I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I did not order this "Second Bottle" of Shampoo, they sent it to me in Error. I only ordered One bottle of Shampoo $45.29, Not two bottles. They made the Error in sending me Two bottles & charging my Acct$Twice. I mailed the Second bottle of Shampoo back to them for $since all of their Return Labels did Not work- I could Not print them as I told them. They made the mistake in sending me the Second bottle, therefore, they Owe me the Shipping Cost of $that I had to payIt is Not my fault that they made the mistake of sending me a Second bottle of Shampoo & Charging me an extra $for what I Did Not order I will Not accept the Store Gift cards or anything else but Credit to my Debit Account which I don't see any reason why they cannot do, since I do Not plan on buying anything else ever again from them.

In spite of the fact this customer has already been compensated with a $gift card from *** Store - we have emailed a gift certificate in the amount of $for the cost of the unreceived product. *** store is an affiliate of us and their job is to compensate when needed - which they did

All Customer Service Agents read from a script. Upon answer they phone they recite: "Thank you for calling ***. This is (name), how may I help you?" Process has changed and we no longer can take coupons om phone orders as our database does not accept
them
