I ordered on February 15th....it is now May 28th and I'd say about 15 emails later. I have been calling and emailing. I get some bs response saying theyve had a huge order since hitting online. Well......3 months later still fn nothing. I am so beyond irritated and more so disappointed. I wanted this for my 18 year olds birthday but since that was missed I figured I could give it to my 9 year old, then that was missed so I figured my birthday, guess what??? That was missed and then I figured I could use it for my daughters graduation and guess fn what, that was missed as well. It's been 15 WEEKS!!!!!!!!! And still nothing!

Placed my order may 9th hoping to receive my package on mother's day as the website stated I would..started researching the company and began to feel as if I had been scammed because when I placed my order my bank said I had placed an order out of the country, while doses of roses claims to be in Beverly Hills California and I live in Georgia. Also there were terrible reviews as well as a lack of information on when my package would arrive.Today is May 28th well passed *** day (leaving my mother with no gift thinking I don't love her) .I'm just now receiving my package 19 DAYS LATER. THANK GOD this was not a scam but the shipping process should be more clear so that customers feel more secure with their purchase. I did but know it would take 19 days to receive my package or else I wouldn't have ordered. Just leaves a bad taste in people's mouth.

I didn't ask for a refund . Simply acknowledge the issues and do better. Your clients shouldn't feel as if they're being scammed with misinformation and lack of accurate communication .
I purchased an item from their website. I have not received that item nor will they issue a refund.
I purchased a Rose Bear through their website on April 28th. The order number is XXXXX. The purchase amount was $40.00. Today is May 23 and I have not received my product or any information about my product. There is no way to talk to someone from the company on the phone, and they are very slow to answer emails. I have been emailing everyday for about 2 weeks and there is still no resolve. I would like a refund to my card that I paid with. I am only being told that they won't refund me my money but will only give me a store credit. I will not shop with this company again. So a store credit is ridiculous. I have tried to resolve this through the company yet nothing is being done. Refund Please.

A refund was received.
I never received my order, it was never shipped. I would like a refund. I placed my order on MAy 9th and it was never shipped.
I placed an order on May 9th and emailed 4 times, 3 times to check order /shipping status and recieved an email telling me to wait longer. The item never shipped out. I requested a refund and was told I would get a store credit. There's no way I would accept a store credit for a business that doesn't ship the product that was ordered or even apologize for the lack of professionalism.My *** total $56.00.

I ordered a rose bear in February it is now May. I asked for a refund and they won't respond about giving me a refund.
I ordered my rose bear for $64.98 on February 10 my order number is XXXXX. I emailed them in March when I still had no update on the bear they responded saying ordered with March orders so it would ship soon. I still got no update in April so I asked for a refund and they respond with that it will ship in April at this point all I want is my money back and they won't give it back.

General service issues from not being delivered by Mother's Day on time to Ithaca plane still not receiving or being satisfied
From the beginning I place the order which through their promotion and display online I was told that by Mother's Day the items would be here Earthen mother say I sent a text saying exactly what happened why wasn't I why haven't I received a tracking number days later I was informed through a lady by *** that there was a mistake on their and they're trying to fix it and in a few days I will be given a tracking number still nothing days later I sent another complaint and this time I contacted you guys the Revdex.com which I received a confirmation number and everything from that on May 16th *** finally contacted me back and said that within two business days I will receive a tracking number this is now May 23rd I have you ever see the tracking number and everything so I'm pretty much sending this cuz I would like a full refund and I've also sent another hopefully reply text to Miss *** in regards to a full refund cuz I'm a first-time customer it was a Mother's Day present from my kids to my wife and we weren't satisfied at the end of the day we still have to go out already after a money being taken to still going make-up for Mother's Day which wasn't problem is the principals at the end of the day and being unsatisfied up to service after so much promotion and taking the money and everything thank you

I accept the response because I got refunded shich I would rather just gladly take other then to have to keep waiting on an item I clearly was never going to receive
I submitted and confirmed my order on May 9, 2019 with a 2 day shipping method. I received an email that my order had been shipped on Sunday May 12th. I read the shipping policy and terms and understand that the flowers did not make it in time for the intended and anticipated Mother's Day delivery. What I do not understand is why it has been over two weeks and my order has yet to be delivered. This is upsetting to me as the consumer- Especially since I went with a purchase choice of what was available rather than what I really wanted because my first and preferred colors were sold out.
As of today, May 25, my shipping tracking still in California and on it's way to New York. At this point, I emailed the company my dissatisfaction and requested an emailed explanation detailing the reasons for the delay, a full refund, or to compensated for this extreme delay and poor service.

Paid $100 for rush delivery of items. Never received them. Never got any response. Scam.
I paid to have this order of both the rose and bear delivered on feb 11th and it never delivered I would expect to reimbursed fully for both gifts I paid for. They were ordered weeks before valentine's day and I paid extra to have them gauranteed delivered before the 11th of February. I need to be refunded on my credit card for the purchase I don't want store credit I never want to do business with this company again.

I appreciate the gesture but I only received $73 to my account. As stated I had spent $119.00 in total to receive an expedited order. I will rescind and accept the response once the additional $46 is refunded to my account.

Received a damaged item and returned it back to the merchant. Tracking number shows it was received but I have never received a refund.
I purchased a Valentine's day bear from Dose of Roses on February 9th- order ***, $104.98, including shipping even though it was advertised as free shipping with the promo code I tried to use. Item was paid with my VISA card. The item came in to my local Fedex store, but it was damaged when I went to pick it up. Fedex advised me to refuse delivery and it would be sent back. I notified Dose of Roses multiple times as they are VERY slow to respond. After a few emails back and forth instructing me to send back, they completely stopped responding. I have a Fedex tracking number which shows the item was shipped back and received by Dose of Roses, but I have NEVER received a refund. Not only did they charge me for the item, charge me for shipping when it was advertised as free shipping, they also got the broken item back and kept my money.
I would like a full refund of $104.98 that I paid for the item including the shipping cost.
Can someone please let me know why this case was closed? there was never a refund issued.
My order hasn't been shipped and despite multiple attempts to reach out to the company I am still unable to get ahold of anyone.
I placed an order on May 14th hoping it would arrive 3-5 days later as promoted by the company. Today is May 20th and I have yet to hear from anyone at the company despite multiple attempts to try to reach somebody. My first order with doses of roses was placed Feb X XXXX for a small rose bear. Website promised item would arrive before February 14 2019 (*** $64.99). Item did not arrive. Emailed sent, store would not issue a refund, only offered store credit. I've reorder a different item since the last item had no stock and had to pay extra on Apr 7 2019 (*** $87.49) The website had no update on order, email sent again for an update status. With confusion, they canceled he order and issued another store credit. For the third time, I had no choose to reorder another item with the store credit since I could not get a refund. Ordered on Apr 18 2019 (*** $87.49) and still today I am waiting and order status has been the same stuck in "order confirmed". Been a frustrating few months battling with this company. I want a full refund, but stuck with a store credit that I can't get any items.

Dose of Rose has responded on May 28/19 apologizing for being overwhelm with over that they couldn't fulfill. They said they went ahead and issued a full refund. I waited 2-3 days as a refund to see if it will show on my credit card statement. No refund has been issued. Dose of Rose has just replied to avoid situations. Still waiting for a refund to show on my statement. $87.49USD.$120.71 CDN.

The product was not what was described in the picture at all. Very cheap quality, and definitely not worth the price!
I ordered from this company because they were being advertised by celebrities such as safari, and I thought that this would be a great gift to give to my Mom for mothers Day. I ordered her the Red Rose Bear to find out that the bear is not real roses, an that the bear itself is styrofoam. so before even getting the bear it took 5 days for the company to even ship out my product after printing a shipping label for it. I emailed them to cancel the order because it took so long to ship that Mothers Day passed. They never responded to the email, but shortly after my email then they finally ship the product. So then My Mom gets the product to her house to have the fake pieces of "Roses" falling off the bear, and you could see styrofoam all through the product so it looked fake and of very cheap quality. My Mom was upset, and for somthing that was supposed to be a mothers day gift and she gets upset from it the company completely messed everything up! also they were giving out false advertisement!!!!!!! I emailed the company for a refund and to return the bear but still no reply from the company! They honestly should not be in business at all. I spent $59.50 to be exact and want my money refunded!

Contacted support, she emailed and said sometimes the packages get lost and if I didn't know anything still in 4 days to contact her again. Four days pass, not even a tracking number let alone a shipping date. *** emailed me after I let her know after 4 days there still was no shipping date or tracking number. She asked what I wanted to do as if I haven't told her that I want my refund! That's all I want. This is ridiculous!

I ordered two rose bears from this company 2 weeks ago & have yet to receive tracking from them. I reached out to their customer service & was told I would receive confirmation the next day. This was a week ago. Still no tracking. I paid $164.00 for these bears. I have reached out 2-3 more times via e-mail & they have stopped responding to me. This is horrible customer service. I feel like they are a fraud. What can I do at this point?

The are a scam ! They did not provide the product I paid for . Mother's Day my mother was left empty handed I have left several messages on email and Facebook and no responses. They told me they would send a tracking number and that also was not sent. I am extremely upset and disappointed.
