Just like everyone else I was scammed out of my $70, Rush Processing does not work and they won't answer any emails to their support!

Garbage customer service, zero replies. I tried to cancel my order and got no reply to multiple emails. Ended up disputing with my CC company. Product shipped anyway despite my multiple attempts to avoid it. Received it and it is dollar store junk just like their service. Plastic marred base, obvious overgluing where the plastic (not glass) cover was glued to the base. Packing was incredibly poor as well with a handful of packing peanuts inside that didn't keep it from bouncing around inside. Avoid this company at all costs. Through all of this I have still heard absolutely nothing from them despite all my attempts to email or reach out via Facebook messenger.

Buying my first white preserved bloom box here at Dose of roses have been the most abrupt yet worth it purchase I did this month. I have no regrets, the roses were wonderful.

I don't know how long I'll be able to look at my galaxy roses without getting bored. Thanks for the fast delivery and quality roses, mine was such a darling.

I am loving my tiffany blur rose bear by the day. It is very cute and chic, if I could bring it to work, I would. The quality is so good.

The packaging to my items were so chic, I like how well it was packed. My items got no scratches to their boxes whatsoever, as well. Plus the delivery was fast. Thank you.

I'm a little embarrassed I didn't do more research on this company before doing business with them. By the volume of complaints with the exact same description it's clear to me this company has no regard for its "clients."

I placed an order on December 4, 2019 and in the order description it characterized the turnaround time as being between 2 to 7 business days. Not only have I received no product, I have sent numerous emails to their support channel requested an update and they have been completely ignored. I've also sent direct messages to the company through their Instagram channel. I find it ridiculous that they can post new stories and advertisements but that no one saw fit to respond to my direct message complaining about my service experience. This company is a strong "avoid."

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Where to begin. Customer service is absolute trash. Tried contacting customer service about 4 times now with no response to either email or phone calls. Shipping estimates are entirely inaccurate. Was expecting 7-10 business days. Took 20 business days. No refunds or returns. And if you are even granted the refund its a store credit. Absolutely pathetic company.

I placed my order and I never received a confirmation email so that was already a red flag. Then I tried contacting them and never got anything from them, eventually, they sent out an email saying how they have had an overwhelming response and they will ship orders out. I then received the item and it's broken, again there is no way to contact them other than through their website which they never answer

I ordered from them on December 3rd. I was able to use a cyber Monday code for the order so I felt I was getting a good deal. The payment went through on Dec 4th. I received a few emails to confirm my order and to confirm my online account so I could see the status of my order.
One of the orders thanked me for my order and confirmed that there would 1-2 + transit time and proclaimed that it would be typically 1-5 business days shipping. Dec 10th I sent an online message using their portal to ask my tracking number. No response. Dec 12 I still had not heard from them and had not received a tracking number so I looked up their customer support. I could only email because there was no phone number. I emailed to get a tracking number. No response. Around Dec 19th I again tried their customer support portal. No response. Finally on Dec 23rd I looked up their info on credit card statement so that I could dispute the charge. There was a 1-800 number so I called... it went straight to an automated voice message where I could leave a message. I had to dispute the charge to reverse the transaction because I couldn't even get in touch with a service rep to cancel my order and there was no way to do it on the website. I'm extremely frustrated and if the dispute doesn't work in my favor then I'll be out almost $130. This business must be operating out of someones basement. The website looks great but everything else has been awful about this business.

Buying here at dose of roses was such a wonderful idea. I got no delays and the preserved bloom box was beautiful, I got the end of the bargain fairly well.

I discovered Dose of roses just randomly and it was my first time to order from this shop a week ago, I was surprised with how fast the delivery was. My pink preserved rose was worth it for its price, too.

I feel so lucky and happy to have availed $20 off my white rose from last weekend's sale. How cool is that? Thank you dose of roses, you guys are amazing.

This place will not contact you. They take your money and run. Look like a fool on Christmas, thankfully I'm not a complete fkup like this company and was able to be honest and forthcoming to the person who was to receive the gift. I figured it out, unlike the long line of monkey *** that are scamming people out of their hard earned money over Christmas. Shame on you.

The website is wonderful, the buttons are easy to use and the roses are well-categorized. I didn't have any problem navigating my way through my orders last night.

Wonderful services through and through. The transactions were easy to process and the delivery is prompt. I get updated about the shipment too.

Order placed 20+ days ago. Never received product, customer service hasn't responded to my emails.
