Credit Card company could not help me. I am senior citizen now saddled with $273.00 and I didn't even receive products they said were enroute. BEWARE.

I ordered Dream Serum in July 2018 with the offer of paying only shipping charges, which I paid. I had not even used the product when I began receiving additional products the next month. I looked at my credit card statement online and was charged $89.87, $88.99, $4.95, $89.87 and $88.99. I called them (855-778-3026) to cancel and send the items back (all unopened) and was told they could not give me their address and could not take the items back due to health reasons. The person on the phone offered me a 35% refund on my charges of $362.67, I told her that was not acceptable and she offered me a 50% refund after speaking with her supervisor. I still told her I wanted a full refund and she offered me a 75% refund! This is a scam! I would never have agreed to a recurring order of such expensive products! I was just going to try to free product (paying shipping and handling) and then order it if I liked it. I told her to stop sending me products and not to charge me anymore. We'll see how that works! I have called my credit card company and disputed the charges and they will deal with the merchant.

I am rejecting this response because:

I don't understand what the business response means - this is a "chargeback". Does this mean they are refunding my money? They had agreed to give back a credit of 75% on order# *** and I would like them to do the same on order #***. In reality, I would like them refund all my money and I will return the unopened jars to them. They said they cannot accept any items back which I do not understand.

I did dispute these charges with my credit card and they are working on the matter.

THIS IS A SCAM. It all started in June when I clicked on a link for Dream Serum. After reading about the product I wanted to see what the hype was about so I thought I would at least try the "free trial" so I paid the shipping fees. I only wanted the cream. I called back and told them to cancel the eye and that I only wanted the free trial and to cancel future orders. In the next month, there were 2 charges on my credit card for $89.87 each. I called to complain and after waiting 40 minutes someone finally picked up but she was very RUDE. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and she would not refund me the money. I have never experienced anything like this and feel so scammed. I called again and again after a long wait I asked to speak to a supervisor and she "supposedly" went to get one and she hung up on me. I called back and after another long wait I finally spoke to a "supervisor" Same result, no total refund. He offered 35%, the 50% of only one of the $89 charges. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am seeking a complete refund.

Your website does not clearly indicate that an account will be opened if you purchase your product. It does not indicate that if you do not contact the company within 14 days, the company has the right to charge you for the additional cost of the product. There was also nothing indicated on the receipt of either of these practices. I only authorized the intial charge on my credit card, not the additional $89.87. Very Very misleading

Nothing ever was sent to my home. I am at the bank filing fraud as soon as this hit. The phone number the bank found was a Facebook phone number. This has put my family in a very difficult situation. I am filing police report as well. THEFT!!!! I can send you a copy of police report if needed through the email I provided.This is unacceptable and truly a disgrace to use my info with out my concent. I made the police report after bank at 1:48pm at Helena Alabama Police Department and police report should be ready Thursday 8/16/18.

I ordered Dream Serum with the understanding that I would have a 14 day free trial. I did not have possession of this product for a 14 day trial--and was billed before I had possession of the product for 14 days. The second time I called to complain that my credit card had not been credited (after I had already called to cancel immediately when I saw the $89 plus charge made on my card--I was even told by the Dream Serum customer service agent that in fact my card had been charged too quickly--but nothing could be done because I had filed a dispute with my credit card company. Incidentally--in reviewing the multiple page explanation that Dream Serum provided to my credit card company to get them to reverse my complaint--Dream Serum was MUCH more clear and forthcoming with their "terms And Conditions" than when I signed up for the "free trial". Potential Dream Serum consumers BEWARE--this really feels like a scam.

I made a complaint regarding Dream Serum on 8/15. My name is ***. I received an email from Dream Serum on 8/16 that my money would be refunded for order ***—yet that was not my order number (and not the order number I indicated in my Revdex.com complaint. My order number was ***--which I believe I indicated in the information page filled out on the Revdex.com website (after the complaint page).

I was, in fact, wrongly charged for both orders (charged before the 14 day trial had ended). However--my credit card company reversed the charge for order *** when I filed a complaint with them--at least temporarily while they investigate the charge. They have not come back and re-charged my account for that order--so I am hoping that will mean the reversal of the charge for order *** will be made permanent (though I do not know that for sure to date). Order *** was on my *** card. I used a different credit card for order *** (***)--and that was the specific order I wrote my Revdex.com complaint about. But obviously--both orders are problematic.

I have tried, and failed, to figure out how to respond via my Revdex.com complaint (on the website) to indicate the refund was made to incorrect account. How can I do this?

This business misrepresented themselves from the very start. If there was "small print" it was not understandable. They continue to charge my bank account even after being asked to please stop! These people need to be stopped before they prey on too many others with this scam that dates back to the 10 records for 1 cent. They are using the internet to access your bank account by offering a free sample for $4.95 shipping and handling and then start charging your account $89.99 ( a figure that was not shown anywhere ) every 2 days! How many complaints from consumers does it take before the Revdex.com takes some form of action? What can a person do to stop this scam? If you call there you are put on eternal hold with a message telling you how important your business is to them but still no representative after hour of being on hold listening to the message about every 30 seconds. Please help do something to let the consumer know of this scam and shut these people down!

I ordered 2 samples, was never informed I would be charged more. Now, my credit card keeps getting hit with $89 & $88 charges. I have called Dream Serum's phone # two days in a row in an effort to cancel membership. No one answers the phone. I have even entered the # "3" to receive a call back.... nothing. I sent an email yesterday requesting to cancel. They sent a generic email stating I would need to call customer service. UGH. This is such a scam. I WANT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. Stop sending charges my credit card. Any charge you make will be disputed.

in my opinion, the rating should be something below the single star given...this company totally and unequivocally misrepresented the offering...sending "order confirmation" that imply charges of $4.95 and $4.90 were going to occur - while looking accurate this is only the initial portion of the scheme > to stall as two charges of approximately $90 hit the account - criminal fraud? using the internet, usps for shipping; in which the packing slip does not allude to any additional charges...believed to be again a delaying tactic bilk the unknowing customer

THIS IS A SCAM. It all started at the end of July when I clicked on a link for Dream Serum. After reading about the product I wanted to see what the hype was about so I thought I would at least try the "free trial" so I paid the shipping fees but ending up being ripped off. Nothing was ever delivered to me. I thought oh well it was only $9 in shipping fees that I lost but things got worse. Over the weekend they charged my credit card an additional $68 for some st that I didn't even order. I immediately called to complain and after waiting 20 minutes someone finally picked up but she was RUDE as st. Her name was Quan J. We went around in circles for a good 10 minutes but it was pointless because she refused to give me a refund and told me that it was my fault because I didn't call before the 14 day free trail expired. I have never experienced anything like this and feel so scammed. I should've known better but I've learned my lesson. Shame on you Quan J for working at a shady company and taking peoples hard earned money. Karma is a b!

This is very deceiving advertising. I paid shipping for a free sample and then was charged 89.87 right away. I searched the internet to find a website or a phone number for them to cancel but this was very difficult to do. The only number I keep finding has a constant busy tone. I found a website and it sent an automated return to call the number that is constantly busy. I don't feel like I can even contact them to cancel. I don't want their product and I just want off their billing list.

I have asked in multiple emails to be taken off the subscription of Dream Serum that I unknowingly signed up for while thinking I was just trying a free 30 day trial. I went through this one before for the eye cream and they did credit me back that amount. At that time, I told them I wanted all my subscriptions to end but I have been billed TWICE now for the eye cream (yet haven't seen any of their product). I have reached out to them three times by email and each time have received an automatic response from the company telling me to call their customer service at 8557783026 but each time I've called it's been a busy signal (and I've tried about 50 times). I DO NOT want any of their product, I want to be reimbursed for the $66.74 charged on 8/17/18 and reimbursed for the newest $66.74 charge on 9/4/18. And I want to cancel ANY and ALL subscriptions I have with this company. I've been trying to do this for two months now and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company to do so. I'm not sure what else I can do. Thank you!

I agreed to pay shipping to sample 2 of the dream serum creams. In reviewing my bank account, I see that I was charged the initial shipping fee (which I agreed to), and had 4 additional charges (two at $88.99 and two at $89.97) since I ordered the samples. This is NOT what was was advertised nor what I agreed to. Once I saw the charges, I phoned customer service and was waiting for over 30 minutes before speaking with someone. No one ever came on the line. Apparently they have a no refund policy and I am stuck with all these extra charges I didn't agree to. Same as all the other complaints!!

Same review as others. I wanted to order just face cream. Entered credit card info and then it said “wait, you forgot your eye cream.” I did not check anything to receive the eye cream but when I clicked continue, it ordered face cream and eye cream. Eye cream made eye area itchy and burny. I received the $89.87 and $88.98 charges too and called to return product for refund. Was told I could not get return for refund and was offered 35% discount and then 50% discount to which I declined. All emails go to junk. You couldn’t view everything in email. There was a place to click to “expand” your email view, but it only expanded a little and a lot was still grayed out. When I went to print emails, they came up as a blank page. I questioned why I received no receipt or paperwork about the trial offer with my product and was told they were a “paperless” company and it was my responsibility to see terms on their website. I called a 2nd time to get their address to return product. Was told they were not warehouse location but they were not accepting returns at this time due to safety precautions. This is a terrible scam. I don’t know how companies can treat consumers in this way.

I requested and received free samples of two Dream Serum products. They supplied 30 days trial samples. I paid shipping and handling charges. Fourteen days later they billed me $88.99 on 8/10/18 and $89.87 on 8/9/18. This amount was deducted from my account without prior notification.
I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund and I would return the unused product. They refused. After 30 minutes, 50 seconds on the phone they agreed to refund me 75% of my money and to cancel my subscription. I want 100% of my money refunded. Very shady business practice of giving you 14 days from the date of request for samples before billing you for the full price. They need to post that at the time in LARGE PRINT and you should have to acknowledge the full purchase price if not cancelled in a reasonable amount of time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I ordered a sample of Calm Serum for $4.95 which I did receive with no obligation to join a membership if cancelled within the 30 day trial period which I did on 8/13/18. As soon as I clicked 'submit', they attached an additional serum product sample for $4.90 without my approval. I contacted them within minutes and was successful in getting that $4.90 credit...that was the first red flag. The only reason I ordered the sample to begin with is that the online advertisement said that the head of the company was Amy Robach from the Good Morning America show, so I was led to believe that it was a legitimate company and advertisement. I read the order form from top to bottom. Now I see that I am being charged $89.87 on my credit card. When I called for an explanation and to cancel, I was told by customer service that I signed a legal binding contract and there would be no refund. The same customer service then called back two times and tried to negotiate a 35% refund. When I told her that I would be contacting my credit card company, she tried to get me to give her my bank name and phone number so that she could negotiate for me. The tone by this customer service representative changed and she continued to talk over me and stated again that I would not be issued a refund and that I would face legal consequences because I signed a legal binding contract. I signed absolutely nothing. I did what I was supposed to do and that is order a sample and cancelled within the 30 day trial period. I want to make clear I received no merchandise other than the sample for which I paid $4.95. I want no further merchandise but only my refund of $89.87. This is clearly fraud.

I was fortunate that my credit card company, ***, contacted me to see if I was aware of the charge of $89+. I old them I was not aware. They asked if I paid postage for a "free" trial of a product. They explained the company then bills monthly. I cancelled my credit card, and I threw the product in the trash. I was very fortunate *** was alerted and then contacted me.
