Why are they allowed to sell on huge media platforms misleading people over social media as will as having there own personal website. Domain! Why? They should be shut down if there so many complaints. I don't get it! There on Facebook right now robbing people for roses for $200+ and with the 22k likes I'm like please don't buy from these frauds. But since it's acceptable on media outlets who cares about us

I ordered a product from them and paid extra to have it delivered early. They did not send it on time.

They sent out a generic email stating they were not prepared for the influx of business they received and therefore packages were late. Although I do feel bad that there business had to get all this money, I do not believe a failure to prepare your florist business for Valentines Day, constitutes me having to lose money. In February I emailed their customer support staff to have them send my shipping cost back to me. It took them a couple weeks to respond. Their response (27 February) stated they would only give me store credit. I do not want store credit because I do not want to give this business anymore of my money. I want my money returned to me, plain and simple. I emailed them again to request my money on 14 March and have still not received a response.

Desired Outcome

Just want my money back for a service I paid for that ended up not being provided.

Of course I would love to accept this response, however, THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED ANY REFUND!!!! I have waited almost a week to at least receive an email from them or something. They have not responded to the email I have sent them, nor have they issued any refund.

Terrible company I placed a order 3/1 and to date nothing I have emailed multiple times and no response I want my money back I don't want that bear.

Wish I could give zero stars! I pre ordered the Ross bear in Feb and they said it will ship out in March. It's almost April and still nothing! This whole company is a scam!

Ordered a rose bear for valentines day, it never delivered, after several attempts to contact them, they said it was a pre-order for some time in March. Asked to have order canceled and refund credited back to credit card $67.99, they stated store credit only. There was no exchange of merchandise just payment to them without any service, asked them for a full credit. Customer Service is awful, always asked to leave a message nobody ever responds. Have to email them, takes at least 3 or more days to get a response.

Desired Outcome

Would like to have the $67.99 charge credited to the original credit card.

If the response is a credit to my credit card, then it is acceptable, if it is a store credit then it is not acceptable. Rational is Dose of Roses, did not provide any service or product, and took my money $67.99. Please clarify if they will be processing a credit to the credit card, they charged.

I accept the proposal, but I am not closing the claim until the Dose of Roses follows through on the proposed resolution and processes a credit to the credit card that was previously charged $67.99. In the past Dose of Roses does not follow through with any action regarding their response for resolution. I sent them the order number today 5/10/2019. I will close the claim once the credit is received.

I placed a order on February 11, 2019 and I still haven't received my order yet or even a email with tracking information. This is the worst experience I ever had and I truly hope this company gets close down for the scams. I want a refund no reason for it to almost be April and no one has update me on anything.

They are scam artist. It's been over week stilll haven't recived a tracking number nor any updates sent out several emails and still have gotten response I want my money back.

Frauds ,fakes ,scammers and thieves !!!! I placed an order on February 12 and paid extra to be shipped before Valentine's Day . It is now March 25 and I still haven't received the roses that cost me nearly $100 . Customer service is ridiculous they don't even return my emails anymore . I feel like I've been robbed please don't give them your money . I would've felt better if I just gave my money away to someone homeless in the street .

I placed an order back on February 5th and here I'm of March 22 and I haven't received any confirmation that my order was processed. They blamed the freight company(DHL) which I contacted and clearly proved to me that they never received the package from Dose of Roses. DOR issued a credit to use on a new purchase which I redeemed and once again the order was never fulfilled, after 2 weeks.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back and delivery of the first order.

I ordered a rose bear on 2/12 for valentines day , received nothing 7 days later I sent first email no response , sent a second one 3 days later, no response . sent a support ticket in got reply back was told the bear I ordered was a pre order for 3/15 special still nothing shipped . I sent email on 3/18 and got no response til today was told that some video leaked on facebook causing delays in shipping. I have asked for refund , or my bear and now both and got nothing . this company needs to be sued and pay out all these fraud they are causing to their customers . I never *** use this company ever again.

This company has not responded to any of the 15 emails I have sent regarding the order I placed 7 weeks ago.
I ordered two items for my wife, the eternal rose and a rose bear 7 weeks ago. I have been trying to get in contact with the company via email and they are not responding to me. I am about to file fraud through my bank.

Bought product. No shipment. 18 emails. Obvious scam. Won't refund money will only do gift card. Apparently they've done this other people.
I bought this product on 2/11/19 at 9:47 am for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. They said all orders with in the US would be guaranteed by Valentine's Day. Well just to make sure that my girlfriend would get the Pink rose bear (it didn't have a product number) on time I opted for the expedited shipping. This made my complete total 104.98. I used my visa debit card for the purchase. 69.99 for the pink rose bear and 34.99 for the expedited shipping. They responded almost instantly with an confirmation email that basically stated that they would email me when the product was being shipped.

Valentine's Day came and went and about a week later I decided to email them because I basically didn't want the product anymore and I wanted my money back. It was for Valentine's Day and my girlfriend didn't want it either. I emailed them on 2/20 and got a a response right away confirming my email. They then sent me a form email referring me to their website. It took me to their FAQ section of the website. I was unsatisfied with that response. I emailed them back the same day explaining to them that I wanted my money back and not their product. I did not get any sort of correspondence back until 2/27. *** responded with another form email saying that I didn't provide enough information. I wrote an email back the same day explaining in clear English what I wanted and all of the information they needed to start the process. I still haven't heard from *** to this day. I didn't hear anything back from anyone and unfortunately went on vacation the next week.

On Saturday 3/16/19 after not hearing anything from them I decided to write them again. I explained to them they haven't sent me any shipping confirmation, the product, and hadn't heard back from anybody at all. They again sent a confirmation email at 2:03pm. I again emailed them at 2:14pm giving them all the information they'd need to fix my issue. Then *** contacted me and said that I didn't provide enough information to start the process (another form email). I emailed her the whole string of emails showing her that I had provided all of the information. I sent them 3 emails with the full string of emails attached after that. That Sunday morning 3/17 I woke up and just sent them the strings of emails again in an effort to show their complete and utter incompetence.

***, finally sent me an email stating that my order was for a pre-order (it does say that on my order) and that they would give me a confirmation number when it was sent out. They also stated that they do not return items for full refund and that they only do store credit. Then today, in doing a bit of research I found a customer service number. The hotline basically stated that they were helping other customers and couldn't get to me. They also stated that emailing them would be the most efficient way to contact them. I left them two messages giving them my information and that I like a refund.

If had known that it was going to take this long I wouldn't even have bought the product. I would have went a different route. I think this is a complete scam. And even if my order was a "pre order" this is an asinine amount of time to wait for any sort of product like this. And on top of that I opted for the expedited shipping. This has been a very frustrating situation. From a customer service aspect they are pretty terrible too. In a bit of research, on your website it seems that I'm not the only one in this situation. I want this issue resolved and they are unwilling to fix it. All I want it is my money back. I appreciate you reading my response. Thank you.

Listen, all I want is my money back. This process has been very arduous and unnecessary. If they had just done what I wanted from the beginning I wouldn't have had to go through this process. But, this is where we are. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. They've done this to more people than me. I just want my money back plain and simple. They need to be shut down. They cannot do this to people. I just want my full refund.

I have been emailed 2-3 times about a"refund" that has never happened. I want my money back. I bought this "product" almost 5 months ago. I want to know why this has taken so long. I check my account everyday. It's not there. They have lied to the Revdex.com and me. I will not stand for this type of incompetence. Please do something about this. I want to talk to someone either at the Revdex.com or this company as soon as possible.

I order a rose bear from this company with next day shipping over a 48 days ago and have yet to receive my product or refund. It has been over a month since I ordered and have not received any notification to date as to when the product will ship. Asked for cash refund.

The business stated they would refund the money and to date I still have not received a refund. I has been well over 10 days since they stated they would issue the refund. They promised to issue a refund on 3/22/2019 and stated it would take 2-3 business days. Well 2-3 business days has come and gone. Today is 4/6/2019 and still no refund has been issued and no products received.

I am highly disappointed with this company. This is beyond unacceptable.

I ordered A rose bear over a month ago.
They haven't given me any tracking number and when I email them they don't give a date of my products arrival.

They told me a few weeks ago that the product was no longer available for the month of February and that my order would come in March. I emailed them the first week of March and they said they will send me a shipping confirmation email with tracking number within a few days. They also said that I "pre-ordered" for March delivery and I must've misread my order receipt. When I tried to check the receipt from them via email it was all of a sudden decrypted and unreadable. It's a full on scam.

Never received item that I ordered and was charged for.
Ordered rose bear 2/5/2019. Said I would receive 2/11/2019. Received email 2/7/2019 that product had shipped. 2/11/2019 contacted DHL with tracking number I received from Dose of Roses. DHL had no record of that tracking number. Contacted Dose of Roses they guaranteed bear would be here 2/14.2019. Never received bear on 2/14/2019. Emailed them again. Received a computer generated email stating on back order will ship ASAP. I have emailed company numerous times with no resolution. Still have not received bear. No phone number for the company. I just want a credit.

Ordered for Valentine's Day. They said it would be on time, they also confirmed that they would ship to a different address than my billing address. To my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. They shipped it to the wrong address. Also when the bear arrived at the wrong address it was opened and cheaply put together. This product is very low budget. Don't be fooled by the picture. Low quality.

They sent product 2 days after the scheduled date. Product was in a shipping bag not clear box as stated. Come to find out they sent the wrong product. Can not contact anyone from the company. Commented on their fb page and was deleted within 2 hours. Horrible company!!!!

I placed my order on February 7th. Its mid March and I still have not received the product. I send emails and I have not received any response from the company. Poor customer service. I will not buy anything from this company again.
