a refund, etc., and have received zero response from Dose of Roses. I looked them up online and found many reviews of this company where customers have had the same complaints. This is terrible customer service, and almost seems as though this is a scam. After this experience, I simply want to request my money back so I can move on. Any help is appreciated.

The order in the question was placed on December 3,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the incoming Christmas season, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. The item was shipped on December 13,2019 and delivered on January 16,2020. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

The order in the question was placed on December 3,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy rose. The purchase was shipped and delivered, therefore, we can not refund the order. If they customer would like to accept the store credit offered we may issue it right away.

Took my money, never delivered my product ruining my Xmas. Ignored all my emails and messages. I've seen this complaint all over the internet.
Ordered a special rose for my fiancée for Christmas and they never shipped it, never responded to any of my numerous emails, messages, etc. Ruined my Christmas and I've seen this complaint all over the internet. They are a scam!

Refund and public apology.

of the Galaxy Enchanted Rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders
due to the Christmas holiday causing a delay in processing and shipment. The order was
shipped on January 10, 2020, and delivered on January 16, 2020, by UPS. We cannot
grant the customer a full refund since we do not offer that option under our "Returns and
Exchanges" policy. Since we did not meet our three day processing period, we have
partially refunded the order for the shipping cost.

This company is criticized all over the internet for their horrific business ethics. Ruining my Christmas by not delivering in the time promised and NEVER responding to my dozens of customer service emails and attempts to reach them through social media is not simple forgiven with a "partial shipping refund" FIVE MONTHS LATER. You have got to be kidding me. This company should be sued for their business practices and I've seen multiple groups online filled with people planning to do so this year. I want a full refund for this traumatic experience.

We have reached out to the customer on April 15, 2020 informing them on the situation, on April 20, 2020 we informed them, we can not process refunds to original forms of payment. We did offer the cost of the customers order to be issued into store credit.

Once again, this company openly admits it took them over 4 months to even attempt to reach me to resolve this horrific error on their part and offered me "store credit" as if I would ever do business with them again. They are saying they cannot send me a refund which is a blatant lie, every company on earth which takes a credit card payment can refund they simply do not want to (probably because they have so many people wanting and deserving refunds). I decline their pathetic attempt to fix this issue and I am willing to continue to fight this company alongside the many other people online doing so. They should be shut down do to business ethic violations, I am an entrepreneur myself and I have NEVER seen a company more poorly ran than this company is. Horrible.

This garbage company is saying they cannot give me a refund because my order was "in December". I ASKED FOR A REFUND IN DECEMBER AND I WAS IGNORED. This is very simple, you can PayPal me a refund or send me a check, but I am not willing to accept "store credit" for you ruining my Christmas, ignoring my refund requests, and then deleting my and many other peoples comments on social media when you realized you couldn't deliver orders. Then it took you MONTHS to even reach out with a "store credit" offer. You're company is a disgrace and I'm watching large groups on social media starting to submit ethics violation complaints against you. You're name is even fake, you're not even in Beverly Hills! You're a COMPLETE FRAUD.

There's something about Dose of roses' handcrafted boxes that I love so much. I am amazed at the details they put and the way the roses are arranged inside.

This shop has by far the greatest collections of preserved roses online. Your services do not disappoint, fast delivery and essy tracking system. I am amazed everytime.

Dose of roses' collections are getting better and better by the month. The arrangements are improving and the boxes are stunning as ever. Top quality roses, too, for the right prices.

The bloom boxes are just too good not to buy. I am in love with my white bloom box more and more everyday. It's so beautiful and enchanting in its way.

They took my money & did not deliver my order. I ordered 2 roses on December 21st & paid for the shipping option of a December 28th delivery date so I could give them to my girl on New Years Eve. I emailed them several times because I never received a tracking # just an order #. The only response I got was an email saying that they are reviewing the email I sent. From reading other reviews on here I would have to say that this company is a scam.

This company is s SCAM!!! I have not recieved my order. It has been 3 weeks. I've sent several messages through customer report. Still NO response but they were so quick to contact me before I made a purchase offering discounts. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are a rip off & needs to be closed down.

Package was supposed to be delivered around Christmas. UPS says they gave the package to USPS, USPS says they have over a hundred missing packages and mine is one of them. That part obviously isn't Dose of Roses fault.

However I contacted Dose of Roses through their website form, their support email, their Facebook messenger, and a comment on one of their posts so we could get this figured out but they refuse to respond. In fact I just checked to see if they had responded to that comment yet, and they blocked me from their page for asking for their help.

All I want is to give my girlfriend her now late galaxy rose birthday gift, but instead they proved they are a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..

Absolutely horriiiRevdex.comblllleeeee scam of a company!!!! I wishhhhhh I read these reviews before making my purchase!!! I would have never done it!!!! I paid $500 just got a confirmation email of the purchase... it's been more than a week and more than 24 emails to their shaddyyyy scammmyyy customer service with absolutely ZEROOOO responses!!!! I dunno what to do!!! I hope no one ever uses their scammy services!!! If anyone is interested to file a joint law suit on this scammy company please let me know... this is so unfair and no oneeeee should be going through this type of stress and running after what they paid for in such an unprofessional shady scammy manner!!!!!!

YES, it is totally a SCAM!!!!! I just got my $120 worth of Hot glued plastic leaves (one leaf was even missing and another rose had a "hot glued" leaf fling off as I withdrew it from the box) and gold painted plastic stem marked "24K" craft store ***!!!! Not to mention that I ordered it on December 2nd (with rapid processing ... for an extra charge) and I just received it today December 30th!!

I found this "store" advertised through Facebook (at least in my case). Apparently, Facebook does not perform their "due diligence" on the businesses that they advertise.

The neon yellow roses that I ordered came already and I was able to give it to my mom before my sisters arrived for the Holidays. Mom lived it so much, thanks.

The color palette on the website is so cool to the eyes. I like how the buttons are very convenient when shopping online too, I never get lost within the collections.

I got my items yesterday and they look more than alright, they were stunning. I love my tangerine rose the most, the color just pops.

My items were wrapped with such care, they were unscathed when they came to me, I appreciate that. The delivery was on time as well.

I'm glad I bought my first red preserved rose here at dose of roses. It was beautiful and it smells good. Whenever I wake up, I open it up and smell it, somehow made it into a return and I'm not stopping anytime soon.

What would I do without this shop? You guys are the bet. The extra fees I paid for the same-day delivery were worth it. It came just in time for the bridal shower and that part was well troubleshoot. Thank you for your services.

The yellow roses that I ordered last week were too vibrant on our coffee table and my mom likes it that way. It's very pleasing and radiant, has a good feel to it too.
