Ordered 11/27/19 still nothing and it's Christmas, multiple emails with no response, believing now from other reviews this is a scam and they already took my money!

I am at awe with the delicate touches on my bloom box. My red roses are stunning and the suede box was made with such refinement. I can't be any happier.

My room never looked this alive in months. The light blue roses that I got on the weekend was such a beautiful addition to my vanity table. It just lights up my bedroom vibe.

My purchases were worth it! I got to get my money's worth and I can say dose of roses provide me with better quality preserved roses than any other shops online. Believe me, I've been to two others before here. Thanks!

I am pleased with the fast services and quality roses. The customer support replies to messages online really fast as well, that's a plus.

This company is a JOKE! Placed order on 12/12/19 and paid extra for expedited processing/shipping and her it is 12/23/19 and nothing. I have sent several emails and nothing. I even texted the number they texted me from when I left the item in my cart to long and they will only tell you to email support and claim they have no phone customer support. I finally received a tracking number 4 days ago and when tracked it is just the label. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on Dec 11th for the Rose Bear as a birthday gift to my mom. On Dec 19th, I received notification that my order was delivered however, no package was ever delivered to my home. I sent 2 emails to the customer support email and I have yet to receive a response. I'm highly dissappointed reading these reviews and learning this company is a scam. The website looked legit but the customer service is nonexistent.

Seems I'm not the only person that hasn't received the item they paid for. Took my money but hasn't sent me my item and won't respond to emails.

Ordered my item 2 weeks ago, only received the original purchase email confirmation. It clearly states upon purchasing that orders take 1-3 days to process. It's now 2 days before Christmas so I'm sure I won't have it by then. Really hoping to get my money back. Do not recommend this site to anyone.

If I could leave leaks tha 1 star I would. I ordered something from this company for my Neice on Dec. 3rd for Christmas. It is now Dec. 23rd and I cannot even get the company to respond to my emails. They have not even processed my order, from what I can tell and I am left without a gift for my Neice. Also I am nearly $60 lighter now.

Well it appears as everyone else has stated that this company is a scam...I paid for the galaxy enchanted rose $49.95 paid for expedited shipping another $37.76...totaling $87.71. Was emailed stating the roses they ran out of due to high volume of sales, more would be in the Friday the 20th before Christmas. I ordered it on December 15th, their website states that they have a 1 to 3 day processing time and I paid for 2 day shipping meaning it should be here by the Friday the 20th...after receiving the email concerning delayed shipment due to volume of sales, I emailed and stating that if they were not going to be able to process my order to wanted a refund for expedited shipping after which I received no response but got a email with a tracking number that could not be processed yet. After several more emails to the company I finally received a package today, but it is not even close to what is advertised of course with no response again from company and no number to get ahold of them either.. the rose I received today is a plastic rose in a cardboard box. Not a 24K gold stemmed rose in a glass box that lights up

I believe I was scammed as well. Paid for by product and recieved an email with a tracking number stating my order was being filled. That was December 1st. Amazing that this is what society has truly became. I wouldn't order anything from this company In the future.

Have never received anything not even a response to multiple emails, Dose of Roses is a scam and it's sad that people like this get rich of of ripping honest working people off and nothing is done about it and they get away with it. Furthermore any positive reviews on here about this site is FAKE and DISHONEST do not order from these CONS!!

Never received order scam wont respond to emails been 3 weeks.

Buyers please beware! I placed an order on 12/8 due to having a tragic death in my family. This was meant to be a sympathetic gift for my loved ones. Well today is 12/20 and my order which totals over 100.00 still sits unfulfilled! I've contacted them via email over 3 times and received 0 responses from them. By the way they filter out the negative reviews on both their Instagram and website! I'm heartbroken and highly upset, I feel like a total fool that I fell for the 5 star reviews. I've should've known it was too good to be true like come on, seriously no reviews lower than 4 stars. I'm currently disputing the charges with my financial institution! Please do not order from this company. They constantly update their social media accounts but can not simply respond to an email from their customers! I never write negative reviews but I felt inclined to do so, due to lack of professionalism.

DOSE OF ROSES has an amazing site, the buttons are so easy to use and they properly redirect me to their collections. Their delivery services are top notched as well.

I placed an order with this company on December 5th today is the 19th the website states 5 days for shipping but have heard nothing
On dec 5th I placed an order with this company not until I reached out to them on the 15th did I hear anything about my order. When I placed the order the website said they were in stock when I reached out to them on the 15th however I was told they were out of stock till the 20th this was after I was told it is 5-7days shipping so I reached out again asking if they were going to upgrade the shipping due to there mess up. I received another email stating simply I'd get an email when it ships. So I reached out a 3rd time threatening if I didn't hear anything I'd contact you guys I then received an email saying my order has shipped. However when I looked up the order number it states that only the label has been created and it still has not left the facility 24hours after the label was made. Which it's not a weekend or holiday so it should have at least been picked up by ups by now I'm seriously questioning whether this company is legit or just a giant scam. I have since gone on there *** page and seen that many other people have had the same issue to the point where there is a page dedicated to letting people know this is a scam
