This company is terrible. I made an order early February for Valentines Day for my girlfriend. When I placed the order it said that it would take 3-5 business days to receive it. It is now April 20 and still have not received my package. They won't give me my refund nor would they give me a straight answer on when I would receive this order.

Placed this order on Feb 28 using store credit given to me b/c they missed delivery for an order I placed on Feb 3rd. It is April 18 still no item.
On February 3rd, I placed order# XXXXX for two items: 24k golden rose ($19.99) and a purple rose bear ($59.99) bringing me to a total of $85.78 including taxes ($5.80) and shipping ($4.99). I did received the golden rose. I did not receive the bear. I corresponded with Dose of Rose's customer service and received store credit.
I placed a follow up order February 28, order #XXXXX, using store credit.
On March 22, I sent an email stating it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation.
On March 24, *** from Doses of Roses (request XXXXX) said that the product would be shipped end of March.
On April 2, I sent an email asking for a tracking number because I did not receive shipping information or no updates regarding my order.
On April 3, *** from Doses of Roses responding saying orders will be sent out on the 11th and I will receive tracking as soon as the order has been fully processed.
On April 18, I emailed Doses of Roses again asking for my shipping information.
On April 18, *** from Doses of Roses responded saying "Hey ***, Thank you so much for reaching out us! I'm extremely sorry, but we have had a video go viral on Facebook, which led us to be completely backed up in emails, and orders. We are just sorting through all of it now, and we promise to ship your order ASAP. Thank you so much for your patience"
I want a full refund for the item, shipping and tax. This would be $70.
The order in the question was placed on February 28,2019 and April 18,2019, for the Small Purple Rose Bear. . During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Valentines Day, resulting in delayed orders. The order was never received and issued a refund on may 24,2019.
They are the same scammers at Joys Toys who robbed us all at Christmas and of course the Revdex.com won't do anything because they're not responding. A million complaints, lots of money stolen and the Revdex.com can't help??? What good are they?

The company wants to offer a store credit rather than a refund.
I placed an order early February and informed I would be notified when the item was shipped. Between mid March and late April I inquired about the product that I had not received nor shipping date. I contacted the company via email inquiring about the item and was informed it had to be created, then it would be shipped. April I request a refund and the business is offering only a store credit. The company never sent the item but are offering a store credit for me to purchase items that they cannot produce or have readily available to be delivered
.

I ordered a bear from this company in February and have yet to receive it. I have asked for a refund multiple times.
I ordered a bear in February as a Valentines day gift and have yet to receive it. I have asked for a refund and even a number to contact because they do not answer their customer service line. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I just want my money back. They cannot even provide a tracking number and statd my shipment would go out in April but I have yet to receive it. This seems like a scam to me. I do not see how a company like this can even exist. This company should be investigated and individuals should stop being put in this situation. It is ridiculous that I have reached out to them about 15 times without resolution. Shut this place down.
I want my money back and the company to explain the reasoning behind all the concerns and comments.

Place order in February still have not received it. Multiple attempts and they keep making excuses.
Placed an order for roses months ago have not received any information since in regards to my order yet they keep saying that it is in process the order was supposed to reach out to me in March however it has been delayed over a month now and every time I tell them what is going on they make some random excuse about why they are so busy that they cannot meet their word and promise I'm delivering my merchandise
Do not overpromise and under deliver there is no excuses you could be making as to the high demand of products because of your lack of employees the fact that you do not hire additional staff necessary to support your business is entirely your fault

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a purple rose bear.....when I received it in the mail, I opened the package to find a red bear, not in a protective case.....so some of the roses were falling off. I contacted the company to see if I could get the correct product I ordered sent to me but they insisted I pay to have the wrong product shipped back. I told them I did not want to pay for shipping since it was the company's error but they refused any other option. I asked to get the situation escalated to a supervisor but I kept getting generic responses back stating that I needed to pay for the shipping before anything could be done. After emailing them for a couple months, they just started ignoring my emails. Terrible company, terrible customer service!

They don't even deserve 1 star I ordered a bear and paid extra for shipping a week before Valentine's Day and it never came in until March. So I tried again I ordered it a month before Easter and it still hasn't came in. Definitely not a trust worthy site.
I paid nearly $100 for the Teddy Bear rose set for Valentines Day. The bear wasn't received till nearly 3 weeks AFTER Valentines. I also paid extra for expedited Valentines Day shipping. During this process, I emailed Dose of Roses 5 times with NO response. They don't even provide a phone number. This company is pathetic and should be out of business in my eyes. Customers' don't deserve this level of treatment.

Requesting refund because of lack of customer support and wrong item delivery.
I placed an order on January 16th. Order #: ***
I picked a shipping method that was guaranteed to be delivered by February 11th. My item did not arrive as promised on the 11th but I didn't pay for shipping so it wasn't the biggest issue.
On the 14th the item arrived and upon picking up the box I thought I had been sent an empty package. The description on the box indicated that it contained a "Black Rose Bear" but upon opening it I was surprised to see a "White Rose Bear". I contacted support through the provided email address and got an automated response.
In the automated response it described if you got the wrong color please reply and it can be exchanged. Per the instructions I replied but never heard from a rep. I sent another email and got another automated response. I waited around a month before sending another email request for exchange.
I submitted another request on March 19th and got a response from a *** informing me again of the unexpected volume of orders and that a return could be processed and a new bear sent out. I agreed and requested information on how to proceed with the return. I did not hear a response within 48hrs so sent another email on the 21st asking how to proceed. Again did not hear any response so sent another email on the 26th.
When I still received not response I submitted another email request on the 28th. I almost cut my loses but got a response today 4/11 saying that a return could be processed and was sent a link to fill out a return slip and ship the item back to the company.
When I opened the link that was sent to me I read through the return policy and exchanges at the bottom of the slip. In the exchanges section it states
"We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you
want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.However, you may simply return your
package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That
way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size, or for another item. Please note: Original shipping fees are
non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that
are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address."
Because the item that was delivered to me back in February was not the item I ordered I find it unacceptable that I would have to pay for shipping to return the wrong product.
I also find it unacceptable that I would be issued a store credit to purchase the item that I originally ordered and if it's out of stock I'm out of luck.
At this time I have decided to not proceed with the return because I don't feel I should be held responsible for the company's original mistakes in shipping me the wrong product and in the length of time it has taken for the company to finally get to a point to offer me information on how to proceed with a return.
I am seeking a refund of the $42.50USD that I paid back in January for the mistakes in product delivery and terrible customer support experiance.

Paid $100 for a rose near for Valentine's Day feb. 5th and it's now April. Dose of roses has made absolutely zero appempts to try and get me the order. All I got was an email that said sorry we are overloaded. No offer to send me my order, or a refund. I absolutely don't recommend this company, and I would probably bet that it is a scam. They got me.
Purchased a product from their online store, paid in full, never received the product, never received a refund.
I have placed an order for a "Red Rose Bear" (Medium 14") on February 6, 2019. I received an email confirmation of my order ***) with guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day (2/14/2019). The product was never shipped, I never received a confirmation that it ever was shipped, yet my payment of $79.98 was processed and never refunded. I have left multiple complaints with their support that has gone unanswered for months. I still have never received a product or refund and created a new complaint today (almost 2 months later). They will send out an automated response with no followup. I have proof of purchasing, payment and all correspondence if it is ever needed for litigation. Their website is still live and their marketing stretches across many social media platforms fooling additional people into purchasing their non-existent product. This country has no room for companies like this stealing hard working Americans money. There are now about 25 reviews on the Revdex.com website with everyone stating the same problem. Something needs to be done to prevent this company from continuing to rob the American public.
I would like a full refund of the $79.98 for the product I paid for and never received. If this company can be prevented from practicing any additional business would be protecting future customers from being robbed.

I have been waiting on a rose arrangement since Valentines Day. I never received the product or a refund.
I ordered an expensive rose arrangement approximately a week before Valentines Day. I never received the arrangement but waited under the assumption they had a large influx of orders due to the holiday. I waited about a month and half and never received any shipping info or product. I emailed the company and offered me store credit, but I declined and said that at this point I was no longer interested in the product and would just like my money refunded to my card. I have emailed the company 3 more times asking them to process the refund and I have not gotten any response, a refund, or a product. It has been around 2 months since I placed the order and I feel given my patience I should be promptly issued a refund, and my emails deserve to be responded to.

Order an item that was a week late, damaged and not as advertised. The company refused to live up to the quality. I sent photos as proof, the Company refused to refund my money and their only solution was for me to send it back (I had to pay shipping) and receive in store credit. Horrible experience and very poor service, Went through my payment company to receive a refund although I needed to send item back and pay shipping, I have no issue sending the item back, but shipping the large item cost $12 and I shouldn't be financial responsible to return a damaged item. Learn from my mistake and avoid.
I made a purchase on March 7 as a gift for my Grandmother Birthday. It's not March 30 I haven't received any tracking number or any sort of status on my roses. Im starting to feel like they are not legit company and unprofessional with customers time and money. I've been rip-off $170 worth of roses from this supposed company. I've tried to reach out twice only contact for them is email. That should of ringed a bell. I'm baffled! And disgusted with such people using innocent people hard earn money for scams. These people have to nerve to be advertised all over the internet and social media so I thought I was ok. But nope! Never again. A lot of people getting scammed.
