Product is sent every month when it was not requested and charged to my credit card

I would also give this company a negative star. This company uses devious practices. If a “try this great product for handling and shipping only” offer seems to be too good to be true, that is because it is. You will get hit with expensive charges that you will be unable to dispute because there was buried verbiage in the initial order that explained the upcoming con. Buyer beware and don’t order this product!!

Saw the ad. Looked over. Next morning two charges on my card for almost $200. Now in dispute! Beware

I approved a charged for $4.95 shipping one time only. I then had Four more charges of $89.00, $88.00 , $89.97 and 89.00 . Never ordered or authorized charges. I called twice to make sure they cancel and take me off there list. .

If I could give a negative star I would. I also could not see the recurring charge part of the terms. I had an allergic reaction to the product—swelling and a burn with a scab that lasted 10 days. There is a No return policy! Even on unopened items. What a scam!

This is a scam! Revdex.com needs to contact and make sure that this company is shut down! My mother was charged over $200 and reported to me she only agreed to pay shipping and handling. The one star is only because you cannot leave a message without giving at least 1 star.

I ordered from my phone and could NOT read any of the terms. I never even received anything and have been charged $92,62. After calling, I was told that I should have read the terms. The ship date given to me is nearly past the cancellation period provided. SCAM!!!

What led me to sign up for this sample of the Calm Serum and the Calm Eyes was the advertising stating that *** was leaving her show to start a skincare line. The advertising also showed testimonials from other celebrities such as ***. Little did I know that these endorsements and testimonials are FALSE! After researching this terrible business, I have seen multiple complaints from others who were scammed. I even saw that *** stated on her *** account: "This scam has also attached my name and face to it! Please do not buy any cosmetics or skincare with my name attached. I have not given my permission for the use of my name and have never used these products! Always look to my own social media for any of my affiliations." As many others have stated, I ordered a sample of Calm Serum and Calm Eyes. I was charged 3 fees on 6/7/18: 4.95, 4.90, and 2.49. Then I was charged 89.97 on 6/21 and 88.99 on 6/22. Then I was charged again on 7/7 for 4.95, on 7/8 for 89.97, and on 7/9 for 88.99. I called immediately after receiving the second shipment. I was told that I should have read the conditions stated in fine print. I consider this a scam for 1) using false celebrity endorsements and testimonials and 2) not stating boldly the conditions in the advertisement. I have limited income and would like my money back. The advertising was misleading. The company used false celebrity endorsements and testimonials to lead me to ordering the samples! I want a full refund.

How can I cancel my order? Sounds like this is a scam and I don’t want it.

Is there a way to give 0 stars?!?! Completely scammed by this offer...I ordered a "trial" for this miracle serum and now have a $95 charge on my bank account...how can I fix this?! I don't have enough to cover my gas or groceries at this point!

Can I give them a -One Star? I ordered a $5 "sample kit," and for THREE Months, unbeknownst to me, they changed me something like $200 for more "product" -- that I did not want or order. They owe me $600 bucks.

the order was to be a sample and just pay shipping. as it turned out I was charged almost $800 over two months. I received the product but then noticed that three extra charges were being charged for the same thing several times over the next few months. I tried calling this company to ask them to stop but didnt get through to anyone. was held on hold for more than thirty minutes and never got a person. when I tried to stop them from charging my card, they switched names so I couldnt. apparently this company is doing this to everyone. when my card company contacted them all they sent was a note saying the product was delivered. I have four items that were sent and 8 charges of almost $90 each. double billed each time. no returns accepted either apparently...

Ordered what I thought was a trial from this company, The only charges were supposed to be for shipping and handling, I ordered both trial samples of the face and eye serum...I then get a charge on my supplied cc of $89.95 and when I called to get a refund I was told that I failed to respond within the 14 days. Customer service is lacking and the customer is misled

I received an email for an advertisement for a free sample of dream serum "calm eyes" . Trial sample for 4.95 so I ordered it and wrote myself a note to cancel when I receive if I did not like. They also said they sent me another cream sample and charged me 4.90 for the sample. I never received that sample nor ordered it. Two weeks later, They charged me 89.99 and 88.99 even though I cancelled within the time Frame. There are 123 complaints about this company and numerous scams when the name is googled. I called to resolve this measure they would not help me but offered to send the missing sample. Not the other two products I was charged for.

I saw a link on the yahoo home page with pictures of ellen degeneres, meredith veira, etc. endorsing dream serum and they offered free trials just pay for shipping and handling. the only thing I read after seeing all the pictures of those famous women was a prepopulated small box needing all the information for your credit card details for the shipping charges. I never saw any fine print to any consent for future sales of their dream serum products. this is a scam, pure and simple .My credit card company has declined to refund my money,but insisted I return the products,(which I did) so now I am out $178.86, and don't even have the products anymore.

Dream Serum offered a free sample of their product with just a postage charge of $4.95.
I ordered it in June.

I sent back the product without opening it. I had no intention. of paying $89.87 for a skin care product. Return to sender

I received another shipment in August. I wrote CANCEL on the box without opening it.

When another box arrived in September I was furious. I didn't open it and wrote RETURN TO SENDER! CANCEL! on the box. I didn't realize I was charged and not reimbursed for THREE months at $89.87. I want my money back for three shipments of a product I never ordered and sent back.

At the end of July I ordered a trial of Dream Serum(so, I thought).
On August 1, my credit card was charged $4.95, $4.90 and $2.49(I did not authorize the 2.49.)
I did not know they had signed me up for recurring orders at all. I never received an email acknowledgement ever.
I did not notice this until my credit card charges in September when I went online to make a payment.
These charges were: 8/16 for $88.99, 8/15 for 89.87, 9/1 for 89.87 and 9/3 for 88.99.
I called the number and got no resolution at from them. I called my credit card company to report fraud. They initially reversed the charges in September.
Then when I got online again to pay my credit card, I noticed 2 charges for Purely Skin on 9/29 for 88.98 and PO Repair Cream on 9/28 for 89.95. These 2 items were never ordered at all!! I reported those to my credit card company and advised them that I thought these charges were stemming from the Dream Serum fraud. They removed these charges also.
I received a new card this month and Dream Serum rebilled my account for a total of $357.72.
This company is a fraud that used celebrities names to pull you in (yes, I fell for it).
This was on the Yahoo site, which was taken down quite fast.
I am still going through the dispute on my credit card to date.

This business is a scam. They have used false advertising by claiming different members of NBC's Today Show are affiliated with them. I believe they have scammed alot of unsuspecting customers.
