Complaint # ***That is not the case My apologies, but the first response seems to have gone in the junk mail folder so I didn't see it until just now and what they stated in the response is incorrect. This issue still remains unresolved I finally did receive the package and two of the items is broken (a bottle of perfume and a maset) I have made three additional attempts to reach out to them, but it still remains unresolved as I have yet to receive a response back

Order was placed on 11/**/2015. Customer sent email at 12:09am 11/**/requesting to cancel. An email response was sent back at 8:am letting the customer know that the order had already processed and could be cancelled. Customer was given a Return Merchandise Authorization
number in that email. Once we are in receipt of the returned product, a refund will be issued

This customer is claiming an unauthorized purchase. However, customer's *** information is verified. She needs to file the dispute with ***

Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed and return label sent to *** ***. However, please note that if the return is not received within days of original order, a gift certificate will be generated as a refund as after days we have no access to process a refund to
original payment method

In spite of the fact this customer has already been compensated with a $gift card from *** Store - we have emailed a gift certificate in the amount of $for the cost of the unreceived product. *** store is an affiliate of us and their job is to compensate when needed - which they did

We have searched our database for *** and nothing was found in our system. The email used on this customer's order was ***.Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed and a return label sent. Order will be refunded upon receipt of return

I did receive RMA's, but I would like to keep this open until I receive a full creditIf you read reviews on the company many are saying that they are still waiting for a refundI also do not understand how it is legal to sell fake perfumes?! I brought these to a department store and two of the perfumes have been discontinuedThis is fraud!
