I ordered May 9 and based on the language stated they provided false information. It still has not arrived to be delivered May 24th. I called them - it went to VM stated they were assisting other customers. Tried to leave a VM it cut off. I emailed and a rep named Jenny said- please be patient - your item has shipped and we are unable to control the delivery coming your way and there may be some delays. Please understand that we have tried our best to send everything as fast as possible to all of our customers.

I am one customer and if you are treating me and now adding others into this problem then you are is. Awful!
I sent a request for refund. They will try and not return the money - sickening.
false advertisement. Liars. I will call the AG office in LA. Beverly Hills and lodge a complaint.

Terrible service. Waited two months and still no product. Keep getting the run around from the company bout when it is set to ship out. Than contacted me saying they will refund my money into a gift card cause they can't fulfill the order. I'm currently filing a complaint to the states attorney general. DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Dose of Roses has yet to fill my order from 07May2019. Even after speaking with customer service the tracking information for my order still has it labeled ya awaiting pickup in Long Beach yet the location pin of the company has it in a apartment building? I am debating on traveling to the location personally since I live in the area. On my first attempt in contacting the company (09May19) I was told by customer support my order would ship within two days. I guess those days are flexible to them. I would advise anyone looking to purchase an item from Dose of Roses to find another option! I am awaiting contain from customer service so that I can receive my money back.

I made an order for mother's day and I still have received it. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. I have tried calling the 1-800 number and it says to leave you information and someone will get back to you. This is ridiculous. I am sure everyone has spend over $60 or more and I don't understand how processing our money takes seconds but getting someone to give you order status takes weeks. Still waiting. At this point they can just give me a refund. I just wanted some communication.

I ordered on May 4th. After about a week of not getting a processing or shipping email, I decided to email them. They told me it should be ready soon and I should receive a processing email in a day or two. I got nothing, I emailed again and they blamed it on being backed up because of a viral Facebook video which is a very unprofessional excuse. After this I asked twice, if there is an estimate when it would get delivered and I got no reply. Two and a half weeks later from the date I pressed purchase, I decide to email them again asking for a refund. They tell me store credit? Excuse me but why would I want store credit from a store I will never purchase anything from ever again!!!!!! I never got an email that it processed, I never got anything from them but unprofessionalism! I demand a full refund. It blows my mind that Instagram known people promote this kind of fraud business! So very disappointed. 0 stars! And please spend your money towards businesses who actually like to help and work with you, not ones who will ignore and give you store credit for something you did not even receive!

Waste of money. The quality of their products is total ***. Paid for mothersday shipping and received my product late. Also when I open my product it began falling apart instantly. I contacted their customer service and literally no help. They would not give my money back only a store credit. Why would you want a store credit from a company that cant even give a quality product. So now I'm out 70$ dollars. I I'll absolutely never order from this place again and I hope no one else does either.

Horrible. Haven't gotten my package since. It was ordered way before Mother's Day. I gotten two different days it was suppose to be delivered. Never got delivered. Called usps and found out it went back to Los Angeles. Been emailing them and nothing. I showed them my proof and still nothing. Waiting on a response. I want my money back. Horrible company.

Ordered 2 bears for Mother's day and paid for extra guaranteed delivery supposedly on May 10th. One bear arrived 5/13 and the other 5/16...so much for Mother's Day. One of the bears is a different color than I ordered. I called and emailed and have yet to get a response. Such a joke and probably the worst online purchase experience I have had in years! I will never buy from them again!

I placed an order on April 30th. Paid extra for arrival on mothers day by May 10th. One of my orders has not arrived.
April 30th placed an order of $121.98. I paid extra for guaranteed arrival by May 10th just in time for mothers day, as advertised. 2 items going to the same address as mothers day gifts. one of the item arrived however, the other item has not. I have reached to complaint and the emails have been dismissive. First they said that the item was delivered. I explained only one arrived not both, then they blamed it on the carrier, then they replied via email that once it leaves the warehouse it is out of the companies hands. It is May 15th and still no item and no refund.

Desired Outcome

I want the item that I purchased to be delivered and also for my refund as i paid extra for delivery by May 10th and it is not still delivered.

I am satisfied with getting my full refund as in the beginning of my complaint when I demanded my refund they were only offering me with a store credit. If I fail to see that they have refunded me my monies I will make sure to submit another complaint. Thanks!

Ordered a product from them over a week ago with gaurentee delivery for mother's day. Nothing. They sent me a tracking number that has no movement.
This company is a scam. I've reached out to them multiple times and no resolution.

I placed on order on May 6 to send a gift to my mom for Mother's Day. As of May 17 they still had not shipped the order. I tried several time to call their 800-number and no one picked up the phone, nor was I able to leave a voice mail. I had to resort to sending an e-mail to their support address to cancel the order and demand a refund.

Avoid patronizing this website at all costs!

Just like everyone else I bought this product 9 day's prior to mother's day. They said it would take 5 business days to get to my location of course it didn't show on time nor has it showed up at all. I've reached out to customer service got the same response as everyone else. It's now a week past mother's day and still no response as far as if its gonna get shipped or whatever is going on. Good idea terrible service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They were advertising their bears saying that they will arrive before mother's day and they did not!!!! It's been over two weeks and I haven't received any updates of shipment. Needless to say I had to email them and tell them I would be contacting my lawyers to receive a email back and then they told me that I couldn't get a refund it was a final sale. I paid for 1 day shipping and it's been over TWO WEEKS.

This is a scam. Somebody please take these people down. I placed my order on May 9th and it still hasn't shipped. When I placed the order they claimed it would be shipped same or next business day. I contacted them and they said it takes 3-5 days to ship the item. I said cancel the order and issue a refund they said they would issue a refund but only as store credit. What is the point of store credit if you don't ship anything. Please don't waste your money and time with these crooks.

I did not receive my order on the date to be delivered and requested a refund, the company declined to provide the refund.
On 5/1/19 I placed an order, *** with Dose of Roses to be shipped to *** in Decatur GA to be delivered for Mother's Day 5/12 as advertised. On Monday, 5/13, the order had not been shipped or assembled per Dose of Roses customer service. I requested a refund and was informed I can only receive store credit despite the poor customer service and lack of receipt of purchase. I explained to customer service that their policy states "Dose of Roses does not credit original shipping charges or Sales Returns", however I have not received any product therefore there have been no shipping charges or returns and due to negligence on part of the company, I paid to have a service delivered on Mother's Day as advertised, however the order had not been shipped or assembled per their original correspondance with me. The customer service representative insists that they will only provide a store credit after not receiving the product I paid for.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund in the amount of $49.99 returned to my Paypal account.
