I placed an order on January 8, 2019 I ordered an Enchanted LED ROSE and RED Rose Bear. On February 2, 2019 I received the Enchanted LED Rose but not the Red Rose Bear. On February 4th I sent an email to *** and I received a response from *** who stated their advertising video for the bears went viral on facebook and they are backed up and will ship ASAP. So I waited. I sent another email on February 14, 2019 that I have not received a new tracking number for my missing item. On February 15th I received a generic response listing their commonly asked questions. Since mine is a missing item, they will ship as soon as possible. I responded with a request for a refund and they replied with the generic common asked questions list again. Today February 24, 2019 I received a response that my item was delievered and check with DHL or a neighbor to see what happened. That's unacceptable, this company DID NOT SHIP my item. When you complain they erase your comments on facebook and Instagram

I ordered a Valentine's Day gift on January 19th. I canceled the order within 20 minutes. I received a email that ensured me the order was canceled. To my surprise I received a email on January 31st stating my order was on the way and shipped by ***. Since it was shipped I started looking forward to it. On their website it states if there's no movement with the package you will get a refund. NOT TRUE!. I sent another email to inform them my package had no movement more than 4 days. I received a generic response not specific to my concerns.I was ensured I would receive the package on Feburary 13th. Again no movement for over 4 days. I sent another email and got back another generic response. I contacted DHL I was told that I wouldn't receive the package till February 15th. I called DHL again on February 15th and they said it was the company's fault not the shipper. I received the package on February 20th. Buyer Beware of this company!!!

On their site it states you'll get a refund if no movement more than 4 days.

The order in question was placed on January 19, 2019, for our product of the Love Heart
Rose Bear. On the same day, the customer reached out to our customer service
department requesting to cancel the order. One of our representatives responded to the
customer's request stating that store credit will be issued for the cancellation of the
order. Under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy, canceled orders upon request will be
issued a store credit, since refunds to original forms of payment are not issued. By
submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all
policies and our complete Terms and Conditions.

Item never arrived. Vendor continually claimed it was en route, but shipping company never received anything from employer.
Order #XXXXX was placed on 2/6/2019 and selected Valentine's Day delivery. On 2/7/2019 a tracking number was provided (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). On 2/7/2019 it was updated as "En route to DHL commerce". In other words, the shipping company was waiting for the vendor to drop off the order.

Delivery was guaranteed by the vendor by 2/11/2019. I reached out to the company via email on 2/13/2019 when the item had still not arrived but did not get a response. I noticed that other people were complaining in their Instagram comments that the company was a scam and that nobody was receiving their products. People who did receive them were commenting that their orders were entirely wrong.

On 2/14/2019, I messaged them on Instagram asking if I would be receiving the order that day. They replied,

"Hi,

Your bear should be delivered to you by 8 PM today as we overnighted everyone's orders to make it on time for Valentine's Day.
Best,
***
(Customer Care)"

The order never arrived. Not only did it not arrive, but *** lied about overnighting the package, while knowing it had not ever been dropped off at the shipment facility.

On 2/15/2019 I emailed the company letting them know that I would like to cancel and receive a full refund for my purchase as I have not yet received it.

Two days later, on 2/17/2019, I received a response from somebody named Nikki saying I would be granted store credit for my purchase.

On 2/18/2019, I responded with excerpts from the 'Fair Credit Billing Act' and 'Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule' stating that I am entitled to a full refund, not store credit. I have followed up with two emails asking for a reply, but they have not responded. I have connected with several people through Instagram that have gotten scammed in the same way by this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund, and I would like them to stop advertising these products that are not getting shipped. Their comments section are filled with complaints about orders not being fulfilled.

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders for the Valentines Day holiday which caused a delay in the processing of orders. They reached out to our Customer Service team via email, stating we did not meet our selected "Valentines Day delivery". She then emailed Doseofroses again, wanting to cancel. We didn't get back to her in a timely fashion which then resulted in a chargeback that we granted.

The order in the question was placed on February 6,2019, customer ordered a Medium Red Rose Bear. After investigating the order, on March 7, 2020
a chargeback totaling $94.98 was resolved in the customer's favor. Therefore, we no longer may refund the order. The customer must reach out to their banking institution for further assistance.

numerous complaints from customers regarding customer service, refunds, and their products.
- consistent late shipping and late arrival of products even with expedited or on time shipping options that require additional payment from customer

- customer service is conducted solely through email and replies are rarely returned regarding shipping or product issues

- products come with missing parts or completely damaged

- company will only refund with store credit but will not refund shipping costs even if product arrives late

- customers post complaints on social media pages but the company will erase them and then block those customers from being able to post again.

Desired Outcome

Since my product is damaged and has missing parts and also because it was delivered almost a week from my guarantee date I would like to be refunded in full.

- The order in the question was placed on January 30, 2019, For the Medium Pink Rose Bear and the Medium Red Rose Bear. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the Valentines day holiday causing a delay in processing and shipment. The order was shipped on February 5, 2019, and delivered on February 16, 2019, by USPS. We cannot grant the customer a full refund since we do not offer that option under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. Since we did not meet our three day processing period, we have partially refunded the order for the shipping cost.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. There was an issue with my order and it showed up a week after it was supposed to. Their customer service is either a cheap robotic system or the dumbest woman alive. They did not answer ANY of my questions, totally ignored every thing I wrote in multiple emails, and their replies completely avoided my issue. Do not waste your money. The products are cheap and crappy.

I ordered a A bear on February 8 select the shipping that stated it be Arrived on Valentine's Day did not receive product and till February 21st it was the incorrect bear color damaged discolored Not in the correct Package. In will not respond back I believe this is overseas because they woke send a reply at 12 or 2:00 in the morning.

This is incorrect not completely true they gave the bear after Valentine's, yes incorrect product yes damage, gives responses at 2am in morning says same thing over and over like its auto reply. I did get an email after several attempts that they will give money back and they never did. They are now responding 14mths later? Who does that horrible and still havent got my money back. This company is fraud just take people's money. Look at the history of complaints every where on facebook,google review, business review and etc.

I ordered 2 products on 02/06/2019 was guaranteed delivery by 02/14/2019, as of 02/21/2019 the items have still not left the warehouse.
I ordered 2 products on 02/06/2019 (metal rose and rose teddy bear) and was guaranteed delivery by 02/14/2019. I received the metal rose on 02/13/2019 but not the teddy bear. When I called the courier *** on 02/19/2019 to get an update on the tracking it was confirmed that the item was never received by them and the company only generated a label. They searched every warehouse and no item has been sent out. I reached out to dose of roses and was told they are out of bears and are taking pre orders for shipments in March. When I expressed my concerns to the company they offered no refund and didnt even acknowledge that the package was never sent out nor did they offer a date when it would be sent out. I requested a refund 4 times via email and they have now blocked me and are not responding to any of my inquiries. I simply just want a refund so I may reorder from a more legitimate company.

I would like a full refund for the red teddy bear, I do not want a store credit or replacement as it is well past the time promised for that.

Paid for Product and Never received any order! No reply from support or a number to contact this company!
I have placed an order on Feb 7th in preparation for Valentines Day. I paid more for Valentines Day Shipping. My order NEVER arrived. I sent two emails to support on Valentines Day the 14th and another on the 15th. I messaged them on their facebook page in hopes for a response. I get an email the 15th with a generic message about being back ordered and to message them if you still haven't received anything.I emailed them twice once on friday the 15th and again on the 19th. I am afraid this company is a SCAM and stealing peoples money. I can imagine how many other people are going thru the same issues. How do we get support for a company who is unresponsive? This is very disheartening and a disappointment to me and my girl.

I need this company to reach out to me and refund me my money for this product which has not arrived! NO shipping information has been updated since Feb 7th and the holiday was ruined. Getting money stolen from a company like this is very upsetting.

No product was ever delivered. No response was ever sent back to me from their office. No resolution and a no refund policy for a back orders that they were not prepared to handle, is not my problem. My position and stance does not change. Stay clear away from this company.

Was sent the wrong item and they won't fix it and are telling me I have to pay to ship the wrong item back to them.
My order number *** was placed on 1/13/19 for a total price of 49.99. It was a blue rose bear that came with guaranteed delivery by 2/11/19 and didn't come until 2/15/19 which wasn't ideal because it was a Valentine's Day gift but I can overlook that. Got the item on 2/15 and it was the wrong color, again, not ideal but I just figured it would be an easy exchanged and I emailed them that day. They said they would send me the correct item when they restocked in March, which I was fine with. Today (2/19) I get an email from someone named *** saying that in order to get the correct item, I have to send back the incorrect item which I expected but I'm not going to pay to ship and item back to them when it was their mistake so I asked them if they would send me a prepaid shipping label and then someone named *** emailed me back saying that since my item was on sale that they would be unable to Provide me with credit for my return shipment. I then asked if I could just get a refund and they told me they could only give me a refund in the form of store credit and only once they receive the return. First of all, why would I ever want to do business with them again since they sent me the wrong item and are making it impossible to rectify the situation and second, why should I have to pay for their mistake. All I either want it the correct item or a refund on my card.

I paid $99 for a bear with heart. They shopped a flower bear with no heart valued at $69. They will not respond to my emails for $30 refund.
Purchased item on 2/9. The order number is XXXXX. I have emailed them several times and they make it impossible to get in contact with anyone. The item I wanted was $99, a red bear with white heart. They shipped the red bear with no heart valued at 69. I no longer need the red bear with white heart. I just need them to refund the $30.

Dose of roses has continued to advertise products they know are not in stock. They are taking peoples money even though they can't keep up with demand
I purchased two products from Dose of Roses on February 7th with the guarantee of delivery by Feb 13th due to upgrades shipping privileges. Unfortunately, I did not receive one of the products until the 14th of February and the second product, a rose bear, has yet to even be shipped. 10 days after the purchase of the product, I have had no success in reaching an actual person that works for the company. I have only received the same email 3 times with no information that helps. The main problem with this issue is that they are still advertising these guarantees on their website. Raising people's expectations only to take their money and make them wait. This is extremely unprofessional and is not a fair way to go about business. I still am not sure if I will even receive the bear for which I paid $100. The tracking number they have given me through DHL (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) has been stale since the confirmation of purchase. This company has paid for more promotional content than they could keep up with and it will effect them in a negative manor.

I wish to be compensated only for the extra shipping i paid for and at least a personal guarantee that my product will finally be shipped.

They never verified a successful shipping confirmation. Such that, it is clear I never received my package due to the fact that they never actually sent one. Dose of roses was locking people's debit cards in with the knowledge they would. It be able to fulfill demand and the only compensation they would offer is store credit.

After investigating the order, both items were shipped to the customer. We no longer have any records of conversations with the customer due to the orders age. We also did issue the customer a store credit of $100 that has been used to place a second order.

On January 31st, 2019, I purchased a 14 inch Purple Rose Bear. I paid with my Debit Card. I also chose the option for the item to arrive at my location by February 11, 2019. This item was intended to be a gift for my woman for Valentine's Day. My order number is #XXXXX. The package arrived on February 13th, 2019. On the package, it clearly states on the label: Purple Rose Bear. However, when I opened the package, there was no Purple Rose Bear, it was a White Rose Bear, and that is not what I ordered. I immediately sent an email to the company to express my disappointment. I also sent the company pictures of the White Rose Bear, the package it was in, and the label on the package. Apparently, the response to my email was an automated response. In the automated response(by ***), it asked for pictures of the item, the package it was in, and a copy of my receipt so they can approve of either a return or refund. I sent the pictures again, along with a copy of my receipt. On February 14th, 2019, I did not receive any response. I even sent the company another email asking if I need to send the item back or will I just get my money back since this pretty much ruined a gift that I purchased for Valentine's Day. No response. This is very unprofessional, not very good Customer Service. As if this company doesn't even care, sending out an automated response.

I'm seeking to either receive what I ordered or a complete refund. It does not make any sense for this situation, giving the actual time frame. If there was a shortage on the item I purchased, or if it was sold out, the company should have at least communicated this to me.

False advertisement .Using Beverly Hills to add luxury to your purchase. Taking advantage of people using Valentine's Day.
I have received my order and it's not anything that you will be expecting. It's a Styrofoam bear frame and they used a hot glue gun to attach the roses which are made of an extremely cheap craft material. Mine had hot glue streams all over it and some of the roses were coming off. Not worth $70 not worth even $20. I can tell you how this all happened, somebody who wanted to get money quick and then not provide any information as to where to return your home made craft project. They used Valentines Day to sell and took advantage of it and people. They knew they could make this a hype and use fake pictures and brand it with "Beverly Hills" to make it seem like a luxury purchase. They only reply and like comments that are good for their business. I got the third degree when my wife opened this, I thought I was doing something great and special for her. I didn't open it because I didn't want to ruin the surprise. She did not feel special or loved and after I got home from working my *** off I couldn't blame her reaction, or why she was so upset and felt cheap. This is not legit, this is a scam. Anybody who bought into this I'm sorry for you and your dearest. Man or woman. What an unfair handshake.

Wanted to show her something special to show her how much she meant to me Valentines day. They scammed me out of $110. No email response.
I'm stationed out in the middle east right now and Valentine's day was right around the corner. I wanted to show my girl how much she means to me by getting her a rose bear like the one everyone has been seeing on Instagram. Immediately went to the site and ordered one not care about cost cause, well, love. Everything seemed pretty smooth at first with them stating that it was sent out with a tracker but then the issues popped up. I went to check the tracker 4 days after they said it sent out and it stated that it still hadn't event left the building to go to the courier. So I emailed them and the individual one customer service stated that they were backed up and that it should be sent out that day. Checked the next day and the next day after that and no movement from the tracker. Now it's two days away from Valentine's day and nothing from the tracker so I emailed them again and no response. Went on the customer service tab and emailed them through there too. Had my sister call up the courier and they even thought it was weird that they hadn't recieved the product yet. They were even upset! So now it's Valentine's day. The person I love back home is working hard and I'm just hoping that she gets this bear. Never arrives. I'm heart broken. The best part is that I paid for Valentine's day shipping so it could be perfect. Still have not heard from them. It's honestly upsetting. Thank you very much. Oh I paid with my debit card, purchase date was 05 Feb 2019. Order numbet is #XXXXX.

order #*** I made a purchase of a ROSE BEAR on January 30, 2019 and was promised delivery to be completed on Feb. X XXXX. I emailed the support desk to confirm the address as the apt. # was left off the purchase form. I received a response from "***" reassuring me that the address was updated and there would be no issues with the delivery. The product never arrived. I have not received a refund. *** no longer responds to my emails.

However, once the order is in transit (January,3,2019 ) we are not able to change/edit an address. It was then RTS, We then re-shipped the order and it was scheduled to arrive February 8,2019, We aren't able to confirm if the order was delivered. The customers desired resolution is to receive the order and a full refund. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" orders cannot be canceled at any time and refunds to original forms of credit cannot be issued, only refunds in the form of store credit. Under our policy, we cannot grant the customer's request for a full refund. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and Conditions.

The company mentions had horrible customer service, Refuse to issue refunds, Deletes negative comments, and fail to deliver before guaranteed date.
I purchased my order January 29th 2019. I was told my order would be guaranteed delivered by February 14th, 2019. My order as well as hundreds of other were not delivered by that date. Many others orders were missing parts and were denied refunds. I will attach as many of those order numbers as possible. I tried to contact this company multiple times via email and social media. I received the same generic email every time I emailed them, the company blocked me on social media and deleted my comments and I can proved they deleted at least a hundred more comments. *** from customer service replied once via social media on February 14th at 2:43 P.M Central Standard Time. I was then blocked upon stating my dissatisfaction and advising them that I would be going to the Revdex.com and federal trade commission. I was then contacted by people with the same problem. I received my product finally February 15th and it was not as advertised. it was falling apart and horribly put together. I recorded the uopening of the package so I could not be accused of damaging the product. I then contacted them again and later received the same generic email from before.

My order number is #XXXXX. I paid 57.49. I made my payment via pay-pal through my checking account.
