Try to call supposed customer service line and they deny you have an account and cannot find your name. I had to cancel my credit card and report the fraud to the bank. This company should BE SHUT DOWN.

On July 4, 2018 I ordered a free item with shipping cost only of $4.95 from dream serum screen that pop in my PC the item cost was $0, I received an e-mail confirmation of the purchase with the total cost of $4.95 a minute later a second e-mail was sent for a second item I did not order which I notice this later on.
On August 9, I found that 4 charges were done on my credit card 7/18 $89.87, 7/19 $88.99,8/3 $4.95, 8/04 $89.87, 8/5 $88.99, I called multiple time as no one answer the phone and took hours to talk to somebody to ask the reason for these chargers and I was told I was on a trial that I never agree too, I ask to cancel and send the product back to get my money back and they refuse the product back but they did cancel, I ask to show me were do I sign off for the trial and I was told was on the website, https://dreamserum.com the website is a scam. I received the item I order for free and the item I did not order, both came with a packing slip with not cost, a second box came in later with a packing slip with no cost also, I try the item I order and the product does not work as they said and I am requesting the $357.72 back.
I was not aware of the cost of the product before the purchase and I was not aware I was on a trial either to have the opportunity to cancel or not proceed with the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:
On a letter I received on 10/11/18 from my credict card state that 4 chargers will be apply back and I totally disagreed, I provided more information to the bank card and I am still waiting for a response. All I can agree to pay is $88.99 as it was for the product I received before I canceled the trial even I was unaware of the cost and I was on a trial, again I wouldn't had to proceed with the purchase if I would known the cost.

This company offers free products at a minimum price of around $4.90 and 4.95. My statement came and there were two 89.87 and a 88.99 dollar charge. I called them but they told me that the $4.00 charges were for the 30 day surpplies that were really samples. This is false advertising. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. It’s as though they really don’t care about customers.

This company is a fraud. Its products are worthless and it inserts fine print terms and conditions that make the "free" samples only free for 14 days! Then the unsuspecting customer is charged an outrageous sum in excess of $88 for this snake oil.

I agreed to have two samples sent from this company for the shipping cost only. There was nothing that I could see telling me this would be charged to my credit card if I did not cancel within 14 days. They charged for the shipping and then charged $89+ for each of the two products that were just sample sizes and for which I had already paid. I disputed this with my credit card, but the company sent bogus paperwork to declare that they had said there was a 14 day trial, which they did not. Therefore, I am have to pay almost $180.00 for something that wasn't worth fifty cents. This is very deceptive and since it happened to me, I check online and see where others have fallen victim to this as well.

I am rejecting this response because: the credit card company reinstated the charges and said there was nothing they could do about it. The business sent their bogus information stating that I had agreed to the terms when I had not seen anything showing the terms. I still would like a refund on both charges from the business, but they have refused. I do not intend to have my credit ruined, so I have no choice but to pay my credit card company, but businesses like this take advantage by not being transparent.

Good day,
The "Dream Serum" ordering process - for the "free sample" is completely disingenuous! When I saw the "anti-aging" cream advertisement that appeared on my mobile phone I ignored it initially. Never have I been drawn to or purchased such products. However, Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan were said to be attached to "Dream Serum" so I read further and then ordered what I thought was a free sample. I was led to believe that all that was required of me to pay was $4.95 for shipping (which turned out to have an additional $2.49 charge to it). I thought my order was complete but when I submitted it another product called "Calm Serum" popped up instantaneously and the only way that I saw to exit out took me to a new shipping total that included the "Calm Serum". I called the number provided right away and spoke to "Nicole". I told her that I did not want the "Calm Serum", that all I agreed to was the free sample of the "Dream Serum" for $4.95, and nothing more, no future charges, only $4.95. She reversed the "Calm Serum" charge.
I had no idea that $89.87 would come out of my account automatically and considering that I am a teacher who lost my job in June and was on a tight budget, that amount mattered. I would not ever have agreed to such a charge, especially for something that I was skeptical about to begin with. Once I saw the $89.87 amount on my bank statement I called the "Dream Serum" number to request a refund. I was told that the company does not give refunds. In the end I was offered a 50% refund ($44.93) which I accepted reluctantly simply because I did not want my account to become overdrawn.
This "Dream Serum" company has clearly made a mockery of many, including me, and although I want full compensation, the principle of the matter plays a part here as well. I would like the other 50% of the $89.87. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your correspondence.

I have returned sealed/unused products to the company and they will not refund my monies. I never agreed to any "automatic future shipments" of these products as they state that I have. This is a total scam to get people's money until individuals call to cancel their subscription, which, unbeknownst to me, never knew I had to do.

I am an 80 year old man who has been scammed! On 7/31/18, I ordered a "free trial offer" of Dream Serum (Calm Serum and Calm Eyes) that was advertised on television that day. The advertisement included Savanah Guthry from the Today Show promoting this product. I ordered this for my wife, but wasn't aware of the "trap". Upon completing the order form, I didn't notice any disclosures about this "scam" of a "free trial" that became an enrollment into a monthly subscription. My credit card has been billed in July, twice in August and twice in September totalling $559, and the product is sent each month as well. My wife called Dream Serum Customer Service today to complain and tell customer service she doesn't use this and does not want it and to stop sending and charging for it. She was told there is a "no return policy". My wife has sensitive skin and told me she would never use anything without knowing its manufacture origin (unsafe), especially one involving a scam like this. Another complaint is that the label only states it is distributed for Dream Serum and no information whatsoever where it is manufactured, which is an especially major concern for use on one's face, especially when sensitive skin is involved. I think this is an issue for the Consumer Product Safety Commission to get involved in and Consumer Fraud! I have been bilked out of approximately $559 and I certainly can use this to help pay my living expenses since I live on social security.

When I ordered a calm serum and a calm eyes serum from Dream Serum, they advertised them for a free trial with paying just a shipping fee of $4.95 each. And I got the 1st delivery on Aug 11th, 18. Since I didn’t find an invoice came in with products but a packing slip on which there are no Dream Serum’s physical address and customer service phone number, it gives me an alarm.

After hopping on Revdex.com’s official website, I found over 100 complaints under Dream Serum’s name, almost all claiming that this business ripped them off, so I tried to find the business’s phone number and made a phone call on Aug 13th, 18 to cancel the enrollment of monthly delivery of the products.

To my surprise, I still received 2 packages from Dream Serum on Sept 11st and Sept 12th respectively (yes, 2 days in a row), and of course they charged me $88.99 each, not on the day they sent out the package but on 8/21/18 which was 20 days earlier!!!

This is obviously not an honest business, it is a scam.

The company lures customers with a $4.99 trial. Without warning, you are signed up to a subscription service at nearly $90 per month. The company does not clearly inform users that they are being signed up for the subscription. This language is only in the fine-print of the web site. Zero confirmations are sent to the customer to confirm the alleged supscription. Since this product pops up on partner web sites, there is no obvious place to view the terms of the initial trial. Hopefully this company has been disbanded, as their web site no longer exists. The customer service was awful. I called five minutes after the initial subscription was paid, and they were insistent on no refunds. If this was an ethical company, they would want informed consumers. If they were confident in their product, they would have to use deceptive business practices to sell it. The people who work here were scraped from the bottom of the barrel; the lowest of the low.

I did not receive a charge back on my account. The charges were disputed with my bank, however, the cost of the fraudulent order was eventually sent to Dream Serum. In summary, I did not receive funds back from the bank. No charge back occurred.

I called for a refund on Sept 12 2018 which they granted, I received emails regarding said refund, but the refund never got put back into my account . I called back on Oct. 4, 2018 and they said she couldn't do anything because the refund was already processed.

I never received the 75% refund they offered. I got emails saying it would be put back in my account within 4 to 7 business days. That was on Sept. 12. When I called about it, they said that it was already refunded, and couldn't do anything about it. I used my debit card, which I only have one of...and one bank account. There was not any money refunded.

I am waiting on the 25% refund, as it hasn't shown up yet either.

There has been no money refunded to me at this time....you can say there has all you want, but not one cent has been deposited back to my debit account.

I ordered a trial of Dream Serum on July 2, 2018 because of an article about Amy Robach and her beauty skincare business that was endorsed by famous celebrities such as Barbara Walters, Rosie O'Donell, and Ellen Degeneres. I expected a sample size of the products. I was notified via email that the trial products were being shipped. I did not agree to subscribe to these products nor were there any terms and conditions upon ordering the free trial. I was not notified via email or other means when the trial ended. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $89.87 and $88.99 for the "trial products". I was not notified by email or other means of the upcoming shipment of the products. On Aug 7, two shipments arrived which I refused/returned to sender. My credit card was charged $89.87 and $88.99. I didn't know I was on a monthly subscription. This happened again in September. Two more packages returned to sender. Two more charges. I called to cancel my "subscription" and obtain a refund. I explained the lack of clarity to the customer service representative and the supervisor, I was told they do not take returns. I explained that I did not order or otherwise authorize the shipments and the products were refused and unopened. I continued to request a refund and the supervisor offered additional deals such as 35% to 50% off of the charges. I ordered a trial size of these products and NEVER agreed to pay full price(didn't even know what full price was or that I was receiving full size product.) I also NEVER agreed to a recurring or subscription order. I received no communication from this company other than an email stating that my trial products were on their way. When I mentioned that I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company, the supervisor threatened that they would charge me for that and I should just take the percent off that he was offering. They seem to be aware that what they are doing is wrong and are scamming people with fraudulent practices.

I, along with many others, ordered Dream serum from an ad on Facebook. I had basically the same issue as many other people who ordered this product. I read the false claims of those celebrities who supposedly use this product. I inadvertently did not read the terms of the contract and received the trial offer. I discovered when I received my bill that I had been charged $177 for this product. I researched and found out that there were no prices listed anywhere for the subscription program. I also canceled the subscription, after finding out that this company was out to scam people and then received another order. The very day I cancelled the order, they shipped another order to me very quickly. I am disputing this with my credit card company. I just want to put a stop to this false advertising and scamming people out of their hard earned money. Companies like this scam need to be put out of business ASAP.

Unauthorized and/or unexpected charges. I signed up for what I thought was free trial and later discovered over 400$ additional unauthorized and/or unexpected charges on my credit card. They would not accept unopened product in return for refund. Small print scam.

They send paperwork that show no charge fee - The are trying to appear as though it is still free- more shady business

Ordered a free sample, paid for s&h. Two months goes by, received two more jars within 15 days apart with no email shipping confirmation. Inside the box, there was no mention of how much I'm being charged for each jar. I called to complain ald was told that I agreed tio their terms of agreement when I gave them my credit card info. I went back to look at their terms, there was no mention of "no refund or return, or the amount that each jar will cost me, plus any future charges after cancellation".

Company did not disclose at time of of free trial that there was a 14 day return policy. Only discovered their "policy" when they started shipping additional product that was not ordered claiming they were a subscription based company. Initial product was returned, but company will not refund initial purchase stating that it since it was sent to their PO Box address (the return address on their shipping label) it was not received by them and is "still at my post office". This company is a scam. If you go to their "website", and good luck finding it, you will not see any information about a 14 day return policy and how much the product will actually cost you. Additionally, they send you an eye serum that you never asked for and they try to charge you for that. They will not acknowledge that the product was returned to them. A call into their customer service department today, October 2, 2018, rep stated I also had to call them prior to returning the product back to them. Asked to speak to manager, on HOLD for 45 minutes. No resolution available with company.

I ordered a free product and I just had to pay shipping and handling. Before I know it. I'm being billed over 357.72 in one month. Before I get the bill I cancel not knowing my charged card was already charged. I call to tell them why am I being charged they said I was in a trial and I can not recoup the charges. I would love if you could recoup some if not all of my loss. But if not hope you can do something for others before they buy this bogus product. I feel like I've been scammed and very upset. I ordered my special "free" 30 day supply of Calm Serum and Calm Eyes. The products(a box of each) arrived shortly, thereafter . Following the first order, I received an additional box of Calm Serum and an additional box of Calm Eyes, now totaling four boxes of products . When my credit card statement arrived, I incurred 2 charges of $89.87 for the Calm Serum and 2 charges of $88.99 for the Calm Eyes with an additional charge of $12.34 for shipping , totaling $370.06
I called the 855-778-3036 phone number and spoke with the customer service representative divulging I would send back the products and wanted reimbursement , also stating the first shipment was to be a special "free" 30 day supply. In addition,I mentioned I did not request the second shipment. The customer service rep stated to me "you did not read the fine print" and also stated even if I sent back the merchandise, I would not be reimbursed . I therefore asked to speak to the manager. The sales rep stated the manager would say the same "thing" she had said to me. Nothing was resolved during that conversation. I made a second attempt and the next call I directly stated I wanted to speak with a manager. The representative put me on hold for 3 minutes. At the end of the 3 minutes, the same person picked up and said "how can I help you"? I said to her "you are the same person who picked up my original call". Nothing was resolved. The next day, I tried for a third time and directly asked to speak with a manager. I was placed on hold for 11 minutes. No one picked up. During one of my phone calls, I mentioned I was a Senior Citizen hoping they may take my circumstance into consideration as most senior citizens are not computer saavy, me being one of them. The customer service person said "that wouldn't make any difference".
Unlike formal,respectful and personably informative customer service of the past, this kind of customer service is truly disrespectful. This company's method of operation is misleading, discourteous and deceptive.Truly a scam in every sense of the word.
Being a Senior Citizen with a low income, I would very much appreciate the total reimbursement of my incomprehensible and unaffordable fee.

I purchased only the FREE SAMPLE from Dream Serum and paid $4.95 for shipping/handling. When I received my August credit card statement (07/17-08/16/2018) I saw that on 08/02 I was charged $88.98 and on 08/03 charged $88.99 for items I had never ordered. The items arrived the same day as my credit card statement. I immediately called Dream Serum. They said that, per the terms of agreement, I had agreed to the purchases; they don’t take returns; but would cancel my contract and give me a 35% refund.

Soon after I received 2 more boxes and my September credit card statement (08/17-09/17/2018) showed 3 charges from Dream Serum. 08/18 for $4.95 (the sample – which was charged 16 days AFTER they falsely charged the first $88.98), 08/19 for $89.87, 08/20 for $88.99.

I called them back and they said the 08/19-20 charges were from before I called to cancel so those charges were correct.

That means they sent me a second full order only 2 weeks after sending the original. Nobody could use that much product that fast. It’s a scam and nothing more.

Before requesting the free trial, I read the Terms of Service and Agreement posted on their website. I tried to copy/paste their terms of agreement into this complaint but their website is set up so that can’t be done. Instead I took a series of print-screens listed below. Neither of those state I had agreed to any product charges nor that they would arrive every two weeks. Nothing about no returns. Nothing about partial refunds.

If they have a different Terms of Agreement when you request the free trial that is sleazy and an apparent attempt to deceive.

The privacy statement shows this is a predatory company that mines and sells personal information including what they can glean just from a person visiting their site.

I am rejecting this response because:

Dream Serum has only partially refunded the money that they charged. We would appreciate it if you would seek a full refund from them.

On the 08/02 charge of $88.98 they refunded $31.45 on 09/03

On the 08/03 charge of $88.99 they refunded $31.14 on 09/03

On the 08/18 charge of $4.95 they have not made any refund

On the 08/19 charge of $89.87 they refunded $58.42 on 09/28

On the 08/20 charge of $88.99 they refunded $57.85 on 09/28

What that means is that they charged us $361.78 and only refunded $178.86, a difference of $182.92. We would like the remaining $182.92 refunded as well.

Their response is false and they need to recheck their records. We have NOT received a total refund as they claim. My last response included the partial refunds we received. At no time have we received any indication of addition refund.

Please have them compare their records to the partial refund documents we provided in our last response. If they have made a total refund, please have them provide proof of the total refund as we have not seen it. An unsubstantiated claim of a total refund does none of us any good. They need to provide proof of that total refund.
