I am totally upset with this firm!! I immediately sent back the perfume in their box and they have received itHowever, I'm not getting my full price of $back and I don't know whyPLUS, I won't get it till the end of the month, if everAnd when I try to call them to ask why I didn't get my full refund, their answering machine says that no one can come to the phone because they are too busy so email them with your questionHow can anyone do business with such a horrible business! No wonder they have so many bad reviews onlineIf they were a reputable business with good customer service, they would immediately refund my entire purchase price What do I do now? Wait till January * for a refund that is not my entire money and may never come? This is completely unacceptableThey have the perfume which I never opened in their original outside box and I have to wait more than a month for a refund that is not even the entire amount that I spent.

Complaint # ***That is not the case My apologies, but the first response seems to have gone in the junk mail folder so I didn't see it until just now and what they stated in the response is incorrect. This issue still remains unresolved I finally did receive the package and two of the items is broken (a bottle of perfume and a maset) I have made three additional attempts to reach out to them, but it still remains unresolved as I have yet to receive a response back

I did receive RMA's, but I would like to keep this open until I receive a full creditIf you read reviews on the company many are saying that they are still waiting for a refundI also do not understand how it is legal to sell fake perfumes?! I brought these to a department store and two of the perfumes have been discontinuedThis is fraud!

This customer stated she would dispute the charge with her credit card company as well as made no mention of returning the products. Return Merchandise Authorization has been processed. Customer will not be charged a return shipping fee
