Order was received by *** *** on 4/*/2016. Her first contact with us was mot until 4/*/2016. Customer alleges that all items were delivered damaged. If that were true, the common courier would have put the box in a plastic bag to prevent leaking on the rest of this
packages. Customer is unwilling to return the items*** *** was loud and belligerent with several of our customer service agents. Additionally, she spoke to our Lead CSR who has been with us for years and has never received anything but accolades regarding her professionalism and caring towards our customers.We will be happy to refund upon receipt of the damaged items
