Never got my merchandise and won't return my money, how is this not theft. Worst internet experience ever.
Ordered the purple bear on feb 25, and said would take 7-10 business days to be ready to ship sent an email on Monday the 11th of March and haven't even received an email back about my concern of it not being shipped yet will never order from them again spend your money elsewhere wish I would've checked reviews before I ordered from them would've never ordered it if I would've but now guess I'm stuck just waiting to get it
My experience was a *** show. They ran out of stock, but won't accept my refund request. They told me there will be another shipping on March, I confirmed I'd like to be in it but man Elizabeth Mitchell and Nikki have like the worst customer service, it has been a whole month now and it still have never been resolved. They avoid my emails, and avoid my questions; they are SCAMMERS and no one from their group wants to do something about it. I have paid extra for their service but nothing was done, what a waste of my time
I paid extra to have it shipped before Feb 14. The Package was said to arrive Feb 11th. It is now march 11th and still have not received a package from them. I was told a second package was sent to replace first, when I track the package, UPS is still awaiting the package. I have sent multiple emails and left my phone number on each email. There is no customer service to speak with and it sends you an automated email that is no help. This is one of the worst companies I have ever used.
Placed my order on February 13. It is now March 11 and still haven't received my bear or 2 roses. Sent an email an it said once it's shipped we have nothing to do with it. But I never received a email stating it was shipped or even a tracking number. Horrible. I don't t recommend anyone ordering from this site. Waste of money.
my boyfriend ordered me a bear made of roses for valentines day. they advertised it would be here in time. it was not and we want a refund.
So again my boyfriend ordered me a bear made of roses for Valentines Day. The website advertised that all orders before a certain date would be delivered in time for Valentines. The order was not delivered, we never got any shipping confirmation. After we didnt see any emails, I started emailing the company demanding a refund and telling them they falsely advertised the item! We did receive an email stating it was a pre-order item but that was of course after the purchase was made. When we demanded a refund on order #XXXXX it took days to hear back from customer service. When we did, they informed us that we would get a store credit and that is not okay with us! They advertised saying it would be here for valentines day and it wasn't. Its no longer a surprise gift and we just want our money back!! Since the one email for customer service I have sent 5 emails over the past 8 days without a single response. This company doesn't seem real at all.
We just want our money back!! We have been emailing the company for a month trying to get it back and they will not answer our emails, we are very angry by this point!

The bear is a piece of *** it weighs about 4 ounces and the flowers look like a fair prize they do not honor returns and send wrong gifts that are cheaper than the one you ordered. Not satisfied would be the nicest thing I could say. Not worth 10 dollars rather than the amount they charge. You would be better served putting 50 cents in the claw machine at dollar general. Feeling ripped off and angry that I spent so much money on my wife only to look like a fool for Valentine's Day. Never again

I have contacted this company several times about an order I placed and never received the order number was #XXXXX placed at the beginning of February it is now March and nothing they claimed they re sent an order and that was also never received, I emailed them saying to just credit back my card that was used and no one responds, this is why I'm filing this complaint, I have been nothing but patient with this company and all I want is my money back.

I do accept the response, I'm just not so sure I'll actually receive the refund, but I am accepting that if they are actually going to refund my card.
I didn't receive this purchase at all after being told I was guaranteed delivery by date of 2/14/19. Was basically told they oversold their stock.
Order #XXXXX for Love Heart Rose Bear was placed on 2/7/19 with delivery guaranteed by 2/14/19. Order "processed" for shipping label on 2/11/19. Product not received so I followed up by email on 2/15/19. Was sent generic automated response same day with apologies for a number of things and basically said that they oversold their stock and I could get store credit and reorder the same product when the next shipment came in or just wait for the order to finish. Still no shipping update (DHL XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) through March. I requested cancellation and full refund on 2/25/19 with copies of order and guarantee of delivery. Dose of Roses responded on 2/28/19 offering store credit in lieu of refund. I responded same day with response that I do not want store refund letting them know I intend to go through PayPal to recover the funds if I get no refund through them. Dose of roses responds 3/4/18 saying that their store credit policy is stated on a page on their website and all sales are final. I walked through the ordering process a second time that day to verify that this was stated nowhere through the ordering process. It was not stated on product page or in final submission stage of order. Not even sure this policy existed before their issues with the Valentine's Day holiday. I followed up with those details and stated I would continue to try to recover the funds through PayPal (which looks like has been removed as an option for payment).
I would like a full refund, no store credit, for this purchase.

Ordered an item, took too long to deliver. When contacted the company via email there was no response.
I ordered one of their items. It never shipped out the shipping info was not getting updated for over 15 business days even though there was a delivery guarantee before 2/14. I reached out many times with emails which are the only way to contact that company. At first they won't respond or send me automated responses. Than a representative from the company reached out saying he will give me store credit that I didn't ask for. I requested a refund because the item was never delivered And no answer from the company since not store credit and no refund

Product not as advertised. Company dodging questions to return product for refund
I ordered purple rose bear from this company on January 20th ORDER #5987. This product was advertised as the bear in a clear display box and guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day. The product was delivered on February 20th. Inside was a red bear with no clear display box and it was also covered in hot glue strings. So I didn't get the product I ordered and I didn't get it when it was promised. I first reached out to the company on Feb. 14th about product not arriving on time. I got a Commonly Asked Questions email back on Feb 15th saying they were overwhelmed with orders and would respond when they could, if your answer was not in the commonly asked questions please reply above this line. I replied on Feb 15th I also sent additional emails on the 20th when the product actually arrived & 28th after not hearing anything back. I received a reply on March 4th stating I should check with my neighbor as they may have my product. That was not ever a question in any of my emails. My emails were send me return information for a full refund. I replied to them stating that a 5th time March 4th.
Return the product that is not what I ordered and have a full refund back to my credit card for the purchase.

The tracking number for the return is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. It was delivered back to you on March 21st. I also emailed you the tracking sheet proving delivery with signature back on April 2nd from USPS tracking.
The purchase was not delivery during the time it was expected. No tracking number was not given to monitor the delivery and NO Customer Service.
My boyfriend made a purchase on February 10, 2019 for me to receive a Rose Bear before Valentine's Day. He also paid for a two to three day delivery so that I could received the gift before the big day. Unfortunately, he did not received a tracking number to monitor his purchase nor did he received any live responses to his inquiry. I even email Doses of Roses company to share my concern about the delay in delivery and the poor communication in responding to this matter instead of a generic automatic email. We are requesting for an expeditely delivery or a refund.
I would like Doses of Roses company to be penalized for the poor Customer Service, lack of delivery, and no resolution to this matter. I am truly concerned about the operation of this business and how is it they are still in business to trick people that would like to buy their merchandise. They need to be put out of Business.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! it is a complete scam and I have been waiting for my order for over a month now. Ordered February 7th with a guarantee of being delivered by Valentine's Day. I was okay with it being off maybe a day or so in delivery. It is now March 5th and I still have not received the order. After multiple email complaints I have just received automated messages regarding my complaints. This has been very annoying and a complete waste of time and money and now makes me seem like I originally did not get my wife a gift for Valentine's Day. After reading other people asking if the flowers on the bear were real I found out THEY ARE FAKE! High priced for FAKE FLOWERS! I hope people can continue to leave bad reviews because from the 3 others that are on here it looks like I am not the only one with this problem!
Product is awful, cheap and has hair glued into it. I paid for express shipping and got it 2 days later than estimated day.
I ordered a bear for my girlfriend for valentines, ordered it on February 6, 2019. Order number #XXXXX. I paid $48.00 for a FOAM bear, and $9.99 for shipping. a total of $57.99. The quality of this bear is hilariously cheap. The product this company is selling should be considered a scam. Its litterally a foam bear wrapped in foam roses. Not only that, there is some girls hair glued into it who did a horrible job at gluing it. The worst part is, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for V-day and get it on the 11th, it didn't arrive until the 14th of feb, at about 3 pm while we were working, I was anxious to get home so I could at least give it to her late, I picked up the box and thought it was empty, I opened it and had to laugh it off and tell her she was going to slap me, yes it was that bad.
All I want is my money back, they can take the bear back i dont want it.

Paid for a product to be delivered on a certain day. Product still has not arrived after putting forth complaint to company.
I ordered a rose bear from their website on January 30 at 732 in the morning. I paid extra to be assured the product would arrive by February 11 before Valentines day. Recieved a confirmation email stating this. Recieved an email stating my product had been shipped on February 12 a day after it was scheduled to arrive. February 14 came and went and package still did not arrive. I then called FedEx the company that does their shipping only to discover the tracking number I had been given did not have a package with it and they had no way of delivering something they did not have. I had previously contacted the company on February 13 by email because they provide no phone number. I recieved an answer saying it was most likely the delivery company who was at fault through email on the 15 of February. Tried again on the 19 of February only to get a pregenerated email saying much to the same effect of the shipping company would be at fault and they were backed up with orders. Replied stating none of their frequently asked questions would answer my question on the 19 of Februaury. Recieved a reply on the 20 of Frlebruaury that I could receive a store credit. I replied that was unacceptable and would like my money back. I have yet to receive a reply to this.
