My review is very similar to all of the others (which I wish I had seen before buying Dream Serum). I saw an ad for this Serum with shipping costs of $4.95 and also paid the same for the Eye Serum. NO WHERE on this ad did it say anything about cancelling within 14 days. I was charged 4.95, 4.90 and 2.94 all on June 18th. Until today, I did not realize that I was also charged 89.99 on July 3 and 89.87 on July 2. None of these charges have been authorized. I'm a single mother with 2 children living on a very limited income and my husband died 2 years ago and we are already struggling. When I spoke to the Customer Service Rep she was extremely unprofessional and did not listen to any of my concerns. When I spoke to the Supervisor she was even worse. She argued with me and told me that I should have known what I was paying for and refused to listen to me as well. I told her that the cream made my face break out in hives and turn bright red and that I had to go to the Dermatologist as a result...and she said it was my fault. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am a Senior Recruiter at a very well known company in Boston....I would never speak to anyone the way they spoke to me. I want you to refund all unauthorized charges! I have spoken to the credit card company today and they have started a review. I think this is a scam and very misleading advertising. My overall experience was appalling and disappointing.

I placed an order for 2 products that were 4.95 and 4.90 on 6/28/18. My credit card was charged and I received the products on 7/9/18. I just was charged on July 12th $89.87 and on July 13th $88.99. I called to find out what this is about and Ari told me it was in the terms that if I didn't cancel in 14 days I would be charged an ongoing rate. I never seen any kind of terms and didn't even have the product to try for a week when I was charged. This is a total scam. They make sure you don't receive the product til after the 14 days and charge an outrageous amount. I didn't even receive any product for the amount. Then Ari proceeded to tell me she could give me a 25% discount, then when I didn't agree it went to 50% and then 75%. I still said I want the total amount refunded and she said they will not do it. I would completely stay away from this scam! TV stations will be informed and so will my lawyer.

Thank you for your response and the refund. I really believe if the terms were more clear and on the ad page and not in terms in tiny print at the bottom the the page there wouldn't be any issues. I appreciate your promptness on this matter.

I would like to warn others not to do business with this company. Like other reviews, I did not understand that it was a 14 day trial, and that I had to call to opt out. I paid the $4.95 shipping charge and thought that was the end. After 14 days, most people forget they placed an order or called in the first place. Very dubious advertising.
When I called the customer service line to complain, the representative told me that I could not receive a refund and that they would continue to charge me $89.87 for the product I received. I do not care for the product. I told the representative that there were other people with the same complaint and that they had received a refund, that would take 4-7 days. She told me no one could authorize a refund. Yet, I can read where the company responded and offered a refund. She did offer to cancel by order, which is small consolation.
I am formally requesting a full refund of my money. I know that this is possible. I will no do business with this company again because your business practices are deceitful.

I, like many others, responded to an online promotion siting the popular Kathy Lee Gifford as a user of this product. They offered a trail size if you paid shipping. Which I signed up for an used my *** cc to pay the 4.95 postage fee. Little did I know I was supposedly signing up for a renewal of this product before I even tried it. Now my card has been charged 89.87 for the first and second months and I received another sample size, 1 oz., without even knowing why. I called the 800# and was told I signed up for this......I refused to accept their reasoning and told them to remove the charges. NOT> Only offered to give me another product for free. DO NOT FALL for this scam. I am working, hopefully with *** CC to remove this charge. These people need to be put in jail!

I have had the same experience with a Dream Serum....one big scam! I ordered the FREE a samples with the understanding you pay only shipping and handling! My account was charged on June 11 th for this. To make a long story short I have been charged $88.99 and $89.87 on June 25th and now again in July. I signed nothing and did not agree to this at all! I sent a letter to them about this and it has done no good at all. I am at my wits end. I cannot afford this!

It will sound like a broken record, but I too was on the GMA website and rarely do this, but ended up seeing that Lara Spencer was promoting her own line of skin products with a trial offer of the face cream for only 4.95. I rarely do this, but clicked on it and ended up purchasing the trial offer. I was on a desk top computer and the terms and conditions literally flashed before my eyes after entering my credit card info. There was NOTHING in the package, when I received it., about the 14 day trial. Then when I called to complain like everyone else here did after being charged nearly 90 bucks for 1 oz of skin cream, they gave me the line that basically can be summed up "buyer beware". They used Lara's name inappropriately and then hid Terms and Conditions from consumers. Even if this was the best skin cream in the world (which it isn't) I would never purchase another product from Dream Serum due to its manipulative and deceptive practices. The phone call to the rep was equally a scam, as he kept pretending to go ask his "manager" if he could refund me any of my money, coming back on two separate occasions with different resolutions to my complaint -- refunding me 25% and then the second time, saying he would refund me 50%. To which I said yes simply to end the charade. But in the end my credit card was only refunded 40%! SCAM PLUS!

As stated in other reviews, I ordered the $4.95 offer to try the Dream Serum. No where in the ordering process was it indicated that I would be charged full price in 14 days. I LOOK for this kind of thing because I would not have ordered had I known that. I even wondered what the full price would be as that info was not disclosed either. The product was too drying for my skin. I called customer service to complain and get these charges of $88.99 and $89.87 refunded and to complain that the ad never mentioned that I would be charged. The rep offered a 35% refund and stated that I had checked the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. I refused and said I wanted a FULL refund and explained that I never would have ordered had I known the "terms and conditions." She then offered to give me her "employee discount" of 50%. Again I stated that I wanted to a full refund. She refused. I stated that I will file a dispute of those charges with my credit card company. She said that I had no case since I had checked the terms and conditions box. DO NOT do business with this company!

I signed up for a free 14 day trial with the company. I was only allowed to cancel the trial by written letter, sent via mail to the address listed on the webiste, but the letter keeps getting returned, unopened, despite having the correct address (according to what is listed on their webiste.) My credit card has now been charged for two separate charges over $80 each because I cannot cancel. I tried reaching them by phone...automated message picks up saying that the wait time is long. The system allows you to leave your phone number so they can "call you back" when less busy. I left my number, no one ever called back.

I am rejecting this response because: I was only refunded for 1 of 2 charges. When I submitted this complaint, I immediately received an email rom the company that I was being refunded $89.87 and that amount has indeed been credited to my account. However, I've received no email from the company stating I'm being refunded for the other charge of $88.89. This leads me to believe that refund of this amount toward my credit card has not been initiated by the company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it. The company has called to apologize for the misunderstanding and has refunded both charges. I made clear to the person calling that the reason I couldn't cancel within 14 days was because, despite having the correct address as listed on their website, my letter was returned twice. The rep for the company said she would pass that information along to the appropriate person. Thank you.

In a similar fashion to other reviews here I was completely duped by the 4.95 offer - which has been stated elsewhere - the ad did not state after 14 days you will be charged the full amount 89.87 which happened to me on July 4th. Customer service was no help - the response was that is the terms and conditions on the website, although I never agreed to those T&Cs and no way were they refunding me any money.
This is a complete scam and I am surprised the Good Morning America is promoting this type of basic scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

Great response except that instead of giving me the refund my account was debited $88.99!!! What a set of scam artists!!! Now I am out $178.86

I had a similar experience, except I ordered two products and didbt realuzr the scam until I received a second shipment. I am now out nearly $360 and I want my money back. They told me I agreed in the fine print. Scam. I had to argue to get this canceled and they kept trying to lure me back in. This is deceptive and unethical.

This product, a promotional advertised on TV by Dream Serum at the cost of $4.90 shipping and handling. I am being billed $87 for items advertised as a "trial offer" for shipping and handling. Unbeknownst to consumers, there is a 14 day trial period in which you may cancel.

My order was placed on June 27th but not delivered until June 30th which means that the product was in my possession for only 11 days. Flagged by bank that there is an $87 plus transaction pending from this company - contacted company, I was informed that the 14 days had expired. I want all of my money back, not just the 35% that they are trying to compensate me with. At no time was I even provided the cost of the items.

To this day I have no idea what the product cost because it was never discussed. I want my full amount back.

I was on the Good Morning America website reading and I saw an ad to try Dream Serum and I only had to pay 4.95 for shipping. I thought I would try it and if it was as good as they say I would possibly buy more. I received the trial on a Saturday and my credit card was charged $89.87 on Monday. I had no idea I was automatically going to be charged within a couple days of receiving the product. I was so angry! I immediately called the number once I received notification from my credit card company that I was charged and asked for a refund. The customer service agent said that she would give me 35% off my next shipment. I kept telling her I wanted to cancel, that I never signed up for this! She kept going on until she went up to 75% off the next shipment and I had to ask her if she was listening to me! I was so frustrated, she finally cancelled any future order. She refused to give me a credit for the charge so I asked to speak to a supervisor who would only give me a 35% credit. I explained there was no information in the ad only a place for my name & info. She refused to give me a100% credit back. This is a scam! I am very upset about this. The advertisement said nothing!

My review is much like the other two reviews as of 07/07/18. I noticed five charges to my credit card from the company. The first two were for $4.90, 06/20 & $4.95, 06/20 shipping and handling charges for trying their two products, Calm Creme and Calm Eyes. Another charge for $2.49 also on 07/20, no idea for what. On July 4th I noticed two more charges for $88.99 and $89.87. I immediately called the company and asked why they were charging me as I had never received the product. They informed me they had shipped the product to me on 06/19 and that they had a confirmation from the USPS that it was delivered. It may have indeed been delivered, but not to my address. They provided me with the USPS confirmation number, but all that confirms is that the postal service delivered it to a mailbox. It was not sent certified mail, so no signature was required, therefore it confirms nothing other than it was put into someones mailbox. I explained this to the customer service representative and that I wanted my card credited with the charges since I had never received the product. The representative wanted to know why I had not contacted them before now. I replied that I did not know what their shipping time tables were or when I should have expected the product. I order things often and sometimes it can be a couple of months before the items arrive, depending on order backlog, distance, etc. The customer service representative became insolent and rude as I explained that I had never received their product and therefore wanted a refund on my card. She kept saying they had a confirmed delivery. But I told them that a confirmed delivery from the USPS only means they put it in a mailbox, and that I was calling to tell them that it was not my mailbox! If they wanted to use that as I confirmation they should have certified the shipment or use a service that requires a signature. I asked to speak to a manager and my service experience with the manager was no better. They wanted to send me the product, but would not "re-set" the clock to the new shipment date in order for me to have a chance for the "free trial". This business is a sham. Buyer beware!

I saw the Dream Serum advertised on a website about Good Morning America and Lara - that led me to the Dream Serum where the site advertised how good it was and that I could try a trial and only pay 4.95 for shipping. I thought I would try it and that when the trial arrived there would be information on how to order more. I received the trial but then was billed $89.87 just a few days later! I did not sign up knowingly for more and did not want more and certainly can't afford more. I was disgusted and called the number and asked for a refund (I never received more) and they refused to give me the address for the company. The young lady on the phone finally said she would send a refund to my credit card - I hope so because this is a scam! I am very disappointed at how this was advertised and handled.

I did finally receive a complete refund of the $89.87 to my credit card. When I received the trial, the only information contained on the receipt was a phone number - there was no mailing address or email address. When I called the service agent, I was at first only offered a partial refund. I insisted that I wanted to speak with a supervisor, but the agent said she was the final authority. I said I wanted an address so my lawyer could contact them, and finally at that point she said I would get the full refund! Thank you for following up on this practice of make-up companies trying to "fool" people into a contract.

I called and purchased a face cream (Calm Serum) from this company on a Monday. It was on a 2 week trial basis so I was thinking I would order more if I liked it. I also unexpectedly recieved an eye serum (Calm Eyes) although I told the operator that I did not want it when she offered it, along with a long list of other trail products. When I called them back on what I assumed to be the last day of the 2 week trail period, (the second Monday after) I was denied cancellation on the face cream product, because I was told I was no longer considered in the trail period. They told me it ended ended the day before. (Sunday) But I WAS able to cancel the eye serum (that I didn't order) because it was shipped on a different date, so I was still in the trail period. I explained that the two products came together. Both the cream that I ordered and the eye serum, that I didn't order, were packaged in the same box with the packing slip that has the Monday date on it. How could one be considered on trail still and the other not? I spoke to three different customer service representives this morning. They all said different things. Each apoligized for the others misinformed information. In the end I'm still owing $89.87 for a "trail" product that was only supposed to cost the price of shipping and handling... which I already paid. The charge is already pending in my bank statement. They did cancel all future orders and shipments but said they could not reverse the face cream order of $89.87. I asked if I at least would be getting more product for the $89.87. They said no. The 1 oz jar of trail cream was what I was being billed for. (Yes, ONE ounce!) :P

I order "samples" of their produce for $12.34 (they debited 3 different charges totaling $12.34 (-$4.90); (-$2.49) and (-$4.95). On 6/25/18 they debited $88.99 and $89.87 totaling $178.86 of which I did not authorize. I contract them direct at 855-778-3026 and requested that they return my money and they refused saying the terms & conditions stated that if I didn't call and cancel within a specific time frame the charge(s) were be incurred. They NEVER told me about any specific cancellation period (they say it's in there terms & conditions of which I still haven't seen). If I had of known this at the time, I would have NEVER order the product in the 1st place. This was just a fraudulent way to for them to make money.

on 6-12-2018 I ordered a sample with of course terms and conditions 3 charges 4.95 4.90 and 2.49 trial period 14 days on 6-26 I was billed 89.87 . I immediately called co asking why I got billed when I never revved product. 10 times with 3 agents all program mbed to say terms and conditions. but they show there was a delay. but ibdudnt get it. call post off. get tracer or signal. but again terms and conditions then they offered free b.c shipping on same. I told them no I didn't trust them again we will give you 25pct off. again no so then 35pct off. I no again then 50 pct bo again so they got to 75 pct off. I still said no. and that means to tell me. you never shipped why you offer this discount. they refuse to credit me but Visa has already done it and not paid them I told them I was going to file a formal complaint with Revdex.com and attorney general for fraud and deceit. I still cant get this resolved. without them saying terms and conditions. thank you for your time and help.

First they are using Kathie Lee Giffords name and face to promote they're business, I have found nothing linking her directly to dream serum. 2nd the check out page is deceitful in it does not tell you that if you do not cancel your offer in 14 days then you will be charged the full amount of the product. I thought I was getting a FREE trial offer where I just pay the shipping of 4.90 and 4.95 (calm eyes and calm serum)
I was charged 89$ for the calm serum.
I have found other products that have the SAME EXACT format when checking out. same model same pictures ALL THE SAME except the name has changed
jeune Fleur, instant elixir, regenere. ALL the same.
