During the meeting in questions, we spoke about the fence, once they finished the re-sodding if the fence is touching the ground it would need to be raisedafter they completion of the re-sodding, it is very clear that the fence is now touching the ground and needs to be adjustedwhen I spoke with ***, he said they were not going to do anything with the fence, this is why I refused to pay for the guttersAs they are not completing the backyard, I dont want to piece meal this workif they agree to complete the work as expected I will still adhere to paying for half the gutters

In addition, we know they have provided compensation for other neighbors that was in addition to simply fixing the problem

I have rejected response for reasons of dr Horton doing quick fixes to avoid properly fixing there mistakesI was promised the retaining wall by contractor whom was released from company and promised if I allowed two golf ball size holes in master bath tub to be patched it would be doneThere is a phone survey that dr Horton provided that they say they are unable to locate that promise was madeSecondly contractor *** did quick fix once which didn't resolve problemActually took some what sloped yard to drastic decrease which is causing issues nowDr Horton has seen it yes however I have also had professional landscapers and contractors personally view the problem and they informed me that rip rap will slow down the erosion of yard but won't prevent itThat ten twenty years from now the erosion will increase slower cause of rip rap rockD.RHorton is avoiding fixing mistake that contractor made and says they will do a quick fix to slow problemFurther more this all was discussed over my Veteran disability that managing the lawn the way it is since contractor *** graded the yard and increased slope has provided me the inability to maintain what they left unfinishedI shouldn't be held accountable for there contractors mistake and poor work ethicI am willing to meet in the middle with dr Horton however I will not accept quick fix from corporate company cause they choose to find the easy way to subside a problem verses prevent it.

there has been no answer. Our Superintendent saw *** *** last Wednesday while installing storm panels for Hurricane Matthew. Our Superintendent said *** *** only mentioned a problem with his storm panels. We were closed for the storm on Thursday and Friday. We have tried to reach him since we reopened.
