I have spoken to Stancil Painting and told them to make the repair. It is exterior caulking and well within their wheelhouse

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
The response outlined by Mr*** is incorrect and misleadingAll documented concerns were not addressedThe most recent warranty request was the only item DR Horton addressed (which was not even discussed in my complaint to the Revdex.com)Mr*** is correct that his painters splattered paint on our custom curtains and an apron and they are planning to pay for the dry cleaning or replacementHowever, the long, upsetting, financially draining history with D.RHorton, beginning with the nightmare of building, was NEVER addressedThe homeowner (me) is satisfied with ONLY the most recent warranty request’s resolutionThe rest of the nightmare/complaint has never been addressed and I anticipate that it will not be

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. The reason for the rejection is because they are just giving jargon to try and cover their butts, when I first moved into the house on October 2014, I was assured that the pile of debris and tree roots would be moved immediately but it wasn't this led to my house almost being flooded, which I talked to the project contractor about still they didn't remove the pile, it was only after a year when they decided to build the house on lot that they removed the pile and in doing so pushed dirt under my fence which in turn caused more flooding of my back yard after months of calling and complaining they finally came out and did a botched job in resolving the issues , while in turn busting my neighbors sewer line which flowed in front of my house and property causing a horrible smell, and its been this way for a while, also without letting anyone know the company has changed the people who we need to call and contact so when calling the people like *** and *** they are saying "well im no longer over that area, so after finally meeting with the guy that is over the area now *** and informing him of the issues in the neighborhood they have still been moving extremely slow, we are going on the years in the house and the work is still not done and that is unacceptable, Now as far as the neighbors with issues I think its funny how they made sure to say within the last days well the people I have spoken with are just fed up with the inactivity and the downright disrespect they have gotten from the representatives of D.RHorton and some just don't know how to go about getting their issues expressed in the manner in which I am doing soI really feel that it is a sad day when a company can't and won't stand behind their product , when we all were buying they were so nice but now that there are problems we have become a nuisanceSo yes I still would like a regional representative to come to Mobile and see what is going on in the *** *** and understand that their company is doing some piss poor work on some of these homes

I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Yes, We have been in contact with *** with D R Horton and *** has been very helpful and responds quickly when we have a concern, we do seem to continue to have communication errors from others with D R HortonWe have been told during this process that to fix an issue right we need to perform certain steps, then they do not follow through, they take the short cut and make a mess doing so I do want to express my gratitude that D R Horton is addressing the issues that we have, but at this time repairs are still ongoing and some issues still remain unanswered and communication on our issues , other than *** is vague at bestI would like to keep moderation of the issues open until such time that the original issues are addressed correctly and that they correct the Issues that have arisen in this process since repairs have began.

Regards,
*** *** *** *** contacted me on or about November 3rd and we only came to the agreement that the light switches we previously discussed were replaced and the sub flooring was addressed however not to what I would call satisfactory. The sub contractor that came to replace the switches stated that he was aware they had received a "bad batch" of switches when the initial installation occurred, which in my opinion would prompt the replacement of all the switches. The sub contractor that came out to repair the subfloor in the master bedroom explained to me that someone had previously attempted to fix the flooring after the carpet was installed. He pointed out to me the difference in the type of nails used in the original installation and the type of screw with a "break off head" that is used after the carpet was installed. He utilized wood screws to secure the floor board to the framing and had to drill the screws in at a degree angle in order to reach the framing. While he was doing so and since he had to lift the carpet and underlay I noticed that just at the end of the board he was fastening there is a "gap" that is about an inch and a quarter in width that is filed with "liquid nail". The gap is approximately a foot long from where I could see without lifting the carpet completely. I showed this to *** *** when he came to the residence on the 3rd and explained to him that I did not agree with the poor job done at installing the floor; I pointed out to him what the sub contractor told me about the floor and also showed him where the floor had originally been "tagged" with the orange throw down paint. He stated he needed to bring in the carpet layers and the sub floor workers in order to raise the carpet and see how far the liquid nail fill is in the floor. He did not provide any update on any of the other items I previously listed; I did take the opportunity to show him the inch footing on the rock walls to which he replied he would get back to me on. Today November 9th I received a phone call from Mr*** whom I believe is the supervisor for ***; he mentioned to me that the refrigeration units would be replaced however did not provide a timeline. Again I explained to him my concerns and he mentioned he was told something different on what the status of these items was. None the less we are scheduled to meet at the residence on the morning of the 10th to go over the items once more

The warranty field tech will be in touch with the customer soon regarding the contact information and schedule for the new dishwasher install
