received any emails from the email address specified in the complaint, however, he did call us on 10/**, rep explained that he did not select day shipping, he disconnected the callThe order shipped on the *** but has been floating around with the courier, still not delivered but certainly should have been by now, only shipping to NJSince customer has also filed a dispute with ***, we responded to the dispute and asked *** to issue refund to customer.Thank you

This customer cancelled his order on our website. He then called and spoke to a CS rep to confirm cancellation. Refund was automatically issued for $on 11/**. Please have him check with his credit card company as to when the credit will be reflected on his statement

Customer returned product from an order that was placed in July of Her complaint is that she believes the item is not authentic and all bottles were returnedSince we are unable to return the funds back to the original payment method( after days we are unable to refund back to credit
cards), customer was issued a FNet gift cert, which she does not wantIn efforts of resolving the claim, can we send customer a refund check.

I was upset because you people lied to me numerous times and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times Then you said you would ship within daysThen it was to days Then when I cancelled you said I'd get a refund within hoursIt took a week So don't try and say it was me and I was rude you need to stop your people in order and I have seen thousands of negative reviews about your company onlineso don't make me out to be the bad guy you people are the worst of the worst
