If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order with a promise will be delivered in time for Mother's Day. It's still not even shipped out of the warehouse. I asked for a refund and got told I would get in store credit?! What?! No. I'm so upset that instead of fixing the issue they want to keep me as a customer even after I specifically asked for a refund. Will not recommend to anyone and I hope your Busniess figures out what it needs to do in order to not have so many unsatisfied customers.

I made a purchase for Mother's Day, today almost a week later, I finally got my order. The box was damaged, I purchased a necklace with the rose bear and never got the necklace?! It probably fell out of the half opened damaged box. Contacted support twice, once about getting my tracking/shipping information and again about getting a return because I was not 100% satisfied like is guaranteed. Waste of money and I now have nothing to show for and had nothing for Mother's Day.. thanks Dose of Roses.. never again

Wish I could give this company NO stars. Absolutely terrible and long drawn out customer service. I ordered flowers and a gold rose for Valentine's Day back in February and they NEVER showed up after the company guaranteed it would make it by Valentine's Day. I requested that they refund me my money and they REFUSED. It's been 3 months now and I have not received ANYTHING. I can't even get a response from their customer service representatives. Absolutely appalled that a company could behave so terribly. No product and no money.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. My husband ordered me a rose bear for Valentine's Day. It was delivered damaged in very poor condition. Since Feb. 14th, I have not been able to connect with any customer support representation that has been helpful to issue a refund, after contacting them via phone and email over 20 times, and including photographs and a detailed description of my order issue. I have never dealt with a company with such an appalling lack of character to stand behind their products and their customers.

I ordered from this company a week before Mother's day hoping to get my order before Mother's day but it came 4 days late. When I opened the box, the box the bear came in was all dented and the flowers on the bear were falling off. So cheaply made for the price I paid for it. I would like my money back and they shouldn't falsely advertise their merchandise. This company is definitely a scam. Don't waste your time or money!!

My husband placed an order before Feb 14, 2019 and I was supposed to get the rose bear by March. It's May and I do not have the bear or a refund. I have reached out to them via email numerous times and they keep telling me the bear has not shipped and it will ship sometime soon. They will not provide me a tracking number. Today they just listed their customer service number which is*** on their website. I am going to try and call but I am getting nowhere. They have taken my money and not provided any good or service. I think it's a total scam.

Totally dissatisfied!!!! I placed an order 5/4/2019. I still have not received an update on the processing, no finished product, or a tracking number or date. The advertising stated the product would be delivered by Mother's Day and I still have nothing. This is extremely POOR customer service and one of thee WORST experiences I've ever had. I am very disappointed and I will never use this service again!!!

Wow this is disheartening to see I have fallen into the same trap as everyone else. I still have yet to receive an update on my order and I am expecting it tomorrow. No one as replied to my questions to their email contact as well. I've never left a review for any business but it is needed to hopefully warn other buyers about this company as I spent a good amount of money to surprise my wife.

I asked for a refund and not to have it shipped late and your business ignored my message and still sent it way past the expected date. I will make everyone aware of this scam.
I purchased a light pink rose bunny on May 6th and it said that it'll take 1-2 business days to make and an extra 2-5 business days till it gets to my location. I've emailed twice and all they said was that they had a video go viral which caused them to be backed up and that they'll send me a tracking link once it ships. It's been taking too long and I'm hating this customer service.

I ordered from this company a week prior to Mother's Day as advertised that the items will arrive in time! I live in Jersey & my mother in Virginia. Every year I send her something with out an issue, however this year? So disappointing! What a BIG mistake I made ordering from Dose of Roses! 3 days after order , still no updates , no shipping , nothing. I emailed them 3 days straight with no response. Requested that I get my money back & nothing. Mother's day came & left & I had nothing to show for it. THANKS TO THIS COMPANY MY MOM DIDN'T RECEIVE A GIFT FOR MOTHERS DAY. I kept contacting them for my refund & 3 days after mother's day , they decide to start communicating! Ugh what a disgrace! Now they don't want to refund my money as "per their policy" even though it was their wrong doing!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & THE DISAPPOINTMENT. It's truly not worth it. So many other companies out there that will do so much better with your needs! Doesn't even deserve one star!

Horrible!! I ordered a rose bear for my mother two and a half weeks early before mother's day- not only did it not arrive- I had to email THEM to find out that they had "damaged product" whatever that means and that it couldn't be delivered. They offered to resend it the week after Mother's Day- FOR A FEE!!!!! Unreal. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Red Rose Bear and paid for it in full, on February 14, 2019. We still have not received any product to date. It is now May 2019.
Purchase Date: 2/14/19
I reached out in March 2019. They took days to respond and said the item is on backorder due to high demand and them being a small company, and they will ship my product asap. The order was for my wife for Valentine's Day.
April 2019 - I reached out regarding the status of my order. There was no update from them for at least a couple weeks. They took about a week to respond and said they were backed up and still not caught up and working on shipping out my order on April 10th or 11th and I should receive an update and notification once it ships. Keep in mind, I paid and placed this order on February 14, 2019. They offered a $5.00 coupon as a remedy. This coupon was in the form of a code that was embedded in an email. It had no hyperlink or instructions on how to use or apply it, no explanation at all. Apparently, this $5.00 coupon could be applied for an additional purchase and not the current purchase, and it couldn't be used for anything else. So, it was a meaningless $5.00 coupon. It doesn't work.
April 11th, 2019 - I reach out about the status of my order because I didn't receive any shipping notification as previously advised. There's no phone number to call to reach anyone over the phone. I get an email reply about a week later, and they tell me they can't find my order. They said they can't find any history of my order. However, they have been communicating that my order was backordered, then it would be shipping soon in April, then I would get a $5.00 coupon or discount. Now, they can't find my order.
I send them the email confirmation from my original order purchase date which shows that I paid for the product in full. My receipt.
Then, a week later... they respond with an apology that they're "extremely sorry, but we had a video go viral on Facebook, which led us to be completely backed up in emails, and orders. We are just sorting through all of it now, and we promise to ship your order ASAP..."
That email was from a "***" on May 3rd, 2019.
It's May 10th, 2019. I have no update email from them, no phone call, no shipping notification, no $5.00 coupon or any discount at all for good gesture, no offer to refund my money in full, no Red Rose Bear that I paid $62.91 for in full back in February 2019, and I see the same company still advertising their product and for Easter and Mother's Day, etc.
I feel they are being allowed to potentially rip off other unknowing people and they should be shut down immediately for making empty promises they can't fulfill.
My product wasn't received. It was ordered for Valentine's Day for my wife. It's pointless now to receive it because the quality and craftsmanship of the product is probably going to be very poor and very disappointing, and maybe due out of spite by disgruntled employees or the business owners themselves. I'm over it. I just want my money back in full. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING.

I still have not received any refund of any sort from them.
I have not received any notification email or phone call from Dose of Roses with information on how they have issued a full refund to me. They have not reached out to tell me where the full refund is being issued and my Paypal account that was used to pay for the order in full originally, was not credited any type of refund at all.
They stated on May 15, 2019 that they went ahead and issued a full refund. I allowed them more than a full week to complete that. They still haven't refunded all my money and they seem to be doing the same thing they did since February 2019... lying to the consumer about delivering their product and/or refund.
I purchased an item for mothers day for guarantee delivery by may 10th but I have not received it nor gotten any other email by them.

Didn't receive any shipping email or notice of a delay. All they want to give me is store credit and refuse to give me a refund. Purchase date 5/3, payment method was debit card in the amount of $266.35. Order number #XXXXX. I last emailed them on 5/9 about not wanting store credit, that I want a full refund but they have yet to respond .

Company has charged me for a product which they cannot provide a tracking number for or an estimated date when it will be shipped or processed.
I placed an online order for an 8in rose teddy bear to be sent to my mother for mother's day, received a confirmation number and was told that processing should take 1-2 business days, then my order would be shipped. When it had been 4 business days and I still did not receive another email indicating that my order had been processed and ready to ship, I emailed the company. The responder's name was Nikki, who said that they were sorting through all of their orders since a viral video cause a lot of back up in order processing and emails. I then asked 2 day after this email for a status update, and if there was no change how to go about being reimbursed for my money spent on the product. I also told them I needed contact information for the manager or owner immediately, after seeing a Revdex.com investigation is taking place. I still have not received a response. I feel like I was con-ed out of my money.
Either a complete refund to my debit card or timely delivery of product ordered.
