I reject this workaround, this does not solve the issue with my driveway, as I was told this is a "less invasive" option. The dip in my driveway caused an issue with a visitor once before causing their car to mildly scrape underneathThe grading process isn't a solution for the dip caused by the culvertThe issue is the culvert, that's creating a dip, which causes the standing water; replacing the culvert (as we once discussed and agreed on) correctly solves this issue. Grading will cause my yard to slope on one side of the driveway (to compensate for the dip) and raised on the other side, this is unpleasing to the value of my home. My driveway is the only driveway in the subdivision that suffers from an incorrectly installed culvert, all other homes in my community (present and future) don't have this issue, not one single home! See pictures which shows the issue, neighbors driveways and the culvert that's on site (for over a month now) to replace the current one

We have no record of a Scott Robitaille as a purchaser in the Chicago divisionUpon closer review, the complaint was made to the Fort Worth Revdex.com. Perhaps this customer was a buyer in one of the Texas divisions. It appears as though he may currently live in Illinois, but purchased in

I have received this answer a few times over the past three months and it has spoiled my vacation my trips my family and friends visits I have been promised multiple times that it would be fixedNext week next week has not come it has been most aggravating and unsatisfactory I expect the company to reimburse me for my lost time as wellenough is enoughi have very patient and I cannot deal with their tomorrow anymore

*** *** and Myself meet with Ms*** yesterday, 5/25/16, at 11:am and re inspected all of her interior doors as well as some other features of her home. Although we found that her home to be overall sound and in very good condition, we did find that some of her doors did need to be
readjusted and or rehung. After speaking to Ms*** over these issues we came to agreement on repairs that Ms*** was very happy and satisfied with. We have Door Sales and Installations on scheduled for 5/31/to adjust and rehang all interior doors as needed as well as her front door too. Also, as an act of good faith for the homeowner we have also agreed to do some drywall repair for Ms*** as well which is also scheduled for 5/31/16. They (drywall) will also make any repairs needed to fix any damage made from any doors that need to be rehung. We also have Grout scheduled for 5/31/as well, and Paint scheduled for 6/6/Ms*** was very pleased with our appointment and was satisfied with our overall conclusion to this unfortunate situation If you have any questions, please let me know Thank You, *** *** DR Horton Homes Customer Service

I am rejecting this response because: I want resolution warranty and their maintenance reps has been working on my refund and fixing my yard for months nowThey refuse to connect me about
my lawn issues or my refundI refuse to wait any longerI am tired of following their proctols and getting disregarded.

I have responded to the homeowner, left a voice mail, that we would be glad to review any current warranty items to get them caught up with their warranty request now rather than waiting any longerI asked them to please send me a list of any items they would like for us to review now

Our customer service manager spoke with *** *** the afternoon of Monday, Novand she was content with the progression of her request. Our warranty service tech met with the customer on Friday, Novto review the issues submitted for warranty repairAfter the review and some
discussion with the customer, a repair appointment was scheduled for December 1, at which time we hope to fulfill and complete the customer’s warranty request

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The information DR Horton is requesting was provided to Jordan who delivered it to *** in OCTOBER DR Horton had had plenty of time to review this information I would be more than happy to supply this information a second time if DR Horton will also reimburse the cost of supplying this information a second time as they have misplaced the first copy provided them The fees are as follows - $per mile driven to pick up previous bills, $for explanation of print out for second time, and $per hour it takes to handle this matter Repeatly asking for information that is trashed or disregarded by employees of DR Horton is considered bullying If it was important enough to ask for it a second time, it shouldn't have been treated like trash the first time

Attached you will find all the signed work orders we have for Mr*** You will note that there is signed work orders from the flooring and trim companies regarding the carpet and hardwood, which was the repair needed following the sewer breakThe sewer line was not damaged by a DR Horton
vendor, it was damaged by a telecommunication contractor who is in no way affiliated with DR HortonDR Horton made the decision to take care of all of the damages incurred as a good will gesture considering Mr*** had just moved into his new homeNormally an issue like this would have been filed with the homeowner’s insurance companyWe have not heard from this homeowner since approximately AugustWe haven’t spoken with any vendors regarding his issues since the end of Sept Our superintendent will be in touch with Mr*** today to see what needs to be painted or if there are any concerns with the flooringWe are requesting this complaint to be rescinded considering the facts stated above and attached Thank you, *** *** Construction Manager D.RHorton Coastal Carolina Division : ***
