It's a scam! My husband placed an order in February and I still have not gotten my bear yet! It's May! They also have blocked my from Instagram! I have emailed them on numerous occasions and they keep telling me they will send me a tracking number and it will be shortly. I went to their Instagram page leaving comments. They didn't answer any and then blocked me. They shouldn't be allowed to do this!

We have issued this customer a full refund on their original method of payment on May 14th
I made 2 orders on feb19 and today its the day may 8th and I haven't received not even a tracking number or my money back. I contact them and nothing
They reply back saying that my orders was gonna ship on April and I haven't got my items or my money back, this company it's trash it's a total scam and I need my money back
The only resolution with this irresponsible company it's my money back!!!

I just don't accept this because they being saying the same thing over and over and they haven't refunded not even a penny. Instead they sent me a message saying they gonna give me store credit. I just want my money back or the items that I purchased as soon as possible. Thank you

This place is a rip off. And no customer service number to contact them. They stole my money and never sent my product out and I can't get in contact with anyone to get my money back. SCAMMM

When was this refund issued? I have never received any refund from Dose of Roses?
No refund has been issued- You posted the same message about issuing refunds to all the messages on the Revdex.com website. No email confirmation about a refund was received either. I reached out on your website numerous times and no one has responded. Your business should be shut down as it is scamming individuals to buy your items and then not issuing refunds when the items are returned back to you.
This company is a scam. Placed order on Feb 12th. Charged on Feb 12th and was guaranteed to have order shipped before Valentine's Day. Was told by customer service they couldn't handle the volume but my order will be shipped in April. It's May 6th, and the order hasn't shipped. They continue to e-mail me about their products for other occasions. Recently got this response, "I'm extremely sorry, but we have had a video go viral on Facebook, which led us to be completely backed up in emails, and orders. We are just sorting through all of it now, and we promise to ship your order ASAP. "

My Husband will be seeking a refund for this Valentine's Day gift he ordered for me in February which arrived May 2nd. I feel bad that I was upset that I didn't get a gift and it wasn't even true. I did get a gift months late from a bootleg company. the plastic box the bear came in was bent up and there are flowers missing from the bear that fell off and are at the bottom of the box. I will definitely make sure to share this review on FB and IG also. This company is not EVEN Revdex.com ACCREDITED! Don't do it!!! Save your $80!

I had been scammed. I ordered a bear a week before Valentine's Day and have yet to receive anything still. I have emailed the company numerous times and I'm told that the my order will be shipped. They offered a discount card for future purchases and stated that my product would be shipped out around April 11th. Still nothing has come of anything and I'm finally to the point where I can come to terms with getting ripped off. Something should definitely be done about people like this.

I order on March 23 a rose teddy bear for my wife's birthday. It is April 27 and still nothing. I emailed them they responded about two weeks ago and said due to high volume they won't be able to send it on time Gave me a five dollar gift card lmao. I emailed them several times and called to a customer service with a voice recorder saying to emailed them. Don't waste your time and money. It looks like I'm taking a 100 dollar loss

I made an order in January for a rose bear and the enchanted rose, the rose was cancelled on there end and I never got my order. After countless emails and stuff I received a gift card for there store only. It's been 4 months now and I've still not received what I purchased or any help. There reply emails takes weeks to get back to you. I would not suggest doing business with this company.

I ordered a bear in February it is now April 26th. They keep telling me it will be sent out "soon." Finally I asked for a refund and their response was they would give me a store credit. Ordered a Red Rose Bear (Pre-Order for March) on Feb 12. I paid a total of $72.56. ORDER #XXXXX. I contacted Dose of Roses a week after ordering and was informed that I ordered for March (ordering was misleading) I was attempting to have product before March. When I realized that it would be in March I attempted to get a refund but was told only store credit would be given. I took the loss and continued with the March delivery. Once it hit the 30th without any confirmation of shipping, I contacted the company again and was told that it would be shipped out in the April shipment starting on the 11th. It is almost to the end of the month of April and no progress.
I would like to get a full refund of 72.56 back to the card used.

I ordered in February before Valentine's Day.
I have messaged them multiple times they told me I ordered something that will come in April already at 3 months now and still haven't got anything from them. When I ordered the bear there system said I should get it before Valentine's Day in February they told I should have got it in March or April and still nothing 2 this day and it's a few days away from May!!
I want my money back no credit I want cash in my hand I know not possible but I want my mo eye back no credit like they say they can't do I just want my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a freaking joke!!! Ordered 3/15- for Easter STILL nothing!!! Got a tracking number on 4/15- as of today 4/24 still shows "processing" WTF?? It's MY fault I didn't check the Revdex.com before... lesson learned!! I'll continue to send my complaint to Revdex.com.

Placed an order beginning of February. Haven't gotten it yet. They do not respond to my attempts to get a refund. All they do is email back they're busy or a Facebook video went viral. DO NOT BUY.
I wish there was zero stars this place is a scam. They bought an IG page with 27k followers (you can buy them). Then they gave free roses to instafamous IG profiles as a free gift telling them all they have to do it tag them and post they love the roses or Rose bear/bunny. They take tons of orders and never send anything. I've been waiting over a month and was supposed to receive a bunny before Easter. Then they said I'd have it overnight in time for Easter. Nothing. The address is a luxury residential apartment building in California. They have no listed phone number. Don't do business with them. I hope everyone sees this.
