My aunt is the one who wanted it even after I told her how I was treated She did not care because it was cheap and she needed to buy mother day giftsShe doesn't have a credit card so she gave me the money and I used my cardWe used my address because we didn't think the order would go through because of the address on the cardI do thank u for displaying my privacy! Now I can sue and since I have proof for everything I said because I was able to print you response thank uI will be heading to the courthouse .

They were given every opportunity to respond via text via email via phone and I have yet to hear from them before I ever contacted *** before I ever contacted the Revdex.com yes *** sent me a $gift card I stated that in my complaints that is not resolution to mean resolution is the company returning my emails my messages Not *** the statements I make are not balls if you need proof let me know I will forward you everything sent to fragrance net.com prior to contacting Google.
If the company feels that *** is responsible for their disputes it needs to be listed on their site don't contact us contact *** *** as stated to me that they never heard back from fragrance net.com so come again with your resolution just because *** resolved it it has not made me whole I still want an apology for your failure to respond fragrance.net If this is being unreasonable then so be it but what I say is not untrue it has been stated not only to the Revdex.com but it was also stated to *** trusted sites that I was not happy with the resolution and that I still expecting a contact from fragrance net.com and an apology for all the time and crap they put me through

Our records show that customers payment method has been refunded in full and typically refunds appear on accounts within 4- business days from the date of process. In the message about the return authorization it says: "However, please note that if the return is not received within days of original order, a gift certificate will be generated as a refund as after days we have no access to process a refund to original payment method." The original order was made on April ***, items arrived a few days later, after opening the first item (of three identical items), when I found out it was fake or defective (On June ***) I immediately contacted the seller but been told I could not return the items because it was over the day return policy.As you know, following my complaint I received the RMA on July ***, which was already way over days after the order was placedWhat use do I have to a gift certificate? Why would I want to purchase anything else from an unreliable company with such a bad customer service? I will say again, I am not interested in their gift certificate since I am not going to purchase anything from themAll I want is to return the items that are defective and receive my money back in any way, shape, or form that is not limited to use only on ***, because that's, to me, is like NOT getting a refund at allSincerely, *** ***
